I am not a fabric or sewing technician. But I know retail. And, as luck would have it, I ended up visiting 2 Jo Ann Fabrics so I could make comparisons. This was the smaller of the two stores. And it felt older with less signage and decor. It was more crowded as well with a smaller staff. The store was neat and clean. Most importantly they had a product the other store didn't. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This craft store sells a lot of crafting supplies and books, especially for knitting and crocheting and tons of fabrics.The entire was very well cleaned and organized, and the staff were really helpful and knowledgeable.I will definitely be coming back again!

Rating based strictly off the outrages prices for dollar store goods on some of the merchandise but that is just my personal opinion. As for atmosphere variety in merchandise and customer service, I will give five stars.

I had visited this Joanns many years ago and it was dirty and cluttered. I was very surprised at how neat the store now is. The floors were clean and polished plenty of lighting and everything was easy to find. The clerk answered all my questions and was very helpful. I was extremely pleased to be a shopper there and I will be returning. Next time I will remember to get plenty of pictures.

I love this Joann's Fabrics. So let's just state the obvious on the weekends its busy so if you need some time with one of the amazing staff members I suggest you go during the weekday.They have everything you need. They ask if you downloaded the app for coupons. The store is organized and clean.The staff members are amazing! Everyone is so knowledgeable.I wanted to start sewing my own clothes. Its my first time making clothes and I was nervous. So I went to Joanns and was welcomed with open arms. Each staff member took their time with me and answered my question. Lets stop and talk about Lisa for a moment!Lisa is an angel! She is kind, knowledgeable, patient, and so sweet! She took her time to read the sewing pattern package with me. She explained what was needed and then walked around the store with me till I found everything! She made suggestions and explained how the zipper would work. She provided tips! If we weren't in covid times I would have hugged her! She is magical!The entire staff is awesome. Please be patient with them because when they have the time they will be able to help you.

Get on their mailing list, or even better, get their app and have coupons sent directly to your smartphone. They'll offer monthly coupons of 40 - 60 % off any one item not on sale, BUT they'll put smaller discounts (as low as 10%) on everything for which they don't want you to use that coupon. So it's a great deal more limited than they make it sound.

My wife wanted to buy a gift for our daughter that was advertised as being on sale. She found three of the same item. One she liked but was missing a bow. A second one she didn't care for the look of it and a third was also damaged. She asked an associate if it was possible to remove the bow from the second damaged item but she wasn't willing to be of any help. So my wife went to another associate that she recognized as working at JoAnn's for some time. My wife asked what do they normally do with damaged items and the associate said they damaged them out and send them back. So my wife explained that she liked the one item that was missing a bow and wondered if they could remove the bow from the second item so she could glue it on the other. The associate said, sure and removed the bow. My wife was very happy with the the service provided by the second associate. I would have given the store 5 stars if the first associate was a little more customer friendly. I intended on giving it 3 stars but the helpful associate brought it up to 4 stars.

Very poor customer service. Cashiers and managers have poor hospitality and would rather gossip with friends instead of work. No one at the cutting table for over 20 minutes, waited in the check out line as I was only getting fabric, and the woman denied me service. This location has lost my business permanently.

The staff here are always so friendly and helpful. I'm a regular customer, and they are always happy to see me. I definitely am spoiled shopping at this Joann's versus some of the others I have encountered.

This is a smaller Joann Fabrics store but they still have a lot to offer. Aside from a wide variety of fabrics, they also have crafting supplies, silk flowers, yarns, sewing machines and supplies, and notions. They also have clearance items, so you have to stop in to see what new fabrics are on sale. The staff is pleasant and helpful. You can sign up to have their sale flier mailed to you, or have the specials texted to your phone. Makes for fast checkout and no coupons to carry around. I enjoy shopping at JoAnn Fabrics... Maybe too much!

CRAFTS very reasonably priced and a wide variety. Fabrics of all kinds and highly expierienced employees ready to assist you if you express the need. Sewing assessories of all kinds. Quick shopping visits and hours of operation are the norm. Location is great and parking is plentiful.

I wish they had someone on the floor to help. I walked around quite a bit to find my purchases. Also, no one was at the register to help the 1st customer & I.I love the store and will go back, but this was a disappointing trip.

Love that I can shop for multi crafts here. From sewing to resin, jewelry, etc . They have allot to chose from too. Great store.

Check online or get the app for coupons!!! New selections and great customer service!! They will help you find what you are looking for and give some great advice as well
