I'm giving one star strictly for the employees and even then this is only for 3 of them! It's not their fault that walgreens has completely failed them. If it's not the unreal pharmacy situation they keep ignoring, it's the broken ATM for weeks on end, or they simply don't have basic essentials you're looking for. Walgreens should be ashamed of their store in Lord's Valley!

This is really getting ridiculous. I mean - now they're trying to make money by selling FLAVORED AIR! Does anyone else remember when air and water were FREE? Not at Walgreen's.As of 12/15/22 I must admit when I've seen an improvement and what an improvement. Being one of Santa's helpers, I'm always looking for the hottest toys and this year (as my granddaughter informs me) that toy is Squishmallows. If you can't find the exact right one - try here.

UPDATE - one year later and I'm sad to see the reviews still mention how poorly run the pharmacy is and how they still don't answer the phone. After I filed my complaint with corporate I spent 20 mins on the phone with a regional manager who claimed she was appalled and was going to be telling the territory manager about this and ensure something was done to correct the issue. Clearly they just DO NOT CARE. Avoid this place like the plague!Nobody ever answers the phone in the pharmacy. I've been calling for days and it's the same extended hold time and then an endless ring with no pick up. I filed a complaint with corporate today as this is unacceptable and appears to be the norm based on other recent reviews.

We have been using this pharmacy for a while and had no complaint until now. The pharmacy was closed from Friday due to the pharmacist' family emergency. Todayt is Sunday...My husband is serious ill and was proscribed antibiotics on Friday. The prescription was sent to this pharmacy without the doctor and patients knowing it was closed. So we have gone to the pharmcy three days in a row and was told it would open the next day. On Saturday we were told to go to a nearby Wallgreen which the prescribiton was transferred. However, we went there only to find out that only the auto renewals have been transferred and our "new" prescription could not be sent over. Per thestaff, nobody has access to the computer to transferr the information. Apparently, the store doesn't have emergency coverage and a backup plan. With so much Wallgreen resources around, they should not disappoint customers day after day. At least, there should be a way to transferr patents prescrition to another openning Wallgreen! Seeing my husband lying so sick on the bed, I am really really frustrated!!!

Could not believe this Wallgreen was closed for almost 3 days and doesn't have a backup plan when its pharmacist had a family emergency. With so much Wallgreens around and an integrated Wallgreen pharmacy system, they still locked up patients prescription information for 3 days (over the weekend) so we could not get badly needed medicine. The store manager justed cited she could not do anything due to HIPAA and "legally they could close the pharmacy for 3 days." HIPAA is for protecting patients privacy, and it is not an excuse for anyone to stop providing medical prescription for 3 days..The Wallgreen pharmacy system needs to have a better emergency coverage plan! There must be easy options in the Wallgreen system to cover such a situation, which need to be installed here to prevent it happens again.

I have been a tolerant customer for years. I have been on hold for the pharmacy for an hour and a half and counting. There has been one caller ahead of me for a half hour. Unbelievable!! I am taking my business elsewhere. Don't waste your time with this pharmacy!

The pharmacy leaves you on hold for hours at a time. I walked in after 47 minutes on HOLD just to see two pharmacists LAUGHING and chit chatting while the phone is RINGING right by them. What is going on here?

I normally avoid giving negative reviews but I've had too many problems with this pharmacy. I only changed to this pharmacy because I changed jobs and this became what seemed like the most convenient option because it was closest to my job and home. It's basically impossible to speak with anyone in the pharmacy. If you call and decide to hold to speak to someone, you'll likely be on hold for at least 45 minutes just to get disconnected. I was sent an email a week ago saying they were working on my auto refill RX and I was trying to call to see why it was taking so long. I've never had a pharmacy take a week or more to get a prescription ready. I called today and was on hold for an hour just to be disconnected. Then called again later and was on hold for 50 minutes and was disconnected again. I called and asked for general customer service and when I actually got someone to speak to I explained everything and was told the pharmacy was backed up. She offered to take my name and number, which I gave, so the pharmacy could call me back. She gave me an estimated time of 10 minutes. That was at 3 pm. It's now 11:30 pm. No call back. I'll be switching back to my old pharmacy even though it's out of my way.

Not only do they keep you on hold for over an hour, they hang up on you to avoid taking the call. I’ve been a loyal and tolerant customer for 5 years. The pharmacist incites political arguments and the front cashier said they’re short handed because people would rather collect from the government. Choose another pharmacy because these people are unprofessional, untimely and rude! ZERO rating… I only chose one star so I could leave a review.

This pharmacy is so so sooo absolutely pathetic . 1 associate for 2 POS’ and 1 terrible unhelpful pharmacist. What did we do to deserve such terrible service and to lose rite aid/ village pharmacy? Just shut the whole thing down. 0/5 if I could !! -5/5!!!

I give this particular Walgreens one star because I do not have the option to select zero stars.I had a question about my prescription but it is impossible to speak to a pharmacist by telephone.The pharmacy will leave the caller waiting on hold for eternity. I have called many times, holding on for the pharmacist, and the robo-voice would come on every so often to tell me there was only one caller ahead of me.The “front” of the store does answer the phone (they have no way of contacting the pharmacist unless they walk to the back of the store) but that is not helpful, since it is the pharmacist I need to speak to.Save yourself the aggravation and don’t use this store.

Had a rapid covid test there for me and my wife. Made appointment for 4pm. Drove all the way there (45 min- $6.70 gallon for diesel) to see a sign hanging saying closed due to emergency. I understand things happen. But couldn't even get an email stating that appt was canceled!!! This is the second time a covid test has been a disaster!! Done with this place.

What is sad about this place is the store is nice. Good selection of items. The pharmacy is atrocious. The service level is terrible.The first time I had an issue with time. I went to fill a simple script and I waited and waited. Was told a few minutes and just waited. Not as much as as update. ( it wasnt busy) ! This time the drive thru basically turned us away. Literally was like the car in front was waiting… did not even as much as ask if its a pickup or dropoff.. So we came back the next day and tho I told the woman it was pick she took her sweet time. The express pickup is also not up and running. Some advice… treat people with respect. Up your service level. This pharma section is an embarrassment to the walgreens name.

It'd be nice if the walgreens here and the one in Milford could actually service their patients instead of just randomly closing the pharmacy claiming "they dont have a pharmacist." This incompetence can kill patients or severely impact their wellbeing and should be criminal. I wish I could give a zero.

If there was only a way to have an option of 0 stars this would be the place that would get it. Doctor phoned in a prescription an hour ago I still had to wait a half hour at the drive-up window with the sick child with a fever in my car. The inconvenience of this and the frustration of a sick child sitting in a car on a cold day is the worst possible way for a pharmacy to administer drugs. How is it possible that a company as large as Walgreens can't get their act together to provide an in-service that is so needed in this area. Why would a receipt print out that tells you that you could have earned points if you used your balance reward card, yet, when you asked if they would put your phone number in because you didn't have your card with you, you were told they couldn't do that. Poor service! Also paid more for my Rx then Shop Rite charges!

Can't reach pharmacy...on hold forever and then the call is disconnected. RIDICULOUS! I miss Village Pharmacy where the service was great. Walgreens is even worse than when it was Rite-Aid!

My past 4 prescriptions have taken over a week to fill, and that's only after I call them stay waiting for someone to pick-up (last time I gave up after 45 mins) drive there to talk to them and wait for my scripts to be filled. I've had it and am going to Right-aid.

Pharmacy is horrendous, they never answer the phones you spend 45 minutes on hold to be hung up on. Prescriptions are never available for pickup by scheduled time. You could go a day later and they are still not available and have to wait. Management is lacking terribly at this Walgreens.

Worst store ever. I call d & was told I could just come in to get a flu shot. Stood online 15 minutes & they then told me I need an appointment. I gave them a one because I couldn’t give them a zero. Anytime you come to the store it’s a long wait, bad service, and just not a good experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I wish I could give no stars but I can’t. First time going in, and I’m going to say that they are the worst. Sold me the wrong item without telling me, and wouldn’t let me return it. So thank you for selling me something that went directly in the trash. Waste of money! Not to mention they follow you around like you stole some thing.
