I've taken my 2 golden retrievers to The Lazy Dog Salon for the past few years. They always come out looking & smelling great! I wouldn't take them anywhere else. The people that work there are very pleasant.

I had the worst experience ever here. The owner was so rude and unhumanly disrespectful. It was my 1st and last time ever bringing my baby here. I cant believe I let these type of people take care of my pup. This place is filthy and your paying for services that were never provided. Over priced and waited 4 hours for my dog to be done. I hope this place shuts down and the health department should take a look at this place. I wish I had done more research before taking my fur baby here. Horrible customer service, filthy, over priced greedy rotten owners who deserve to have their license taken away. I hatttteeeee this place. If you care about your fur babies, stay the hell away from here. I wish i didnt have to give it even 1 star.

My dogs just get their nails cut, but Melanie just comes out takes them in and cuts their nails for $8 each when we just walkin.Nails are done nicely. Good place!!!

I have taken my shih tzu here since they opened many years ago. I never had a bad experience. My dog had a skin condition missy was always so caring with her. And people complaining they waited hours for their dog to get groomed that’s normal. It’s not going to take an hours to bath cut brush dry your dog. My shih tzu has now passed and I now have a puppy again and will continue to go here

Awesome place !! Quick and reliable , was looking for someone to cut my dog nails because he scratched his nose very bad and my arm , called and they were available right away quick & affordable LOVE IT highly recommend ..

We have dealt with the Lazy Dog for a number of years and are very happy with them. They do tend to take a while with the dog but the results are excellent! We have used many other groomers but always come back to the Lazy Dog.

If you have a dog that needs to be groomed this is the place to call. I have a extremely hairy dog and they have never complained unlike other places. And my dog always comes out looking wonderful without a hudge price.

today i witness something the owner of the lazy boy salon on north broad street in west hazleton PA calling one of her customer a racial word targeting Spanish the "S" word...what i dont understand the lady was a caucasian just like her until i realize he kids were a shade darker...thatgot me sick to my stomach...while sitting there and watching the scene some type of hero came in the picture, my mind was lost because he was against his owned race because she had the dark kids with her...so the cop showed up i didnt hear what they were saying but the hero was laughing with the officer and talking to the owner and send that customer away....its was sad to see this happen...ok now i checked HAZLETON NEW 1 and read "armed indivdual causing a disturbance whpd and hpd responding" i am speechless! and the ignorant people that have no idea of what happen are commenting ridiculous post...i saw what i saw and GOD is my witness....i will NEVER take my pet to this place they might shoot me saying my bird looks like a weapon. IM DISGUSTED OF THIS SITUATION
