Good old fashioned customer service! It’s great to find there are still stores with knowledgable employees. Whenever I stop there, they always help me with anything I need. It’s a small hardware store that seems to have exactly what you’re looking for, without having aisles and aisles of useless things that don’t belong. When I have trouble finding something, the staff knows exactly where to send me. Today was a perfect example. I needed a simple hose clamp and couldn’t find it. The guy at the counter points to the aisle, says halfway down right hand side right where the glass case ends. Exactly right! No need to roam around for 25 min or try to use a store app which tells you the wrong aisle anyway. They also carry every Milwaukee tool a guy could ever want! Like I said, old fashioned service! There’s no comparison.

As a contractor seeking reliable equipment rental services, I would strongly advise against engaging with Team Supply. Their equipment has consistently proven to be unreliable. On numerous occasions, equipment rented from them failed during use. Unfortunately, they fail to take responsibility for these occurrences, and instead blame the contractor.In comparison, our experiences with Sunbelt Rentals have been far more satisfactory. They provide well-maintained machinery and, in the rare event of a problem, they will take back the equipment for repair without additional rental charges.Furthermore, Team Supply has demonstrated disappointing customer service. My attempts to resolve these issues with management have been unsuccessful; not only did my request for a call go unattended for days, but a subsequent conversation with the owner was far from constructive. Despite assuring me he would return my call, he failed to do so.Given the importance of reliable equipment to a contractor’s operation, broken machinery can cause significant disruptions. Therefore, I suggest seeking rental services elsewhere to ensure the smooth progress of your jobs.

Called to inquire about rentals. Asked the guy if they rent paint sprayers and he said they don't. I said ok and took about 1 second to take a breath so I could then ask if they rented another equipment I need and I hear click. The guy hung on me. No, "goodbye", "thanks for calling," or "anything else I can help with?" Management needs to train the workers on proper phone etiquette and how to drive additional business with great phone customer support.

This is the second time I’ve been here since new ownership. Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Both times were for rentals but looking around the store, I see that the prices are cheaper and materials far superior to another local home improvement store. I see myself shopping here more often.

Went in to have a couple of keys made but ended up coming out with a whole bunch other stuff that you can’t find any place else. I’ve been coming to this place for over 20 years and they have never missed with me always positive great spot.
