I don't write reviews, but for this place, I need to.We had a ferret, who was considered an exotic pet. She was having seizures and we called everywhere for an emergency visit, even places that were hours away. Everywhere said they did not see exotics on the weekends.After 2 hours of her seizures not stopping we decided to have her put down. This clinic said that they would do it even though she was an exotic.Thank you so much to the staff who were compassionate and kind towards us as we saw our fur baby leave this world and let us not watch her suffer any longer.

I love this pet clinic, all the employees are incredible, very attentive, they are very patient and explain the entire procedure. I definitely recommend this pet clinic and everything at an excellent price. If you want a good service and at a good price, you have to go to this pet clinic.

We had our female spayed. Everything went well. The staff was friendly and was willing to answer any concerns we had. Their pricing was way below any other vet we had visited. I highly recommend the Pet Care Clinic.

What a great experience! Our dog, Nicole needed her shots updated but the place where we normally take her was out of our price range right now so we got her shots way cheaper here plus it was closer to us as well in Hazleton. I am also extra glad we went there for this appointment because Nicole got to meet 2 new friends, Teddy and Kenzie who were so well behaved and a bunch of cuties!When it came to the staff you could tell they all loved and cared for the animals which is important. They even helped Nicole with a broken nail and fixed her all up as well as her routine shots. It was a very positive experience for Nicole and us all around. :)

Pet Care Clinic, please do not send confusing messages. Low cost should not always mean lower quality. We arrived at 4:20pm admittedly late for our 2 pets. They should at least accommodated us for 4:30 as we were 10 min early for that appointment but you cancelled all three!Today is 12/10/2023, a very rainy day. I hope that when you drive home today, you'll realize that a family came to your office through the rough weather. Please don’t lie that you were trying to accomodate the other 2 pets because you did not!!! You are the worst, inconsiderate Vet Clinic! Don’t bring your pets here!!!

My cat was very sick and she needed antibiotics so I waited for the pet care clinic to open. I’m panicking making sure my baby is OK. I waited for the receptionist or whoever she was to open. I patiently gave her at least 10 minutes before I try to open the door to see if I can get my cat to be seen. She finally came out and told me it’s by appointment only she gave me some paper with some other veterinarians that were not goal of giving an appointments She was very rude, unethical and lack empathy. I was the first one there she could’ve squeezed me in, but she assumed I was, not with funds. Basically she thought I was broke. She kept explaining to the other vets aren’t that expensive this and that I sat in my car and cried for about five minutes I had to pray. I was in tears all the way home then on my Instagram feed I seen Dutch an online veterinarian service that that was very compassionate, immediate response. The appointment was online, and the veterinarian was definitely empathetic, loving and caring and understanding and very knowledgeable that made my day from the awful time. I waited for them to open at the the pet care clinic, so I’m glad my London girl, my for baby got her medicine today, regardless of the day of the pet care clinic started off with …..I recommend to go online veterinarian clinic Dutch before going here ……..

I just took my boys, Bill and Ted, for their first visit doggy visit. I am so happy the girls from Twin Scissors Pet Grooming recommended them. They are wonderful! So caring and knowledgeable. You can see how much they all love animals. They took the time to listen to my questions and concerns and showed so much love to the boys. It was a great experience and I'm happy to know my dogs will be receiving care from them in the future!

The surgery procedure is less than desirable. I know the staffing is low but a quick text to say your best friend made it through surgery fine would be a lot better than waiting for a call at 8PM or not at all, dropping off your four legged child for surgery waiting 13 hours for any news is horrible. They are nice people but that procedure for procedures sux.

To be honest, when I first starting going to this clinic I was unsure if the vet was reliable or new what she was talking about. Part of that was probably because I was a first time pet owner as an adult. However, after months of appointments and a puppy and two kittens later I love the vet and the whole staff. They are so caring and it is clear they love and care for every animal they see. The vet is very knowledgeable and even admits when there is something she isn’t sure of but never lets you leave without an answer. My puppy recently got a spay and they even took time to console me, as I cried watching my little baby go for her surgery. (Which went really well). If you can’t really afford a lot, but need to get your babies seen I highly recommend this place. I moved to NJ and I still drive two hours just to take my babies here. 10/10 experience. And Jess I believe her name is, is an EXCELLENT help as well. I just love these people and I’ll be sad when I eventually am to far away to travel to come here. The only downside is their hours, as they are only open a few days a week but I personally find the wait worth it

I did a lot of research before taking my fur baby here. All of the reviews were wonderful and they were right! The staff is so wonderful and were so kind to my cat. They are very knowledgeable and kind. I didn't feel rushed during the appointment and I feel comfortable bringing her here from now on! Thank you for the wonderful job you guys did!

What a great place for taking care of your fur baby when they're sick. This Pet Care Clinic is thorough. Jeanie is awesome. My dogs Vet doesn't operate on weekends. And my baby was sick. I called this clinic and they made an appointment asap. They checked everything and all vitals were great. He has some type of infection. She him antibiotics. The reviews I read on here were so right and truthful. Great & very clean clinic. I'll definitely go back if needed.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Our one kitty cat got very ill on a weekend and our regular vet nearby was closed. We considered going to one of the ER vets in Allentown but had a bad experience with one of them in the past, with a misdiagnosis and very large bills. We did some research and discovered this out-of-the-way vets office about 55 minutes away from us that had hours on Saturday and Sunday of all days. We called on a Sunday morning and the very nice nurse did everything she could to get us in as a new patient with an urgent issue and she did. We got an appointment for 4:30 p.m. on a Sunday. The doctor could not have been nicer and discovered our kitten had a bad UTI and a high fever. She gave her several medicines in the office and some to take home. The bill was less expensive than our local vet for a well visit, let alone a sick visit, which was a real blessing when you're low on funds with a sick pet. A few days later, our kitty cat is back to normal and feeling great. Will definitely go back here again in a pinch even though it's almost an hour away. Highly recommended. Office is very clean, as well.

I absolutely love Jeanie and Jessica and so do all my fur babies. They are absolutely wonderful with my girls. Prices are outstanding. They do not rush through your visit to get it over with, they spend time with your pet and you. They're always gentle and patient. I couldnt imagine going anywhere else. They have a customer for life with me. See you ladies again soon.

Very nice staff and the clinic was easy to find, cost for service for my doggie to get her vaccine was affordable just wish I could of use my care credit card which I have for my dogs needs of service but overall the prices were affordable with great service. I will return when my doggie needs too.

I took my baby boy to this office with the confidence of a friends word on how wonderful they were and have been so poorly let down. My partner and I brought our little one in for his first check up with several symptoms that pointed to FIP but they said he just had worms and was all good to go. We got the dewormer and made an appointment for three weeks later since he wasn’t even heavy enough to get shots yet.A week before the next appointment he took a turn and his belly started swelling more than it was, I tried to call and leave a message asking for a sooner appointment because I was scared something wasn’t right. We got no call back. No help. He passed away the day before Easter. We’ve still gotten no call back. So thank you Pet Care clinic for your neglect. We hope you call us asking why we missed our appointment or atleast you read this and take your calls more serious.

My puppy was not feeling well and I was so happy that they were able to fit us in on a Sunday, this is the first time me and my wife left a vet office and felt like we were well taken care of.This will be my vet from now on. Great customer service.I haven't go to this place yet, but I called them today 1/29/2022 just to ask just a question ( a issue with my puppy) and they were really nice and help me out. My puppy and I will be visiting SOON. Thanks!
