Always do a nice job grooming & nice. But if you do not want your dog's anal glands squeezed you will need to tell them no, otherwise they automatically will do it. We had issues w our dogs' glands after coming here. Never had issues before. So tell them "no anal glands plz". I would suggest to leave that to the medical vet to tend to for your dog.

In my book, Joel is the "dog whisperer". My chiweenie is DIFFICULT when it comes to nail trims. Joel is the only one I will trust to trim his nails. We have been seeing Joel every 3 weeks for almost 2 years and my Zeus has become a lot easier to deal with. Unfortunately during Zeus's last vet visit this past spring, I allowed them to trim his nails and Joel had to start all over again. Zeus is finally beginning to trust getting a nail trim again and not be so difficult. Zeus also likes Jenna and they are becoming fast friends. Not only do Joel and Jenna take time with your pet, they also answer questions about your dogs health and care, and genuinely show an interest in their quality of home life to ensure that your best friend is taken care of in the home as well. This includes everything from checking for ear infections, advising on boots for different weather conditions or discussing calming methods for thunderstorms or airplane rides. Zeus and I call every 3rd Sunday our, "Puppy Spa Day" and we both look forward to the visit! Thank you Joel and Jenna for being so wonderful with and for my little Buddy!!!

Do not take your dog here for grooming. I have a 11 month old boxer puppy who has a terrible infection on her neck after we received service. After following up with their supervisor they said it was my fault. The lack of ownership was the worst part for me. Think twice before you take your dog to this facility for grooming. The positive reviews are from nearly a year ago and a lot can change in one year.

Lindsey is excellent with our 2 pups! We bring them both in at the same time and they come out looking and smelling great! They are rambunctious but she handles them very well and we feel confident leaving them with her. We have a standing 1 month appointment with her--Lindsey's the best!!

Melissa was very pleasant and easy to talk with about my dog Lola. I was looking for a certain cut and she was patient in listening to me describe and show pictures. This was Lola's first grooming experience and when I picked her up she seemed very calm and happy. I will definitely be returning and asking for Melissa again.

Holly was absolutely phenomenal with our both our girls Paisley and Penelope. She was extremely thorough and went into detail about everything that she did with both of them. Both girls were very happy when we picked them up and looked fantastic. She even helped us pick out new food for them. I can’t stress enough on how pleased we were with our visit.

Lindsey is wonderful. After 2 months, Oakley couldn't wait to see her. She did an AMAZING grooming job on him. His paws looked like furry beastie feet when he went in and he came out all cleaned up in all the right places like a prince. In fact, when we tell him he's going to see Lindsey, he gets super excited and practically brings his harness to us. Lots of kudos to her. Thank you for taking care of our boy❤

my dog looks like he has been hacked . when i booked the appointment it said 83 dollars when done it was 140 the guy who took me in said he would look into it but to no avale he never did you will never get my business again

Had a grooming appointment was asked if.our dog was hav any skin issues and told the groomer what was going on she then said he needed an oatmeal bath but never asked.if we wanted it just added it.

My dog is a maniac when it comes to his bathing which is why I need to take him somewhere. He frequently does not like groomers but he is in love with Melissa! He actually behaves for her and when he's done he looks fantastic!
