Couldn’t find what I needed even though it said it was in stock online. It was only available to purchase in store. The employee was not very helpful in finding what I needed either. The cashier was friendly. I ended up finding what I needed on Amazon instead.

This store is jammed packed full of every sports brands. Everything and anything you can think of. The employees are very nice and very helpful. The store is very clean, organized and easy to find what your looking for. If you show you giant eagle rewards card you use to get a 5% discount. Update : 4/15 same great place

Tried to find a waterproof jacket for my oldest son and they had nothing. Was there a few weeks earlier looking for baseball cleats for my youngest and they had nothing. Staff is friendly but stock is lacking.

Sadly there was no ammo on the shelves but that's how it is most places these days. The gun selection is also picked over lately but there are some available. Most everything else is fairly well stocked, especially sporting goods and clothing. There's an excellent selection of footwear in stock and the staff is always very helpful.

The store was quite disarrayed and packed with racks. The prices on most items were quite high. I was there on the day after Christmas and found some 50%percent off items by Under Armor so it made the shopping experience worth it. I didn't leave with qreat impression. The clerk wasn't exceptionally friendly either.

My wife was looking for an exercise roller. We had looked at other businesses but what they were selling looked like junk. It suggested that we try Dunham's and she found what she was looking for and it was made of higher quality construction. I had a coupon so we saved a few bucks to boot. Great selection of sporting goods!

I could not find what I was looking for as I was leaving the sales rep that was busy training a new rep, stopped and asked if he could help me find something. He then trained the new person on what to do when you don't know the answer. The manager inevitably came to help me. But I left feeling satisfied.

I thought dunhams just sold soccer shoes but I was way off with a large selection of hunting gear, firearms and ammo it has become a favorite stop of mine while in Hermitage. Archery targets, crossbows, broadheads, bolts, boots, bipods, electronic and hand calls, decoys I mean they literally have a little bit of everything. Plus a bunch of sports related clothes and shoes and fitness equipment. And that's just the stuff I have purchased. The only downside I could find is they don't have a fishing section but I usually buy my tackle from local bait shops anyway

I have been trying to purchase a crossbow for 3 weeks. The hermitage pa store told me they have 6 in New Castle pa. I try to call the Newcastle location and the phones are not working. So I decide to drive 24 miles to get one. When I get there they don’t have what I am looking for. Dunham’s computer inventory is a joke. Guess I will order it from cabelas.

Lots of hunting, sports, clothes prices not bad and it's not Walmart . We bought a youth bow and arrows . Staff were very helpful . Use them for all these kinded of things.

My husband really likes Dunham's. This particular store is smaller and somewhat limited, but still nice. There is a larger one in New Castle with a lot more variety.

If you ever was to go into a store and be completely ignored, this is the place. Good luck getting help or even a hello when. You walk in. The staff is useless. You could get help from a different store in the same stripmall easier, and have them come into Dunham's to help you. Horrible customer service.

Selection is good, prices are a bit tougher to manage. If you check sales (or clearance) items you can do really well. Shop like you are at TJ Maxx and you will do good.
