My friend ordered via grub hub and he got a call asking about an adaption to his order, because the establishment was out of an item he ordered. The number that called him was not the DQ’s number. I’m concerned as to who is calling my friend’s number? Who has his information? Are they calling from their own personal devices ? We are concerned that his information is being spread around. Very unprofessional!

I went through the drive through less than a week ago. A young lady with glasses and brown hair with blonde bits was really rude to me and kids. All of the rest of the KIDS has appropriate hats while she did not, very unsanitary. She was rushing me and was very blunt with her responses. The whole place is run by teenagers. This young lady was just especially inconsiderate and acting like a complete know it all.

About a month ago my husband asked for the zesty dip (He worked at BK). They said they don't have it. My husband figured out what it is called and asked for queso dip. Was told they don't have it. Finally after 10min he got the queso dip.Twice I asked for the queso dip and got regular cheese.My husband went today 05/23/19 to use the coupen in the App for buy one sunday get one for .99. It expires the 23rd and they said it was expired.My husband brought me home a sunday and all I could do is lauph. Chunks of banana.?????

The person working the window was very polite and attentive. The fries were hot and tasted fresh but they had a little too much salt on them. The thing that made me leave a 3 star review was the burger. It tasted like a burger I would make in the microwave. I don't know what they changed but they should have left it alone. I'll probably only ever get fries, soft drinks, and ice cream from here now.Parking: 4 to 6 parking spots on site (more across the street since it's a football field).

Service is always slow. The food never seems to be very fresh, even if they just opened. I have went here 2x and that will be my last. This time my fries were cold. Chicken was old and burnt. I love DQ. Just not this one. I gave the 2 stars only because the staff is really nice. It's a great location for being by a ball field, but don't expect to get a quick bite.

We got two large blizzards here, and they were both solid vanilla ice cream for the bottom third of the cup. Wasn't mixed at all. Very disappointing.EDIT: Just felt like an edit was necessary as the business's response was even more disappointing than the ice cream. I will certainly not be returning here, as they obviously do not care about their customers.

Ice cream is decent. Food is terrible now that the owners switched. Service is always VERY SLOW. Was there tonight and waited too long just for our ice cream. None of the employees were wearing masks or gloves and one of the young girls was even wearing shorts with her butt hanging out which is NOT professional for work what so ever.

We use to go to this DQ location all the time. However, the last few times were not positive and have even seen signs on the drive in menu stating they were not serving food. Today was the worst. We ordered, the cups looked dirty on the exterior, the burgers were small and soggy. My fiancé warned me it was going down hill since it changed ownership, but I wanted to give them a last chance. We will not be going back.

The ice cream is good but the food is not as good anymore. I've lived near the Dairy queen my whole life and ever since they switched owners the quality of the food has gone downhill dramatically. I don't like buying food here anymore because I've heard multiple stories of people getting sick or getting undercooked food, and I have also gotten undercooked food. And besides the food, the Service is horrible too.

The place seems to be run by teenagers. I didn't see any adults. These kids are over their heads without guidance. I ordered a hot fudge sundae with nuts. I got ice cream with nuts. When I went back for the hot fudge , it was cold. Sad situation.

Before the new owner took over I would have given this place at least a 4 star rating but since it was sold, the quality has gone drastically downhill. I've had my order messed up more times than I can count, the burgers are dry half the time and black any other time, and half their menu hasn't been updated to reflect what they actually serve. Having previously worked here for 3 years I'm disappointed in how the quality has dropped under new ownership. I don't know if I'll be returning.

Under new management an absolutely horrible service.Ordered 2 smores blizzards an one came out with no Graham crackers an returned it an the manger got very smart with us an waited half an hour for the other blizzardWhich wouldnt be bad but there was muliple people getting there ice cream before us an didnt say anything an when the manger gave us our blizzards she said thank you an your welcome an slammed the window in my face.I would not recommend going to that dairy queen an drive to the next one for better serviceThe service there before the new management was awesome.

Sort of medium timed wait but honestly well worth it. I got the largest cone I've ever gotten from a DQ here and the food was hot and delicious. Glad I stopped here for dinner!

Just got home from drive through.Paid for 2 $6 buck DBL cheese burger meals.Single burgers in the bag.I called immediately, no apology, no satisfaction.Girl on phone told me the meal deal is only single burger.Funny how 5 previous meal deals were all dbl as advertised on the drive up menu.

Has anyone actually received what they ordered here? I have been here about six-times since moving out this way, I believe they're 50-50. I have received anything from not at all what I ordered to close to what I've ordered. And the times that I did get what I asked for, it's very good. My woman suggests, that I just ask for lunch, let them pick.

Good service, friendly staff,. Need a little work on getting burgers as ordered, so double check if you like them plain and make sure you get the number you ordered.
