The online order was ready and the staff was so helpful loading my 16 stockade panels, posts and other items. This is a reflection of very good management at this location. Please pass along my highest compliments to the store employees who helped prepare and load my order.Also, the panels were better quality than the ones I had purchased from Home Depot a year earlier before moving to the area.

We were in over the past weekend to get supplies for our shed. Lowes had everything we needed. Kelton and Tyler were so helpful. They helped get our truck loaded and helped us get the right things we needed. Great guys!

My mom is in the process of a kitchen installment and it has been an absolute nightmare. Cabinets ordered in April 2023 and job is still not complete. Tons of nails and screws left in my yard from the demo that my 2 year old easily could’ve walked on, holes put in the walls with a saw, holes in the brand new cabinets, one upper cabinet is currently falling off the wall, one cabinet door is falling off, the installer asked my mom for cash for a supply he needed (which he never did purchase and install)…the list just goes on and on. She has called them NUMEROUS times to many different departments and no one ever calls her back. I will tell EVERYONE I know to NEVER purchase anything from Lowe’s ever again.Side note- that little disclaimer you add to every bad review..” professional workmanship, respect and reliability on every job”…stop lying to everyone.

They had what I needed.Walked into the store two days before Halloween and there isn't a ghost, ghoul or pumpkin in sight. Everything was set up for Christmas already. At least wait until November 1st.My biggest problem with this store any more is that they don't have any check out lanes open. Only self checkout. And of course they stand off to the side glaring at you to make sure you aren't missing any scans. Stop treating me like a criminal. Put those folks watching over self check on an actual register. Clerks ring faster and are more accurate. Plus it's safer for them than confronting customers over possible theft through self check. Self check is not a positive experience.

The store in Hermitage Pa has the worst customer service skills in their appliances department. Clerk was not knowledgeable of products will never call again hold time was ridiculous.

I lost my receipt and am unable to link to that survey, however I don't want the 2 most helpful women I've encountered in a long time to go unrecognized. The team of Jasmine and Tammie in the stain/paint department can't be beat. The deck our family A-frame sorely needed an update and we were at a loss about how to best cover the previous owner's color choice. The two were remarkably patient and helpful as well as knowledgable and competent.They helped us arrive at the perfect color choice and pointed us to every tool we needed without pressure. We were assured that if 5 gallons wasn't enough (it wasn't) that we could return (we did -twice) and that we would get an exact color match on additional gallons. The additional stain matched perfectly.Family and neighbors were over yesterday and the deck improvement did not go unnoticed. Thank you again, Tammie & Jasmine for all of your help, I can't tell you how much we appreciate you both!

I sent a friend to pick up a space heater because I had a furnace stop running. I was instructed by Lowes Customer service person to send the person and they would then take my credit card over the phone. I did exactly what they said and they wouldn't take my card over the phone. All the stores were going to close soon, so I ran to Lowe's and gave them the card. I wouldn't have done this if I knew Lowes required me to be there in person. Make your own judgement on stores. I now go to Home Depot.

Payed for 32 bags of mulch on 3-30-24 at 715 in morning and i said would load my self had 16 on a associate comes out and helps he says we have 32 on and i said no it was 30 got home and counted there was 30 not worth the drive back down to get the 2 bags i got cheated out of

Bought Cabot exterior oil based semi-solid stain in glacier (white with hint of blue/gray) color to protect and brighten outside porch ceiling. Prepped with exterior siding wash to remove mildew and dirt. Cleaned up nicely. Decided on semi-solid stain so hopefully it doesn't peel and chip.

I would give this store a NEGATIVE 99 if I could. I bought a water heater from them yesterday as my water heater died. I wanted to ask a question. Starting at 11 am, I was on the phone for more than 25 minutes without anyone answering the phone, I "got we are getting someone to answer your phone call" multiple times. I had to leave the call to do something. I called back this time I was on hold for more than 20 minutes but no answer. Called again, only waited for 15 1/2 minutes before hanging up. Called again after 7 minutes and someone actually picked up the phone. I was angry and started yelling I had been trying to get in touch with some for over an hour, the response I got was hello hello and was hung up on. I kick myself for going to this store again but it was the only choice as I needed a water heater but never ever will I go there again, even if I never have hot water again

More than just home improvement stuff here. Found items for my pool when I couldn't go to my pool provider. Older gent help me out and even made some suggestions on brands I've never heard of. Told me to return at the end of the summer for some crazy deals!

The service was ok when I was in the store!! But when I would call the store, a representative would answer and want to direct my call. But when they transfer me, no department answered the phone. I wait about 10-15 minutes several times that I called and still didn’t get an answer. I had to go back to the store to get the answer I wanted. Lowe’s you have to do better with the calling services!!!

This store is terrible. I went to get a skid a premix concrete. The skid was to wide to put in the truck. The driver of the lift refused to turn it. Then they stood & watched me remove the tail gate & reinstall it by myself no offer to hold the other end. Then after I put the tailgate back on by myself. They came back out & grudgingly turned the pallet so it would fit in my truck. Again I had to take the tailgate off & back on by myself. They wouldn’t even speak to me while they were doing this. It’s ok though. Even though Home Depot’s premix is a few pennies more. That’s where I will got for my next 2 more skids to finish my sidewalk.

Literally the biggest joke of a store I’ve ever been to. Went into the store on the 8th of June for a paint sprayer. Asked if they price matched and they said yes so I pay and something happens when I put my card in and the transaction goes through on my end from my bank, but not theirs. So they do the transaction again even tho I told themIt went through on my end after waiting an hour for them to call tech support. So they tell me to come back the following week if the charge wasn’t dropped and they would leave a note for the manager. I go in the next week and explain to them what happened and they have no idea what’s going on or who I am so they leave a note for somebody higher up there. So they call me on the 15th saying their accounting department caught the double charge and it should be back into my account within 5-10 business days. Still don’t have it called today 6/30 and they keep transferring me to everyone in the store or just putting me on hold for 10 minutes then transferring me again. It’d be great if someone there could tell me what’s going on. I’ll never shop there again.

I’m gunna say the store it’s self is a good place to shop at for the most part, but they need to work on the management part of the business aka Jarrod (scooter boy) his constant taking not so good about his employees isn’t a good look for the store. I’ve seen and heard this over and over again. I just wish Lowes Inc would put a stop to such childish behavior. But probably not. Just just makes the store look bad because they know it’s a problem, it’s been brought to their attention dozens of times he’s been reprimanded about his actions, and still nothing seems to be done in the long run.

My dishwasher ended up breaking down and turned my kitchen into a swimming pool, so I went to this Lowe's to buy a new dishwasher. The sales representative was polite and was able to get my order completed and arranged it to be delivered. He also told me that there was free installation and they would take away the old dishwasher. Today the dishwasher came and the delivery men just dropped it off and said they were done! No installation and no indication of when the installation team would come! They told me to call the store which I did and the manager I talked to was completely disrespectful! When I told her the associate never informed me that I would need to wait to get it installed her response was, "Oh we don't do that. We charge for delivery." My response, "So he lied??" "I have no knowledge of that since I wasn't there." No apology, and she acted like I was wasting her time! The only good that came of it was that she refunded the $40 to have them take away the old dishwasher. I'm done with this company. The only reason I am keeping the dishwasher is because I can't go any longer without one! I have no dishes left in my kitchen and I don't like handwashing because it's not clean enough for me. I'm in shock that someone that rude was promoted to manager. I'm taking my business to Home Depot.

Lowe’s has come along way in the past couple years. I have not shopped in several years due to the appalling treatment I endured when I was pregnant. During my pregnancy, everyone wanted to point, and tell me where to walk instead of help me find a roll of black tubing. I ended up going to Home Depot who brought it up to the front door and I’ve shopped there ever since they’re bad service, rude treatments and high prices,However, Home Depot is going downhill with their customer service and raising prices. Home Depot no longer has great sales on clearance which used to be one of their main attractions to the customers in the surrounding area. Lowe’s is becoming much better with customer service and pricing. Home Depot has begun to win back my customer loyalty. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of Lowe’s restrooms.
