I was recommended here for the 1st time for my 17 month old german rottweiler for an ear infection and I must tell you, I'm very impressed how the girls there was so gentle and nuturing towards my dog while cleaning her ears. That's is very important for owners. The workers were not scared at all to handle her and my dog trusted them. The vet was very kind and helpful. Thank you for your services. I am the new mommy of twin boys 16 week old Samoyeds. I learned they have worms and each have different types. I was quite worried. VetIQ told me I could bring them right in no appt needed. They took them right back, were seen, got there needed prescriptions, and even microchipped in no time at all. They were friendly, professional. I personally like this office much better than the vets I have used in the past. I also like the clinics at Tractor Supply. A+ from us

I came to get my dogs anal glands cleared out. While they were professional they were not calming, kind, nor patient with my dog. I’m not saying my dog is perfect but he is very calm poodle mix and weighs 25lbs. They pulled him onto a counter, wrapped him in a bear hug and started the job. He reacted badly, fought hard and tried to bite. Though I was surprised I don’t expect anyone to put up with that so didn’t complain when they put on a muzzle. They tried again and he fought so they gave up and said he would clearly have to be sedated which they don’t do there. Every question I asked was returned with a curt “it’s our policy, you’ll have to go elsewhere”. This whole interaction took less than three minutes. They did recommend other offices.I’m not arguing with their policy or the choice they made, I’m bugged at how they treated my dog. Not once did they try to talk to, pet, or calm him. They didn’t take 30 seconds to let him get used to the office or even smell their hands. There was no opportunity for him to NOT struggle.Compare this to little bit ago when I took him to a groomer for similar care (Auntie Liz's Diamonds In the Ruff) they pet him, talked to him and let him get used to them before picking him up. As they clipped his nails and cleared his anal glands they talked to him and calmed him when he tried to struggle (they couldn’t get it totally clear and recommended I go to the vet). The whole event took about 20 minutes beginning to end and we all left happily, including my dog. This is the love and care I expect professionals to give my pets.

We needed our cats CD/SD food prescription renewed. Every other vet had a 2 month wait list or wasn't accepting new patients at all. VetIQ saved us. $35 is all it cost for the appointment and it was the next day. Amazing. Thank you so much! You are doing such an amazing service for the community here. They are only there to make money. They rip you off on their prices for prescription pet medication. Same pill I got at my vet and paid 55 cents for they charged $1.49. Steroid they prescribed cost about 32 cents online they charged me $1.99. This place overcharged me approximately $80 in meds! They see how much you love your pet and take advantage of you! What a shame! Very odd that they examine your pet in the entryway and not in an exam room. Would give it zero stars but had to give it one so this gets posted!

Walk ins being accepted was a huge help as my cat has an eye infection but I didn’t know if that was cause for a hospital trip. They checked him out, gave me an ointment to cure it, and told me how to use it and how many times a day. Fast and efficient.

My kitten Luna, received the best care today! The vet & vet tech were amazing with her! She was having problems with her ears & eyes. Got checked out, got her microchipped, and her shots. Prices are reasonable. I was told what the cost would be even before they took my kitten to be examined. Plus the 1st visit 50% off coupon was a great deal! So for those complaining about the price surprises me. They literally tell you how much before they take your pet back. Ask about prices and your total before you agree to service. I will be back for her next series of shots. Plus no appointments needed is so convenient! Highly recommend this place!

Great prices, services & staff. Both vet & his assistant were very nice and easy to talk to. They answered all questions I had. I selected one of the premade packages they had for my cat. She got all of the shots she needed at a fraction of the vet prices. My cat didn’t need one of the shots in the package, so they kindly switched it out for another service she did need! Additionally if it’s your first time visiting, check around on their website for a coupon. I found a 50% off first visit coupon that really helped as well!As long as you are going for the services listed on their website, this is a great choice!

Very expensive Vet clinic. They charge $81 for rabies vac. + (obligatory physical examination). Although I don't need a physical examination. I think rabies vacc. is changing from $28 to $40 across several clinics.

Nice place to go to. I just don't agree with having to pay for a physical exam of my fur family, if they haven't been seen in a year.That's why people use these facilities, they don't want to have to pay an office fee.

This is so convenient, the wait was not long on a Saturday morning, staff was excellent and and answered all my questions. They were very gentle with my dog, he is 14.5 years old and a bit nervous. Everything went smoothly and we are very happy.
