The Hazelton Store is a joke!Bought a mower from this store because they were the only store who had it in stock. Purchased it over the weekend when they had a few left in stock. $25 dollar trip to get and when I open the box its clearly used and abused. How can something actually leave the store in this condition. Pics are only of some of the damage. Store is zero help they want me to waste more time bringing it back instead of returning it locally. Spend another $25 so they can give me an unspecified discount even though they have zero in stock now. Called Cooperate to be told I'm on my own to negotiate with stores to get it resolved. I offered very simple reasonable solutions with no resolution. Very disappointed with this purchase.**Edit** 07/29/23After speaking with and email numerous managers at the store nothing additional was offered besides spend more money on something you don't want and we can give you a discount. Spoke with corporate and that was a joke. They offered me a $50 gift certificate and when I said well I guess thats the best I'm going to get just send it they said we can't do that. Spoke with that persons manager and they said the person I was talking to didn't have the authority to offer a gift certificate. Worst lowes experience I've ever had. Never had any issues with the Wilkes Barre or Edwardsville stores. Lesson learned. Final conclusion I returned the mower and bought one from the Bartonsville store (only store who still had one) picked it up brand new in the box and I'm glad I ended up with the mower I wanted. So far its been a good purchase even though it cost me a lot more time, money and aggravation then it should have.

This is December 2023. This store has for years had a customer service issue. No one to be found. Once in a great while u get help. Asking for help in lumber waiting calling store while in lumber Isle no one is called to help. I seriously feel it's a waste of time. I'd rather go further to know I will get the help I need and pay less on top of that.It's unfortunate. I wouldn't miss it if it was gone.

Josh took care of my needs for a new washing machine that actually uses water, agitates, and works, spare no expense. 4 stars because it was supposed to be delivered Monday, got bumped 3 weeks.

No help Friday night over 25 minutes in flooring area. Found someone and they said there should be someone in that area. After the 25 minutes I paid 5$ more oer bag for something similar. The item I need had two color options and each were full pallets up on the rack. So I did an online order for 4 bags thinking I'll get then the next day. Later that evening mynorder was cancelled. Even though I physically saw the full pallets of porcelain tile mortar. Wemt back Saturday and same story. Decided to just pay the extra and ended up spending 25$ more than intended or necessary because of laziness. Customer service apologized, profusely. But did not offer to compensate difference. Ridiculous experience. SAlso, sys open till 8 online on Sunday. Found out it closes at 7 after showing up and store is closed.

I don’t typically like to give bad feedback, but this company needs to do better. I recently purchased a new stove from Lowe’s and the whole process was terrible. First the delivery driver didn’t follow the delivery instructions. Then forgot my additional parts ordered. I had to deal with customer service for about an hour and a half. They scheduled me to pick up the parts needed to do the install in their shop which was fine. 12 hours after I got the alert the order was issued for pickup I got no notification that it was ready. I went to the store and spoke to an associate at the courtesy desk. She told me to pick the order my self and she would put it through as a pickup. Really pick it myself? Luckily I found an associate to help me, but it’s going to be a long time until I consider lowes for anything.

Standing 8 min so far and whatever is on her phone is more important than helping me wow. It’s amazing that despite all that clearly can be done that paid team members, in front of customers no less can just waste time on their phones rather than help people. Sign of the times I suppose.

This establishment is the absolute best. He explained everything that was going to be done to my truck, and the final results were top notch. The price was fare and justified. There was no masking and no running paint. I will be going back to get my interior and exterior Detailing done soon.

Walked in there today 4/8/24 a gentleman came right up to us if im not mistaken I believe his name was Ken, and asked us if he could help us find anything, first time this happened in a long time where a employee came to us, instead of looking forever to find someone. We needed paper towels which were right next to us and I went to pick them up and he said, no I will get them for you, I was like omgosh he was so very nice and helpful, then we we're looking for flavored wood for my smoker and he pulled his phone out and told us what isle that was in. God Bless this gentleman for his kindness. I do realize this store is short staffed, but he deserves Employee of the year. Thank you Sir.

ordered in stock counter on line the night before. Making sure they had the counter top on floor. scheduled curb side pick up. Borrowed a truck, drove 40 min. they had the counter top ready for pick up. (gave 1 star) The problem was all the counter top pieces had damage ALL over them. question that i have. why did worker load them and think a customer would take them. i should have been called and told, they only have damaged items. waste my time and gas and not be compensated in any way. Didn't even offer to order more. under trained workers, poor management.This is to the owners response to my review above. Why did you have me call the 1-800 number? Had to wait 18 min for a call back. Spoke to a very nice women, that I read my review to and your response. She did not know why you responded in that way.So nothing has changed besides you waisting 18 minutes more of my time.

I went for an interview at the Hazletownship location and they had me waiting for 30 min for a manager to interview me . After waiting 45 min I decided to leave. The store is a mess and they are not even prepared to interview nobody. Very disappointed. The store needs new Management that actually care for the business.

One of the worse experiences of my life. Bought a transition for laminate flooring on my first trip, got home tried to install there is a piece that is needed to snap into. Second trip couldn’t find said track so waited for help. After asking 5 people one person finally knew something and their answer is we don’t sell that separate you have to buy one with it in it…… well they don’t sell that. Finally after an hour I figured out how to rig something instead of paying 40 dollars online to get something, went to check out one cashier on the self checkout and 19 people waiting to check out. After helping an older woman check out because no one would help her I finally got to check out and leave. They need to learn customer care and be able to supply a complete Solution. I’d give them a zero if I could. Also no manger to be found on the floor.

I would like to thank Cory Jeffrey & the 2 other associates that went completely above & beyond to help me today!!!So much for Dominic (manager) who was helping another customer, which was ok. You blew off other customers who waited 45+ minutes for you. Its bad enough you blew off customers, but an associate that asked you for help UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Terrible experience. No one was willing to help. After finally finding an associate whom I thought would help me get some lumber from the shelves, I wound up doing it by myself while he stood there watching me struggle (I'm 70 years old). I asked him if he would at least get me a large cart on which to put the lumber, he said, "We don't have any." He proceeded to just stand there watching me. Needless to say, I left the lumber right there on the floor and walked out.This is not the first time I encountered such a lack of help. You can be sure I will never shop at that store again. I'm rethinking my loyalty to Lowe's altogether. Home Depot will now be my "go to" store.

Placed a $600 order, one item, for curbside to go. Got the notification it was ready. Checked in. Drive to the store. I've been sitting in my running car for 45 minutes waiting for my order. Called twice, 2:30 and 4:00 of ringing, respectively. Aggravated does not even touch my current mood. At least have the courtesy to call me or text me and give me the option to come back. Terrible service.

Not like it used to be, it was messy, empty spaces on shelves, hard to get help, seemed like less staff around. To check out you must have used self checkouts, no registers were staffed and open.

Will not go back to this store not one cashier on duty all self checkout lines backed up two girls trying to assist people having trouble and it wasn’t good. Two for one sale on Scott’s lawn fertilizer would not work at self check out. Lowes sucks I refuse to do business with them until they get checkout people.

This location was clean and at the time I went. There were a lot of clearance items. I picked up paint and they were quick. I had a hard time trying to find items and employees weren't knowledgeable I was directed to the wrong aslie so I ended up leaving without additional items I needed to paint so I ended up getting them somewhere else.

I went to the Hazelton Lowes yesterday 1/16/2023.I was having a difficult time finding craftsman vacuum bags, a filter and sleeve.There was an employee working in the aisle and he was amazing. His name was Daniel he came down off the lift and proceeded to search ever bag, filter and sleeve shelf for me. Still convinced that there had to be a set up there, he checked the inventory and it said there was some available, so he checked again. There were none to be found. I really appreciated the Customer Service because it's unheard of anymore. So Daniel if you read this your amazing and thanks for giving me hope for humanity again.

They were very busy the day i went, even though there was a sense of chaos and a busy rush, the workers were on task helping people witch im not complaining about because there was at least 5 workers helping 5 separate people look for stuff but thats great because the workers can understand who needs help or not
