My teen can be tough to please but he literally said "This is the best Arby's ever." Not the day before he was telling me how much he didn't like Arbys. My wife also commented she really liked the place and she never says stuff like that about fast food places. I think it was because they had fish she really liked. I thought they were just a teeny but slower than other fast food places and it made 100% better difference. Sometimes an extra 5 or 10% slower makes a huge improvement that is well worth it. The place was pretty clean and had a good and happy staff. Definitely a lot better than your typical fast food place. I was there 9/3/23 in the early afternoon.

The Gyro (I chose lamb)Was surprisingly good,close to the authentic GYRO. I would order another. Update I've had another and also have had a Ruben,jalapeño bites,and a strawberry milkshake since 😋. All were great 👍. The service was smooth courteous,slower,and worth the time. I'll B bock.Parking: Plenty of convenient close free parking.Kid-friendliness: Fast food friendly 😋

Came in for a take out order attempt. I ordered the 1/2 lb regular roast beef meal for 10.79 med size at menu price. Attendant Faith rang it in and it came up as 11.59 for a total of $12.28ish. I asked about the price difference and Tessa, the manager?, told me the price had changed and I would just have to deal with it. I asked for the price that was stated on the menu and Faith made sure I had ordered it to the right soze for the menu price. She kept asking and pleading for Tessa to come back and confirm the change but Tessa said she was to busy and would come back when she felt like it. There was a line of 3 behind me and Faith was panicked so I asked to cancel my order. Then another girl came out, unsure of name to attempt to figure out what was going on. At that point I told both girls, Not Tessa, that I didnt need any food and left. Good store but horrible, horrible management.

Arby's is always adding new and exciting things to the menu for great prices too! The people that work there always so friendly and kind and if you're an avid customer they will definitely remember you! I also give your pups a little bit of roast beef if you bring them to the drive-thru :)Vegetarian options: If you have any special needs or you can have any meat they have no problem making any kind of "strange" meals to suit your mood. I've heard of people getting wraps with only lettuce and vegetables on it, I've also heard of gyros with only vegetables and no meat.Dietary restrictions: If somebody needs to have a special need they have no problem making it. They have made sandwiches without bread. It's basically anything you need or what they can make it!Parking: There is plenty of parking near the entrances because there's an entrance on either side of the building and there's a parking lot on either side of the buildingKid-friendliness: They have so many choices for the kids menus and healthy ones to apple juice. Apple slices also comes with the toy and the price is great too.Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair accessibility is in the front of the building and there is two designated handicap spots, but even if those are full, the other spots aren't that far away either

It's been a real long day of work. Working out of town and headed to the hotel. Stop in at my favorite fast food stop. And the employees were the friendliest ever. Made my day a little better.Parking: I drive a tri-axl dump and had plenty of room to get in and out.

I got the fish strips and fries and paid $8.00. When I opened the container I was shocked. The fish was so small and I got the curly fries. That was a joke. I got only one curly fry and the rest were just little pieces. They were so hard that I couldn't even eat them. I had to go somewhere else to get lunch. That was a BIG waste of money. Never again

Arby's is my go to place in lieu of McDonald's and Burger King. Unfortunately they never seem to get things right. Whether I go in or through the drive thru, the order is always wrong! I have Celiac's and place my orders without bread. When I receive my order, it's always on bread. I'm not sure giving employees a raise and over paying is working?! Perhaps making them think and work would help. This all stems from lack of management.I usually get the chicken salad in a bowl of lettuce. Unfortunately strike 2 is that Arby's only brings it back for what seems like a few days. This is the only real option for someone who has Celiac's and does not eat beef. Arby needs to do a better job with dietary needs. Only because of the lack of fast food in the area is the reason you're still around. Step up the game!

This Arby's in hazleton is awesome 😎 the people who work here are always so nice and courteous! I always enjoy my meal and experience when I visit!Vegetarian options: You can ask them to make sandwiches special anyway you'd like. They have fresh tomatoes,lettuce, onions,sometimes peppers and pickles..Dietary restrictions: If you are in need of a special meal due to your diet or personal restrictions, just ask when you order, to make it a special way! I've heard people order roast beef sandwiches with no bun at all.. and a Reuben on a wrap! The team here is more than willing to accommodate to all dietary needs :)Parking: Free parking lots on both sides of the building. 2 or 3 handicap spots in the front, close to the door and ramp.Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals and cute toys! My kids love their tenders and sliders! And milkshakes!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp into the sidewalk and no steps at all into the restaurant from the parking lot. There is at least 2 handicapped spots clearly marked and close to the entrance.

Just wanted the owner to know that he has two great employees in a woman named Lisa and a gentleman whose name I did not get, but they were closing together tonight, 2/24/21.
