This pharmacy is truly one of a kind. Everyone here from the pharmacists to the staff are so kind and friendly! They have helped me with a lot of issues I've had with my medicines and have shown that they truly care about my health and well-being. There is a woman who works in the pharmacy named Donna - I think she might be an angel. She is so sweet and so helpful; she knows me by name and always addresses me with a beautiful, warm smile. This pharmacy is truly the Gold Standard of how all pharmacies should be ran. Every pharmacist is compassionate, understanding and kind. Thank you, truly for all the helpfulness you all have shown me. Hazelton RiteAid is and always will be NUMBER ONE!

Store is very neat and clean, most employees are nice, but one cashier was very rude. I asked about a coupon and I felt a bit bad for asking such a simple question. The cashier was a older tall woman with short blonde hair. Customers are not a fault of your having a bad day at work. I was very polite and asked about her attitude and she acted like nothing happened.

I caught a pharmacy employee red-handed stealing pills out of a pill bottle as she was ringing me up. Since reporting the incident, i have had nothing but problems with my prescriptions there. Even being denied my medications getting filled and lied to about the reason why. Also... this location purposely turns off the pharmacy phones when they feel they are too busy to also deal with phone calls.

Worst pharmacy in Hazleton don’t go there! Even the pharmacist is rude and can’t admit their mistakes! Not to mention they screwed up my mothers blood pressure pills gave her a bottle with 50 mg that she was supposed to take and 100mg mixed together that she wasn’t supposed to take.

This is one of the few drugstores that gets you in and out from your appointments quickly. They are very professional and knowledgeable about the tests and vaccines that they have available.

on 4/21/220 i went to the rite aide store.Hazleton to pick up my medication i did were a mask my daughter was with me i was walking to the pharmac.i was stop buy your store work who was very rude said you need a mask i pull it down and said excuse.me she said you heard me .i said i pull it down to tell my daughter something and to be able breath.i told your clerk.im sorry but i have a medical cond that i cant breath i told her its a hippa and i don have to tell her about my medical condition and she was very rude and disrespect.to another gentleman.she needs to be fired.my email address tracymcl3@hotmail.com and i want to here back from a head person if not i will call a lawyer.she went against my right under the hippa law because not everyone needs to know i can breath

The casher feamale that worked on 3/4/18 around 19:20 should be no where near customers Arrogance and attitude is on bearable to the point if it wasn't for her age someone would go to jail and after being wrong And apologizing she She exceeds or attitude arrogance even further I don't care for the dollar it is the principle it's hard earnd money and will not lose money cus ur stupid self.
