I called ahead to be sure that they were open, and the woman who answered the phone was so very polite. She asked what I was coming in for and I explained I was driving about 40 minutes for crickets. When my children and I arrived, we were greeted by the nicest woman and man (the owners of the shop). They already had the crickets set aside for us. The very nice woman gave my kids a tour of the animals which they were so grateful for. The whole time the couple were so nice and welcoming to us. I know where I will be going from now on. I’m very happy with my visit and the crickets I brought home were all healthy and ready to be fed to my frogs ! Highly recommend !

The place smells absolutely horrible! There were Berta in small cups less than 1/3 way full with yellow water. I could hear someone in the back but couldn’t get anyone to come out. There wasn’t enough room in the itty bitty path to enter with my service dog, not that I would want her to go in. The floor was gross. I don’t recommend this place. It looks NOTHING like the advertised photos from what I saw. These animals need help. Sounded like the birds were dying with the wails they were letting out. It was almost completely dark in there.

The owner is really nice both of them and willing to help. I asked for an item. I didn't see it. The lady came over helped me find what I needed The only drawback I would say is that there isn't a large selection but other than that really nice people willing to help Will stop again

I do NOT recommend This smelly old place. Go to Fins & Feathers pets shop in Honesdale. The woman owner was very mean to me & did not appreciate my business!( Even though they have very few customers.):(

Excellent staff willing to help with any pet possible. The only issues I've had is that as a smaller private owned store they don't always have every little thing on hand. Joanna is willing to get items in but sometimes there is something I cant wait for. This is common to any store like this so it's not a huge deal for me but worth mentioning if your looking for a uncommon item. This is more than offset by the value of knowledge behind the products and personal care given to ensure you auctually get what you need and arnt just sold a product soly to make a sale.

If I could give this negative stars I would. The store was very dark, dirty, and smelled horrible. I feel sorry for any animals that are there. It should really be shut down.

The animals need help and the place needs to b shut down. Family and the kids stopped by and the animals are suffering and in the dark the birds have no air. Please help the animals and report it.
