Panera for $17 not included a drink, I would expect more and better and correct recipe for my food. I ordered a warm bowl Mediterranean and arugula and hummus was missing! Explain that ! The only reason you get a 4 stars is because the young lady was so sweet at the window while I paid for a bakery that was not available and was still charge for the 4th option. I hate giving less than 5 Stars unless the service was very nasty but to miss the recipe that's sad ! Plus the chicken seemed to have made barely into my plate !

This poor review is specifically for the Hazelton location. My family and i ordered the family feast. The greek salad used spring mix vs romaine lettuce, like normal. We also requested no onions on anything, due to my wife and kid hating onions. All of the sandwiches and the salad had onions. They ended up only eating the soup.We have ordered this deal at different locations and they always honor the 'no onion' request.

If I was ranking food alone, I'd give 4 stars. However, I witnessed something awesome. There was a dog running loose, and a Panera employee put the dog in her car for safety. A lot of people wouldn't care, which is awful, but thank you for being a good person! I don't doubt you ensured that fur baby made its way home. May you be blessed for your good deed.

The food was fresh and cooked just right, the tables were clean, and the order was done fast.The bathrooms were gender neutral--so no waiting while one stays unoccupied.

Don't buy pizza here , the pizza is mediocre , it was not even cooked all the way and I could see the dough in many parts , it was missing sauce and cheese and the cheese didn't even melt. The frozen pizza at the supermarket is better to be honest

Food is good. The staff is yelling I think that the server is sick because she can not keep quiet and constantly coughing. Extremely rambunctious crew. They are having way too much fun and not working as they are carrying on. After a long day of working all I want to do is have peace and quiet with my meal, not in this place.

Great bakery items. Creative menu. Friendly service. If they mess some thing up they are apologetic and try their best to make it up to you. It's brand new so they're still trying to work out the kinks. Overall the food is amazing. Looks and taste delicious and is actually good for you. Definitely a step in the right direction for corporate food chains.

I like the menu, but this location is hot or miss. My orders aren't prepared very consistently and this week someone didn't pay enough attention to the age of the cabbage mix... if you bring a problem to their attention, they'll fix it, but when it's a to-go order that doesn't work out.

This particular location is terrible. They put on so little meat, there was a significant portion of my sandwich that was nothing but bread. I decided to try again, and the next time I ordered the same sandwich with double meat. They charged me for it, but still gave me a bread sandwich with a hint of meat. My husband ordered the same sandwich I did, also with double meat, and also received their standard empty sandwich. For 2 sandwiches and 2 soups, paying over $50 and eating primarily bread and soup, I am incredibly unimpressed. We won't be going to the Hazleton location again.

Over an expansive amount of years, I slowly became acquainted with much of the staff at Panera. Any outsider could immediately take notice—the chemistry was real. I genuinely enjoyed every second of my presence at Panera Bread Hazleton, LLC. But, alas, notice how my verbiage is in the past tense. In the present, I cannot say the same. Ever since the general managing staff was changed, I feel unwelcome instead of welcome. I feel shunned instead of appreciated. I feel a far distance that was once a near connection. With that being said, I must now take my business elsewhere. The respect and admiration I once felt as a customer is withered lifeless.

Panera Bread is one of my favorite restaurants which is why i was so surprised by my negative experience at this particular panera. It was very clean and nice inside however the staff was not great. My order came out wrong and when I explained to staff what i order they reluctantly offered to remake it. They brought it out wrong again. Finally after bringing it back once again I was made the correct sandwich. On top of that they got my bakery order wrong too. Heard other customers complaining that their orders were wrong too. For a 2 person $50 bill i expected more

I am not so keen on the changes to the menu, as soon as we find something we live that is unique to Panera, it seems it's gone. My 14 yr old granddaughters steak sandwich was way under cooked, so much so that she didn't want to send it back because it ruined her appetite. We were traveling, and we have a local Panera, so we know what we like. This was probably a one off incident. The restaurant was super clean, as where the restrooms. The front of the store staff was friendly and engaging.Vegetarian options: Plenty of optionsParking: Clean parking lot, plenty of space.Wheelchair accessibility: Would be great if all Panera Restaurants had auto open option for their doors for easier wheelchair access. The doors they do have, however, are wide and the dining area as well as outside dining is conveniently set up for people with disabilities.

Staff were friendly and it is one of the cleanest and well run Panera I have been in when the travelling. Corporate should use this location as an example for training. I hope this review will be read by Corporate and also recognize the great hard work the employees do at this location.Parking: Close to I-81 and easy accessWheelchair accessibility: Restaurant was designed per ada standards. Beverages at height level for wheelchair accessibility.

You would think for over $40 for sandwiches and soup they would get your order right. Wrong. On top of that they were all out of sides to go with your order. Lower the price? Offer substitutions? Nope, except for an up charge. The random sandwiches were meh, and the soup was well soup. Place is a rip off. Not coming back.
