I love big lots and they have good sales. I'm always going in there and looking around and see what they have. Now. They've changed it up a little bit and I think it's called the home store big lots. It's so nice and pretty inside there. I love it. When you check it out. Let me know what you think in the comments

Boo ...hiss ...bring back the old biglots.....I know this a test store to see how the home goods stores do.....test failed....this was our go to for snacks, hbc ans so much more ..now it's worthless....unless ya need a sofa!!... bleck!!

It was horrible. The store is dirty in Sharon Pa. Empty shelves . Rude check out person waited in line 20 min to check out one thing. Couple being checked out couldn't get off the phone with her coupons. We walked out. The very rude couple said to get the fu k out.thats a real gentlemen that women has no prize. Will never go back in that store.

Always love big lots. They have many items at good prices. Furniture not bad for those who are on a budget. Always have something for the holidays too. Some stores are stocked fuller than others , but always something to get a deal on. Just look around.

Bought a blue dresser the floor model was perfict height and size for what I needed. Brought the big heavy box home put it together and its way bigger than what was in the store. Way to big can't use it and I can't return it. Big scam don't buy furniture here.

I went shopping at big lots and there were sale sign everywhere and there weren’t actually any sales. I brought 3 items up to purchase and the two items on sale did not ring up on sale. The classic bait and switch is what I experienced. I feel bad for all the older people who didn’t catch this at checkout and got charged more than they expected.

It's a pretty good store for a few things, but they don't quite enough for each department. I can't do all of my shopping there. There are a lot of nice employees there, but some of the employees have mood swings. The one lady had a fit because I wasn't standing behind the silly line. They are rude when it comes to their covid BS guidelines. It hasn't made me stop going there though.

First time shopping at this Big Lots, very clean and organized. Before heading there I saw buffet table online but it was out of stock instore.. Manager (Russ) came over to assist finding item online and checked other locations, great customer service. Even though this location is an hour+ away from my home I will only shop here.

Best place to get quality odds and ends. Way better than it was in the 90s. I get all my home goods here, like towels and outdoor furniture etc. Would highly recommend. P.S. I can't wait for Ollies's to open next door. Kinda miss K-Mart though. Oh well, I guess that's progress.

We shop at Big Lots a lot. It carries quite a variety of items. Nice furniture selection. I love getting spray paint here. Always works on my many projects. Price is a lot cheaper than Lowes for paint of the same name. Not all colors are available, but crafters use many. Nice area and many stores by big lots area. One stop park and shop.

Absolutely horrible. My husband and I went to purchase a couch, he signed up for a credit card and all to buy it and then after that was all said and done they said oh we’re actually out of stock in that model we haven’t had it in 7 months. We asked to them to locate one for us they said there was none in an 100 mile radius. We called Meadville and they had it and the gentleman that helped us was very nice. My advice is go to Meadville at all costs avoid Hermitage.

It is nice there but the boss/manager needs to be more nicer to all of his workers and not just people that gets the signups so if you people want to go Christmas shopping don’t go to this biglots go somewhere else and to a different biglots and the boss thinks it is ok to cut their workers hours because they have to take their kids to the doctors when did biglots in pa get so mean

Big lots has certainly changed over the years they don't have a lot of product like they used to they're more into furniture than anything else very cute decorations but highly overpriced so I don't shop there too much anymore just too expensive and not much of a selection on anything.

I went up january 1 to get a new recliner. Both of the chairs they had were on layaway for other people so i could not get one or pay for one in full. I was told i had to leave at least a dollar balance or they would have to give me one of the ones they had. So they put one on lawaway for me. 3 weeks later it still was not ordered. February 4 i got a call to see if i still wanted it. I went up 2 days later and they had sold my chair to someone else. I went up the 8th waited a half hour to talk to someone but they kept hiding in the back. Finally cancelled it on the 16 and was told they had a few in and had just never called me. Worst time i ever had buying furniture. I had 1000 dollars cash and 2 credit cards. A month and a half later they still did not have the recliner. Everything else in the store is ok. If you need furniture i recommend anywhere else. I ended up ordering from a store in California and it came to my door 5 days later.

Nice selection of items. Furniture is nice too, but may not always have in stock. Staff was friendly enough to call other stores and found us what we needed.

Since they move into the new part of the plaza it's cleaner and much better lighting. The only thing I wasn't to happy about was their tool selection. But other than that I will be going back more.

Store is ok, very disappointing when it comes to furniture, new leather couch and love seat with power recline, one seT has a bent bracket on the reclining seat bracket, had it for a week, made by broughill, pthe store won't call me back and give me the runn around, every time I talk to them, don't buy there furniture. Now this is the store in Hermitage pa, others may be different.

Went to buy loveseat and couch said it would be 1to3 months to get it Went back several times they would say I’m next in line but that was nothing but lies Went in three months after first visit the guy said we are now out and gave me my money back All that time they could have called me i would have got some somewhere else will never shop there in my life again and will tell everyone I know what they did
