This place is such a life saver for whatever your typical tinker-er would need to finish their project. They're great for home repair items(electrical/plumbing/etc), tools, and lawn garden items. The people are nice, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Stopped to buy lanterns. The most expensive was marked 39..99. When I took the four that I wanted to register they tried to charge me double. Even after I showed them he correct price on the shelf they just said the price had changed they just didn’t get around to changing it on the shelf.

They have a huge selection of products. Had propane tanks filled and was charged for a full fill despite only needing a few gallons to fill one of the tanks. Was then told there is no way to tell how much was filled, there is a meter on the supply tank.

I went in the store and needed 5 different items. I asked the man where each item was and he brought me to each item. I was out of there in 10 minutes. Great service! Thank you so much! I just wanted to give a great review on such great service. I went in for a door knob and an odd question about the installation of the door knob. Everyone was so helpful. I was greeted with a smile and a big “Hello”.My odd ball questions were not only answered but they showed me exactly what I needed to do and was doing wrong.Thank you to all the great staff at True value.

Very nice Hardware store. Warren was a great help and so kind.Although at the registered there were two people complaining about a customer. I understand the customer was most likely wrong. But not everyone has to hear about your experience. With customer service sometimes we gave to move on , bite our tongue and ssshhhhhhhh.Ty

Well organized store an asset to the community. Thanks that there are still some of the older chain stores still around. Quality stuff NOT BOX STORE JUNK. Also very good staff and Benjamin Moore paint what else can I say. Find what you need for any household project.

Great spot for most everything you need an more. Great selection of power equipment and grilling, planting, handy repair or project needs. Tools and so much more. I have been a Luhrs customer for many years back when their original store was in Milford/ Westfall .

I needed a new chainsaw (a birthday gift to myself) and the people at Luhr's were very helpful and friendly. They helped me find the model that was best for me and even gave me a demontration on how to use it. I am glad they opened a new store near me. It is hard to find great service like this anymore. Went there to buy a roll of double faced tape. Pulled in the lot at 4:55. Woman came out, turned off the "Open" sign and went back inside.Then stared at me through the door. Found it to be awfully rude. Now I had to drive all the way to home depot.Again! Store closes at 4pm. I get there at 3:45 and already an employee is barking at me about closing at 4. I tell him all i need is a can of wd40 and 4pm is still 15 minutes away. He starts arguing with me that it’s 10 minutes away. Is there really a need to be obnoxious? Is it really going to take 15 minutes or 10 minutes or even 5 minutes to buy 1 can of wd40??? Obviously he’s miserable at his job and is literally counting down the minutes to when he can leave. Don’t put your misery on the customers. We keep you employed.

went in to look at their paint selection, interested in buying local. 3 people behind the counter, no one came over to see if i needed help with anything or acknowledged me. really wanted to see if they had any fan decks available so i could take one home and decide on a color. i went up to the counter to ask. man at the paint machine completely ignored me. ladies in the back looked annoyed and tried to pass the buck as to who was going to answer whatever question i had. not impressed at all.

They have a large selection, of stuff you're not looking for. I went there because it was closer than home Depot. I still ended up going to home Depot. They do have a nice selection of stainless steel nuts, bolts and screws which is nice for boat repairs, other than that go to gumbles or the depot

This is what I would call a business who has been put in this location for use of the local residents and weekend lake region home owners to receive excellent service by employees who are looking to help in anyway for as long as it takes the customer to find what it is they need to use for there get togethers, picnic, repairs, and updates by offering Barbecues, Outdoor Furniture, Tools, Hardware all at moderate prices and friendly faces of all who work there. In my opinion this is a good place to shop for the items I mentioned and feel good you chose them.

Great place especially since it’s the only one of its kind in the area. Loved that they accept accounts here so all you have to do is say your name, have it looked up in the system & boom! No need to even pull out your wallet. So easy!

Isopropyl alcohol was clearly marked $17.99 but at the register it rung up $27.99. The cashier said that the earlier price had changed. She would not honor the marked price which was on every bottle. Feels like price gouging to me. Used to like this store but now will avoid it.

Great helpful staff. They do have a lot of stuff. I always check here 1st before going to Home Depot or Gumble Bros. I usually can find what I'm looking for or they will get it in for me. GREAT PEOPLE
