I frequent the Walmart Supercenter in Hazleton Township just way too often...but it really DOES have everything I need in a one-stop shopping trip. And the prices are unbeatable.

There is not a lot of room to move. Stock is cluttered in between the aisles. Two grocery carts can not move at one time.

Too many people waiting in line for self checkouts and for the few cashiers. Walmart needs to go back to plain cashiers cause all your doing is making customers do your damn job. And then have to be asked to see our receipt all the time.

Let me explain: this is a Walmart to the entire area of the Southern Luzerne region. This Walmart is accessible to Hazleton City and the surrounding area. Keep that in mind when shopping at this run down, short supplied, culture driven, supermarket. This place does get crowded on the weekends and holidays. The best time to day to come here is before closing hours and Tuesdays.

It's your average Walmart. Occasional unfriendlies may shoulder check you then give you the stink eye or worse so learn to go at less busy times.

The greeter had somewhat of an attitude when i refused to hand over my property - receipt he said he's " calling it in" just because i didnt hand my property over for him to read, Walmart greeters should just greet you, not commit harassment on the way out, stop asking for my property when im leaving your not getting my receipt unless i want a refund, want to double check my receipt then ill take all my money back for that time its not in my possession

Sucks. Getting better but the person should know how to speak some English not hard HELLO ONE WORD you would think live in America to get a job you need to speak English the American language!!!!! I felt bad for her why would Walmart put some who cant speak English to take orders at the meat deli in a America if you dont speak the language bad WalmartPs picture is me waiting at deal

Check the dates on the meat especially don't grab the ones that turn brown. Somebody had a review a little ways back that said somebody brought meat to the register and then it didn't get back to the cooler. It was left at the register for a long time and maybe that's what happened here too??

My biggest problem is that they only have 2 registers open creating long lines, expecting everyone to use the self checkout. As a disabled Senior with $350 of groceries, Manager "Wyona" closed the registers at 8:00 pm and locked a main door. She was impossible to talk to and didn't care, she was very nasty, poor management skills!!!

Slow......several online pickup orders over the year, each one has had its own issue. From waiting over an hour, to being told by associate they would be right out then CLOSED without telling me! Today I checked in, parked and app shows I am parked however after 45 min of waiting in spot I asked if they were behind and was told I didn't check in when clearly I did. I asked if they could grab my order and they gave me attitude like it was my fault because I was patient and didnt ask for 45 min as they came in and out of door watching me sit there!

Poorly stocked store, Out of every item I shopped for... Kiltz ceiling paint not primer ), triple braid cheese danish etc.Store associates nowhere in sight. Filthy store.

Place is always a choir just to get through it! Can't keep some of the stuff on the shelf because of poor time management via management, maybe? I don't know but the only other excuse or reason is they haven't hired enough people. I do see they are also always hiring and even saw a couple positions on Indeed. I personally like the other Wal-Mart for most of the time but this place is very accessible as well.

Awful!!! We sat for 25 minutes waiting for a pick up of 1 item. Then we got a message saying it was picked up but we never got it. We called several times to get passed ftom person to person and disconnected! Finally after an hour woman got us a manager and a young man brought out our item. Absolutely sad. No communication going on there at all. We will never ever order there again.

The clientele here has changed over the years, but the staff continue to maintain the cleanliness of the building despite the changes.
