NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, SCUM BAG SHIFT MANAGER, AND A STORE MANAGER THAT NEVER REACHES OUT - GO TO LOWE'S INSTEAD AS THEY ARE LESS THAN AN 1/8TH OF A MILE UP THE ROAD: If you want to be treated like a scumbag by an even bigger scumbag, visit this Harbor Freight and get stuck dealing with their shift manager. I purchased a worktable from Harbor Freight and the drawer slide fell apart. I called the store and spoke to a real ignorant dirt bag. He told me straight away that he was refusing to help me. I asked him to check with the actual store manager and he said no because the store manager would tell me the same thing. I then asked him how corporate, or his store manager would feel about him speaking for them and he said he did not care because even corporate would tell me the same thing. I asked how long he was a shift manager there and he said one-year. I then got pissed off and told him that an actual person in management who cared about the customer would ask for the name and number of the person calling and simply say "I'm sorry sir, I am unable to assist you at this time due to the inability to predict what the company that manufactures the table would say, but if you'd like to, please provide me with your name and number and I'll make sure the store manager gets your message. And if he does not call you please call back and ask for me so i can be sure you are being taken care of". Nope, instead this guy refused to take my information and was a smug scumbag. So since Lowe's is up the road go there and do not waste your time by going to Harbor Freight. I did call their corporate office and they provided me with a lead where I could purchase another drawer slide, but it was not the right one. AND the store manager never called me.

Went there today to buy a tool box, Before I went to the store. I looked online and online said the box I was looking at was in stock in all different colors. Got to the store phone. The box was not on the floor but it advertisement for it was and it takes a tag up to the register. And they would check me out. Did dad got a clear register? The older gentleman behind the register did not wanna be. There was very nasty and cranky. I understand it was Black Friday and things were busy so I just can't ignore it. And when I asked him if he had certain colors, he said. What color do you want? I said i Does not matter how long it is not white. He proceeded to tell me that he can't just check one color again. He was very cranky and grouchy. I'm about to spend almost $500 at the store. And seem like he didn't want to help me. So I walked out. 12 Lowe's and bought a $1000 toolbox. Harbor freights loss. Maybe someone should talk to this gentleman and teach him how to take care of customers. I do buy a lot of tools at the store. I do not think of every back there again

Everything is cheap dollar store quality don't expect anything to actualy stay in one peice if you actually intend on using it.. stage prop quality

On Sunday March 24 2023 , I was shopping at the West Hazleton Pa. store. There were 4 or 5 people in line ahead of me.and only one cashier. Apparently earlier, a customer got to the checkout and needed help. So the other cashier took him OUT OF THE LINE back into the store. So now there is only one cashier checking out the customers who ARE IN LINE. After waiting in line for at least 15 minutes along with several other customers the other cashier returned with the customer who needed help. That customer proceeded to bypass ALL of the other customers IN LINE and get checked out. Two of us called him out and told him where the LINE starts. THE MANAGER SAW NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS. Several customers were upset. The customer behind me left without his merchandise. And if I didn’t need the hole saw that I purchased for a project I was working on , I would have left my merchandise behind and walked out too.The staff needs more training as that is NOT HOW A CHECKOUT LINE WORKS !!!Once you get out of line , you are no longer in line. You can return to the line , but your place is now in the back of the line.It was VERY disrespectful to ALL of the customers who were waiting in line.

Sold me an inferior product that would not cut a small piece of wood and refused to give me all my money back because I opened the box to try it. Never again would I buy anything from this store. Go-to Lowes or home depot. Cheap is not always better.
