Went to get breakfast and they told me to pull up to the reserve parking space. I did. I only order two things. Hotcakes and hash browns. This is what they have my hotcakes in. I just looked while I was at home when I should've looked while I was parked. But at least put a plate or something instead of wrapping it like this. Food is still great. Just wished they said something instead of being surprised like this

UNREAL... I ordered breakfast on the kiosk and it wouldn't except payments.So I got to the register after a half hour wait and they tell me breakfast is over ..Lady explains they can have them make me the breakfast order if I wait another 5 minutes. ..I just left not worth the time after waiting so long at a fast food place. .

Hands down the best McDonald’s in the region, if not the country. I’m not sure how I became a fast food connoisseur, but with three kids under 12 and a career built on highway travel, I guess here we are.Legitimately great people behind the counter here though. They don’t mess up orders, they don’t nickel and dime on condiments, it’s quick and clean, and the ice cream machine always works.If the Golden Arches are on your itinerary, navigate to this location, and it won’t disappoint.

Awful. Uncaring staff and extra greasy food. Frying oil must not have been changed in a long time as we had a strong reaction to it - and it was not pleasant. Super expensive for what you get, as well.

Have been traveling and stoped here at 11pm because the site online said closed at 12am, I have 5 hungry children in the car and they denied me service. Had to drive another 4 hours with crying children and no McDonald’s.

Convenient for big trucks to park, glad it's there.Parking: Good for tractor trailers, as long as they park with sense, and not mess it up for everyone else. If done correctly, there's room for about 8 tractor trailers at once without blocking anybody in. But in today's world, common sense is very uncommon.

On my travels on I84 I stop by for bathroom, coffee, and food. As usual this place is always very dirty inside , unorganized staff, , last experience- waited forever just for my coffee ( 7 min ) , you think someone would ask after being seen in pickup area if I am being helped etc , NO, I had to say, excuse / excuse me can someone check my order.My biggest complaint is that this particular location is a dirty restaurant. I don't need free food from MCD just step up your game to a normal McD , location isnot acceptable also bad representation of the area its located.

The McDonald's decor was really nice. We took two bites of our food. Then threw it in the garbage just to be on the safe side. In case that's any indication of what it's like in the back where the food I'd kept.

Don't go through the drive through no matter what you order they have you pull up to the reserve parking to wait for your food and then you get it cold. I can understand if you order a lot of food but all I ordered was a number 3 double quarter pounder meal 1 st time I accepted the wait, but now I order the same thing went 2 more times and every time I have to wait really for one meal it's because they have a clock running and they have a certain time to get you through the drive through so we have to eat cold food so they can make it look good that they are doing drive through fast and efficient which they're not.Parking: Waiting in reserve for cold food

What a great stop to sit outside! You have a place to walk your dog also. Unfortunately their garbage cans were overfill. Then I went inside to find one. The restroom was much to be desired yikes. The line for the drive-thru was out to the highway. The few workers that were there were doing a heck of a job to keep it moving. Yes we would go back just because of the lovely spot with tables outside.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO THERE DURING MIDDLE SHIFT (LUNCH). THE LUNCH SHIFT MANAGER IS HORRIBLE. GAVE COFFEE COLD AS I WATCHED IT SIT LONELY IN FRONT OF AN OPEN DRIVE UP WINDOW. I ASKED FOR ONE OF MY BURGERS TO BE 'ONLY' MEAT PATTIES FOR MY DOGS. THEY TOOK AN OLD ONE OFF BUNS AND DUMPED IT INTO A BOWL. ALL MY FOOD WAS LUKE WARM. TEN MINUTES TO MY DESTINATION AND I COULDN'T EAT IT. NOTHING DONE CORRECTLY. THIS LOCATION AND THE MATAMORAS, PA LOCATION ARE BOTH HORRIBLE AT LUNCH TIME. I'VE HAD HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESOLUTIONS AT BOTH LOCATIONS. JUST THE OTHER DAY I WAS GIVEN COFFEE WITH A FAKE SWEETENER, I AM ALLERGIC! I CALLED AND ALL THEY SAID IS 'I CAN SUE THEM FOR THAT.' THEN THEY OFFERED ME TO DRIVE BACK FOR ANOTHER COFFEE OR GET IT NEXT TIME. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS CONTINUES AND MC DONALD'S CORPORATE OFFICE WILL TAKE THESE TWO LOCATIONS FROM THE OWNER; AND I HOPE THEY DO. I WILL RETURN THIS MESS TO THE EVENING SHIFT MANAGER. MAYBE I'LL ASK THEM TO EAT IT IN FRONT OF ME. WOULD YOU EAT THIS MESS? MY DOGS DIDN'T EVEN WANT IT.

It's one of the nicest stores I've been to.Real flowers.Had to change my 5Star to 3, and that's because of older Lady was running around like crazy in there.I wanted 2 sandwiches in a coffee for breakfast. I was there for like 20 minutes. It's as bad as the McDonald's in Mifflintown.The owners are too cheap to hire enough people to show up.Cheap owners, suck.

Updated review :This store is horrible, the bread is burned every time, long wait time to get your order almost every time, for instance today I waited in the drive through for about 10 mins and when I got to order the lady said sorry our system is down can you walk in the store so over all I've spent about 30 mins to get food from McDonalds, missing item every other order, the drive through usually smells horrible

I've lived in the area for over 28 years. This McDonald's is the only one that is not part of the "Have it your way" that they advertise! Every time I stop at this McDonald's, they have a problem with my order. I always order a #1. (Egg mcmuffin, no cheese with scrambled egg.) They always charge extra for scrambled egg and just put a folded egg in the sandwich. I've had to go in multiple times to get it fixed. If I wanted to dine in, I would go inside to put my order!They are the only McDonald's that I have ever visited that charges for scrambled egg. I travel a lot, from the west coast and up and down the east coast, and this is the only place that charges for scrambled eggs and still gets the sandwich wrong. Also, it always smells like Sewer.Would not recommend this place.

This McDonalds has been STEADILY going downhill for some time. The last THREE times I have been there they have NOT gotten an order correct. We ALWAYS order the Big Breakfast with NO HOTCAKES, NO BISCUIT, double eggs & 3 sausage because we share our breakfast. Last time I ordered (from the app) I got ONE sausage and a single serve of eggs with a biscuit. Today, my husband went INSIDE & ordered. He HEARD the cashier call out the order to the back! He ordered the same big breakfast we always WANT. Today we got HOT CAKES, BISCUIT, single serve of eggs and 2 sausage. I have the receipt. They DID write the order as he asked for, but it's NOT what we got AGAIN. Is there ANYONE in there that checks the order BEFORE it goes out to the customer? It would take two seconds to make sure ppl get what they order. It's NOT Worth it for us to drive ALL the way back to the store either. Our previous orders were made thru the app, so again I have the receipts of what was ordered versus what we got... They really cannot keep blaming employee turn around, short staff, etc. There is a Manager there that just does NOT care enough to check some of the orders before they go out. You don't have to check EVERY ORDER. IF the line cooks see you randomly checking orders, they WILL start doing their jobs right knowing someone is checking! Also they say breakfast ends at 11:00am. My husband walked in at 10:31 & the girl had to CHECK if he could order breakfast then told him he JUST made it as they were stopping breakfast.

Not a good experience. For starters this place constantly smells like sewage. And I don't mean a whiff, it is strong. Orders are frequently missing items. Tonight when I had to go in to get an order of fries that wasn't in my bag, the young girl working was rude and obnoxious. First she wanted to argue that my order wasn't missing anything. Then, when she realized she was wrong, she didn't apologize, just shoved the fries in a bag and turned back around. I'm usually pretty easygoing and understand mistakes but when an employee blames their mistake on me and implies that I'm trying to get something I didn't pay for, it's just too much. When we finally did get our food, it was cold and there seemed to be plastic of some sort on the (unmelted, cold) cheese. When you pay almost 40 bucks for basic fast food it should at least be warm. I'm tired of giving this McDonald's chance after chance just because it is close. Might as well throw that money away because it is always a waste when we go.

I've lived in this area long time. The frappe machine all of sudden is being cleaned constantly at 5:40pm...I got dinner there thru the drive thru and served me all ice cold food. Will not waste my money on food there again...This mcdonalds is nothing what it use to be. Customer service by some employees are terrible at this establishment. Time to stop giving business to an establishment that doesn't care about their customers.
