The times I have gone to that branch I have received unpleasant treatment from the manager of that branch. Yeah. You ask him for help to be able to make any purchase, he doesn't attend to you and leaves you waiting and his look is the worst. There are other employees who, on the other hand, are very polite and even if you don't speak their language, they even serve you with a smile. The last time I spent 33 dollars and if I go again it will not be because of the manager of that store but because of the pleasant treatment of the rest of the staff.

Came in to get a passport picture for my daughter and the two guys taking the picture acted like they didn't care at all... very unprofessional service. The guy that took the picture left before printing the picture and passed it on to the other guy, I felt that he did not wanted to take care of us because we are hispanics. Was also telling my daughter not to smile, she is just 6 years old...

This particular CVS is problematic. The drive-thru window is often closed. The staff turnover is almost daily. Most of the customers speak Spanish but few of the employees do, causing delays. Overworked pharmacy,long lines. Overpriced items and complicated discount programs. Disappointing. Since my review I've read and agree that I've witnessed the same things. They're all true,not just complaining. How does it survive? People are forced to use CVS through insurance companies like Aetna. This one serves an area that it's not capable of handling. Double check all dealings with this location,be warned ⚠️ pay attention to RECENT reviews,the problems have occurred since 2022'.

They use to be great but Now I’m looking for a new pharmacy they lie and are unprofessional… I was given a script that didn’t belong to me(so dangerous) ,they denied having a script until my doctor called them, then magically I received it right away, and now today my daughter was prescribed something they said they didn’t have it but that they called the other cvs and they had it so we drove there just for them to say nobody had even called and that they did not have it . I spent over 3 hours trying to call I even left it ringing for over a half hour with no answer!!! All of this within a month ! It’s a shame bc I only ever used them but not anymore.

Since covid the customer service at this location is terrible. Long hold times to get through to the pharmacy staff on the phone, as well as rude staff members. Seriously considering changing pharmacies.

My wife just had 3 molars removed. Aspen Dental called in Prescriptions. Tried 3 times ( on phone now, # 3 call) and no answer. Called before their lunch. Called exactly when the lunch ended at 2:00PM, and am waiting still, as I am on phone. First 2 calls were over 50 minutes waiting for someone to pick up. I'm so sick of this Pharmacy.

The WORST! There is not one good thing I can say about this pharmacy. The representatives are neither knowledgeable nor friendly. They never have prescriptions ready- like it will take days to fill a script…and nearly days in line! I’ve been to other CVS’s and it’s not a CVS issue, it’s this specific Locust St. location. The retail associates I have never had an issue but the pharmacy is just horrible.

This location has a very serious problem and a severe lack of employees and pharmacists. A visit to the ER and a prescription that was given expedited orders from the hospital and it won't be ready until a WEEK after the hospital visit. Multiple visits to the pharmacy, each time they tell us that it will be ready in an hour and they keep saying that it's not ready despite receiving texts that it was ready. Had to wait in a very long line multiple times for them to tell me it's not ready. This is people's medical care and medicine and they aren't even offering any sort of solution to the problems.

I know that everybody walked out that works in the pharmacy and you are hundreds of prescriptions behind but whoever is in charge really needs to figure out a way to better the situation in the pharmacy. No drive thru, no one answering the phones, waiting in line for 2 hours. I'm pulling all of my medications out and going somewhere else. I just don't have the time to wait in there with a line of 20 plus people and 1 register.

Not the workers' fault, but due to understaffed situation, prescriptions are taken 4 to 5 days to fill. Would recommend incentives to bring in associates to assist with back log.

I have given "helpful" 👍votes to everyone posting a terrible review of the pharmacy. This takes place at every CVS location world over. Using the retail store and having a CarePass is fine, but positively boycott the pharmacy for medications.

The pharmacy personnel are horrible. They are rude and condescending. Ive listened to how they speak to certain people and it really bothers me. They do not try to help certain types of people. Even today, I listened to how they spoke to someone coming in for a flu shot, and it was awful. If you can go somewhere else, go. This CVS on Locust Street is awful, and from my perspective there may be underlining issues why they treat certain people a certain way.

I understand being busy, but they dont answer their phones in the pharmacy. I finally just hung up after being on hold for 46 minutes! That's unacceptable. This isnt the first time. Now I have to drive there to ask a question about my prescription.

Store blows!! No help ever! No wonder people steal.. I don’t steal, but I see why it’s happening.. you need management and need to paid them way more than they are getting paid so they actually help.. and self checkout shove them where the sun don't shine!!! ! I have a job I don’t want another one..and it’s always broken and need assistance anyway so pay someone to help us.. I want to be served when I come to a store.. I go to rite aid it’s way better..

Aetna insurance forces me to use CVS. On hold 73 min. and got hung up on.Have a 25 mile round trip drive to CVS. If my daughter's special restricted prescription is not filled by the 31st, the insurance will not cover it on January 1. It cannot be filled without verbal request. Noonline reqhv So, CVS will destroy my daighter's life by forcing her to lose vital medication if no one there will answer the phone. I have to pay Uber $70 to get to CVS and bsck to Weatherly because CVS will NOT answer a phone. Or I have to let my daughter go into withdrawal or take her to an ER for her medicine. What is going on ???

I am so mortified how a "professional" could talk to a customer like they did to me. I asked the guy pharmacist a simple question about taking a pain reliever while being pregnant. Being pregnant for the first time is scary enough with all the dos and don't, so I thought getting a "professionals" help would easy my thoughts, well he definitely did not !!! Not only did he not help me with my question he began to make fun of me while I was still shopping in the same area and I could clearly hear him. If he was my employee he would be fired !! And I will never shop at a CVS again because of that man !!! If I could give zero stars I would have !!

They told me my prescription wouldn’t be in until Friday (on Tuesday). I called Wednesday to make sure there wasn’t an error. The order arrived on Tuesday. No body checked the medication in, and as a result they weren’t going to recheck it for an additional 3 days. The pharmacy should be checking in it’s inventory daily and making sure people have their needed prescriptions.

The CVS pharmacy here is amazing. Special thank you to the pharmacy tech named, Sarah, who went above and beyond to make sure my son received his asthma pump today.You truly made both of our day and saved us from a trip to the hospital. You are appreciated greatly, Sarah.

Staff has always been great. I changed to CVS over 2 years ago and I am happy I did. I am always greeted when I walk into the store. The Pharmacy and staff are excellent. I am glad I made the switch to CVS.

It was ok. Busy at times, friendly staff. The only bad part is that staff doesn't answer the phone much in the pharmacy area when you have a question or need refills. Again the staff is informative and friendly.

Don't know if management is new but when I went inside to pick up a prescription, a man in CVS uniform followed me around the store the entire time. I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and very unsafe. I am a small woman and there were only 2 other costumers in the store at 8am.

Horrible. My prescription was supposed to be ready Wednesday last week I went three times they told me its still not ready. The fourth time, I called today and they told me they wont be getting that product anymore, after two weeks of waiting.Today I had to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy. And to top it off every time I call this location the lady who answers is very rude

If I could give them negative stars, trust me I would! They are absolutely awful!! First they put my prescriptions in on a profile that has an address from Baltimore, where I no longer live and does not have my insurance information in there, then when they tell me some crazy obscene price and I tell them that they messed up then they make me wait ANOTHER 2 HOURS while they fix their mistake and now I'm sitting here for 2 hours while they fill my prescription after telling them I would wait for it abr they did not get it filled until EXACTLY 2 hours especially after I threw a fit around an hour and 50 min when I went to get it thinking it's just GOT TO be done by now

Honestly if your Hispanic don’t get your meds here , place have a lot of weird nasty human beings working here , if you have a family member who can’t communicate in English like that advice them not to come here because they will not be attended properly and most likely won’t get their medication and be spoken to very disrespectful by the staff who process the medication , they show alot of disgust towards Hispanics especially if they can barely speak English if you care for your grandparents/mother don’t send them here for Nuthing they will be embarrassed
