Big lots must have a contract with a new supplier because they have all kinds of new products. The store looks so much cleaner and more professional. No more half empty shelves that have scattered merchandise all over the place. More higher grade products, really nice items that seem to be of higher quality, and much more of a selection. The only down fall of all the new high end products is that a lot of the prices are more high end also now. A lot of the store is not as cheap as it used to be. But with having a new supplier comes with a much larger selection of items. And it possibly send like there new supplier might be the same as Walmarts because the same products are sold there also. I haven't done a price check against the two stores, but I'd say with how the process have gone up at big lots, that they are probobly about the same as Walmarts.

All the employees that was working last night at 8 Pm all should be fired. My mother had a stroke inside the store and all the employees I mean allll the employees treated her like she was nothing and was so rude and disrespectful towards the whole situation. I will be calling all the hire ups and reporting all of you.

They have almost everything you need. You don't have to wear a mask. This store is always clean and the worker's have very nice personalities, which is hard to come across these days.. I just Luv' this store, you go in for two thing's and come out with four bags"", and meanwhile someone's in the truck waiting,, o well,,, it's worth it "

I love all the great stuff you can find here. Along with the awesome, friendly employees that work here. They are always very welcoming and helpful. The deals you can find are awesome as well. You can find dishes, pots and pans, food, to furniture here. This is located in a shopping strip that has plenty of parking, although the lot does need resurfacing. That doesn't deter me from getting great deals and shopping here, though

Did not have time to browse entire store. But did see country signs, frames, sheets, furniture (sofas, chairs, high bar tables. Haven't been in for awhile. It was fun to see what they had. Enjoyed. Check out was quick and cashier was friendly.

Although I do not shop at this particular Big lots as it is not close to my home. I called them and spoke with Jared in furniture to try and locate a specific kitchen table i was looking for. He was so helpful, as he called around other stores and looked up for me which stores may be carrying the table. He had fantastic customer service skills. I had called almost 8 other big lots in the area, and he was the first person who offered and was willing to help me. Which was very much appreciated. Thanks Jared.

Typical chain store, occasionally find a good deal but it's like a level up from Ollie's and Family Dollar. Staff is very helpful if you're looking for something specific. Around the holidays they do get some nice novelty gifts to choose from.

Political signs outside that don't belong during these divisive times...and I swear someone put LY lubricant in the sanitizer bottle as a gag. We all had to wipe the junk off on our pants because they didn't even have towels.Not to mention the prices seemed higher than I've seen in other Big Lots and the staff acted like they did NOT want to be there.Worst Big Lots we've ever been in from FL to PA.

Being next to Michael's definitely helps it's business, and works out great because whatever I need I can go to both and be good, their selection is slim pickings on a lot of important stuff and I wind up at Walmart across town, if they approved this I'd never go to Walmart!

Great help by employees. Only thing is there furniture is overpriced for the quality. I had a recliner last 16 days and it broke. They took it back as an exchange it was made so purely. Great store just bad quality furniture for the price.

They have a decent Furniture area and they always have the most interesting discontinued Foods. If you're looking for just some place fun to look around and maybe pick up a Cheesy thing or two this is a go to. Especially if you're looking for junk food.

Very nice store with lots of bargains. They have lots of nice new furniture there that are reasonable in price from couches, loveseats, kitchen tables and chairs. And also smaller items that are reasonable in price. Friendly service.
