Great value and choices for anything for pets!!! A variety of pets available for sale and adopting, fish, birds, reptile and small animals, cats and dogs vary by location. The cats and dogs partner with a local shelter (which I think is awesome!) And most locations have a pet salon, where both dogs and cats can be pampered! And some locations also have a vet onsite, a doggy day camp, and pet hotel! There is an awesome rewards program with tons of savings and perks, the atmosphere is laid back and just a great place all around!

I take my dogs there but I'm disappointed cause I feel that they are treated differently I just notice today that they give other dog like a bandana for boy and I believe for girl maybe a bow and one of the dental bone but not to my dogs that is not right I pay like the other people I will make sure I say something next time and I love all 4 like if they were my kids not dogs

I called to make an appointment, I said my dog needs a grooming and nails grinder. When I picked her up, all they did was give her was a bath and brush. Her nails were left to long and sharp. No resolution was offered. They expected me to make another appointment to cut her hair for $71.00 more. I already paid $54.00 for a bath. I got burned!!

This Pet Smart in Hazelton Pa is not taking good care of their snakes, this poor snake was having one heck of a time trying to shed. They had very low humidity not the right temperature and they even under fed him . I asked the store manager to adopt him and she refused. She wanted us to pay the $49.99. Which either way we would, but this snake is under weight and not in the best health, you can tell. The store manager was extremely rude to us and acted like we didn’t know what was going on. We asked if she can lower the price even a little bit then just to help us for the added cost to get it back to full health, she got really snippy and refused. She was very rude. There was other animals that looked not in great health. This snake you can definitely tell was not in great health. It’s sad that pet smart treats not only their animals poorly but they also treat their customers with disrespect.If it wasn’t for us really being animal lovers and wanting to rescue an animal who needs help, I would never come back to here knowing the “behind the scenes” and how they treat animalsI would give negative stars if possible

Love this petsmart the employees are always super sweet. Only issue is that the fish frequently have ick. Bought 3 guppies last week, the ick showed up a few days later. Sure enough I went back to petsmart for something else and checked the guppies in the tank I got them from and many of the fish in the tank had ick. Again love the store, but definitely quarantine any fish you buy for a few days.

I called ahead about a ball python. Upon arrival we met with Vanessa. We had many many questions and she had even more answers. She didn't try to upsell us anything and instead gave options and the quality of those options. She went in the back to search for a kit we found online and found it for us. We then ended up buying more of the higher quality items because we knew the reason why it was better. We are enjoying ssssssnuggles (ball python) and everything has been smooth sailing. 10/10 service. The store itself is very very clean and organized no clutter anywhere. The cashier who checked us out had us laughing and capped off the perfect experience. I cannot remember his name unfortunately. Overall I would reccomend others to come here for pets and pet needs.

Aweful service on the grooming service, went there three times for a wash, but they refused and instead kept suggesting to cut all his hair in order to avoid having to detangle some of his hair and therefore spending a bit more of time with him. Not returning more for sure .... #aweful grooming #aweful groom

OK, still a bit pricey, but we get reasonable prices for special IAMS dog food. Haven't gone the mail-order route, yet. Not too sure if they really use curb-side app service as it didn't work for me. I had to go in. Excellent job on grooming our Natasha.

Wish the beta fish has proper equipment but I understand that's just a corporate problem and not specific store issue. for this specific store, it was nice, no complaints and nice workers.

I took my DD friend to look at Gecko tanks and supplies. I forgot her names but she took the time to explain everything to him. He left with brochures and a better idea on what he needs to plan and budget for. A good experience for everyone.

well I'm baby sitting my son's dog .Pet Smart gets these stuffed animals $5 is a nice deal when they do the mouth mumbo on them .They come in for the holiday sales .a gaylord ,big box .Last year I got 3 different animals ,I'm earlier than last year and only the dog was left Chance.So I got her 3 and they were on sale ,not $5.40 but $2,47:.there was a lamb a cat last year a bear and the dog .only the dog so Roxy Got 3 dogs and got her a super toyShe usually goes in store and looks takes the toy she wants and that is a favorite .I hated her when son brought her home but I watched and we are best friends .People that are employees are happy to help . she told me where the other stuffed ani al are but Pennsylvania is a 100 miles round trip or more . next year.

Just had my little Yorkie groomed. I would not hesitate to recommend this grooming salon. Nicole groomed BellA and did such a good job. I watched the other groomers at work and all were very good with the dogs. The cashier was very personable and informative. A good experience all around. Thank you Pet Smart!! On a side note….very reasonable grooming prices.

I came for a ball python due to the conditions it was in. He is shedding and needs to be in humidity between 70 and 80% at all times. On one side the humidity read 30% the other side read 40%. He can't properly shed. It's coming off in flakes and is stuck to his face and eyes. When I brought this up to the manager I was met with rudeness. So we gave it right back only with the facts. The snake is also under weight. It's going to take me some time to get him where he needs to be but I'm just glad I was able to get him so I can give him the proper care he needs. This petsmart needs to do better

Had nothing but great experiences at Pet Smart. Really nice people. The last time I went there the cashier loved my hat. Wanted a picture of it for her son.It says, "My dog is smarter than your President. Obviously the staff is very smart too. Ha Ha

Have been coming for a few months. I try to schedule my appointments close to when I can make it. Showed up late November 14th, 2022 1:50 and was spoken to very rudely by the grooming department. I asked to not have my dogs nails trimmed on their last appointment and they did it anyway complaining that the dogs bite. Not only did they choose to do what they wanted they complained to me after being told not to. This is the last time I will be grooming here.
