This facility is exemplary. One of the best i’ve ever delivered to (9yrs OTR). Why? They are really Trucker friendly!! Parking, respect, swift unloading: people work here are unique. I don’t say that lightly. Thank you guys

I had a 7 o'clock AM appointment I got there at 4:30 they knocked on my door at 5:30 and had me back into a dock.These people are kind. Great place to deliver. I don't know if there's actual parking on the lot but there is street parking....

This was a wonderful place to Unload. Every person I interacted with was very friendly and professional. I was at location at 6:55 AM and out at 7:30 AM .Wish more places were like this, hope I come back some day.

Like PS PS said, overnight parking 5:30 knocked on my door 6:20 I'm empty. Would have given 5 stars but they have porta-potties for drivers

Why 3 stars?? Here is why. First of all yes they do have an overnight parking for all truck deliveries. Either of their buildings you can park. The reason for the 3 stars is once you get docked don't think that you will get unloaded right away. First they will take off like 2 pallets and then check for any excuse to reject your load. Then they will put it back and bring you your paper work and tell you they rejected the load because of claims that there is mouse activity. I was warned before I docked by another truck driver. He told me that they rejected his loads 3 times already because of mouse activity.. be careful.

I agree with the reviews listed below. In order to maintain and run a successful organization your staff should treat customers kind and with respect. Many of the reviews indicate that the staff are rude and I have to agree. If your staff don’t want to help and become easily upset when one asks for a shopping cart they should reconsider their job. I will not be going back.

Not the most room for tractor trailers but it's doable. I've never had a problem getting a load out of here. Even when you have to live load they're pretty quick.

Great place. Space for couple of trucks to overnight park. Had appt at 0800. Was woken up at 0600 and unloaded within an hour.

The people who work here are very nice to talk to. They are helpful also. There is parking at the one building and a little bit tight lot at the other. All in all I wouldn't mind coming back to deliver or pick up here at all. Maybe I'll see the buck and his two doe again.

Poor customer service starts at the top of any organization. This one is no different. This company doesn't care about its customers. They are using underhanded techniques to get the most out of every sale. There is a fee if you pay COD, there is a fee if you pay with a CC, there is a fee if you give them cash, the only way they take your money without a fee is by giving them access to your bank account.All their items are listed using 10/th of a penny so they can make more money in volume. No matter what you order, there is a $12 fuel surcharge and a $7.50 handling fee, even if you qualify for free shipping. Their management has no clue and I am shocked they are still in business.They messed my billing and my orders 3 out of 3 times. I am done. I found another supplier that carries the same thing. Customers BEWARE!

REVIEW FROM A BUSINESS***I own a business that tried to setup a wholesale account. The problems and lack of communication to even get an account setup were HORRIBLE! (weeks)Then after getting the account and login they never set the prices to wholesale. After emailing the (salesman on acct) nothing changed. He didn't even respond. From the start I should have realized as the customer you shouldn't have to beg to do business with them. They just lost out on what could have been a large account for there Lawn & Garden items. Very poor management across the board here. This was my experience and I would not recommend using them!

Horrible Drivers.. totally Murderous... No regard for human life Whatsoever... I don't know anything about you business or your products, But if you are using 18-wheelers to move your product it's probably a good idea to have someone less dangerous driving them. Whoever was driving through Warren PA 6/13/19 should be fired... and that's the nicest thing I could wish for Him/her/it... I won't mention my other prayers for him/her/it.

Just passed one of your trucks on I-69. As I was getting on the highway your truck failed to get over, nearly running us off the road when there were no vehicles and no snow in the left passing lane. But their customer service has handled this remarkably. :)

This review is in response to the person complaining about merging on to I 69, you fail to remember that the motor vehicle already on the interstate has right of way, they DO NOT have to move to make room for you! Go back and read your driver's instruction manual.
