I don't understand why the hours of operation say they close at 9pm on Sundays when I arrive at 8:40 for a gallon of milk (a transaction that will take literally 20 seconds) and i dont even get my foot in the door before some rude woman screams "uh uh we closed!". She cant even talk to me like a considerate human being and say something as simple as "I'm sorry we've already counted the drawer (15 to 20 minutes early) so we can't complete any transactions. I truly apologize. Please have a nice night." Like that would be a little better customer service in my opinion if you're gonna at least close your store 20 minutes early EVERY NIGHT.

700 W Broad St, Hazleton, PA 18201 Serious MOLD issue. As soon as I walked into the store it had that mildew/mold smell, I looked up and around at the ceiling of the store. Water stains and black mold in various spots. The cashier was right their so I asked her if she could smell and see the mold. Her response was yes, I am use to it since I work here. I explained to her it is a serious health hazard to her and every customer that walks thru that door. Having recently recovered from pneumonia I left the store.

The prices are good and I normally find what I need. The only problem is the customer service. If they don't pay you enough, you should quit and get something better, don't need to be mean.

Same dirty store, new manager (always late opening) but nice workers.. expired drinks and food as well.. NEED REAL STORE MANAGER.. manager salaries are also the lower among giant chain stores and Dept stores..

I'm never shopping there again. The manager named Barico wouldn't give me my money back even though I had a receipt and insisted I take a store card or exchange. Very poor service by a manager. Now I see why I like the Church Hill Mall location much more.
