Just when I thought true customer service was finished, I was lucky enough to get to deal with Valentino and his wonderful staff at Fatigues. They are in Pennsylvania and I am in Nebraska. They have a jacket I wanted to purchase. So after I ordered the jacket, Valentino and his people went out of their way to stay in contact with me to let me know the tracking number for my jacket, where it was and the day it should get delivered. Plain and simple these people are great and have restored my faith in customer service. I think if you can't find what you are looking for at Fatigues, they will lead you in the right direction. Thanks a million to everyone there and for making this confusing process very simple. Take care guys. 5 stars all day!!!

Excellent selection of Outdoor Clothing camping gear backpacks vintage and GI issue Gadget bags. One-of-a-kind items and hunting and outdoor footwear. Fun atmosphere and very friendly shop owner! Plenty of parking and easy to get to off Route 6 just outside of Hawley Half Mile Pass settlers inn.

This is great stop for military clothes and accessories. I got a pair of combat boots and a belt set that I'm excited to break in. The woman who helped me was very pleasant and, before finding the boots in my size there already, even offered to order three sizes to make sure I got the ones that fit properly. Definitely worth checking out!

Really helpful owners who know their inventory and truly want to help you find what you need. The shop is in a really neat old barn or outbuilding of some sort...that in itself was worth the trip! They seem to have a robust online business as well, so you don't need to shop in person. Give them a call or email and you can still get the full experience. They didn't have what we were looking for (hardshell case for equipment), but didn't make us feel like we should buy something else because they wanted to make a sale.

Phenomenal store with a lot of items and selection. Owner was extremely friendly and he was very very welcoming. I wish to return here many times to purchase items and collector pieces. I have to recommend checking this place out even if you are passing by. I couldn't be more happier with the military and navy store! This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company in my life. I placed an order back on 8/31/16. I never received a shipping confirmation so on 9/8/16 I reached out and spoke to Carol. Who verified that one item had been discontinued. This was no problem. They were to continue shipping 2 pairs of boots. I specifically asked when they would ship. The answer was today (9/8) or tomorrow (9/9). Yesterday 9/12/16 I receive an email they are trying to get in touch. So, I call them. Carol answers the phone and wants to confirm my order AGAIN. The order still has not shipped. I told her that this is not acceptable and if they cannot ship them by the end of business yesterday to cancel my order. Last night (9/12) I receive and email that my order has been cancelled. I respond making sure it was cancelled because they cannot fill the shipment by the end of the day. Carol tells me that the order was ACCIDENTALLY cancelled on Sunday! How is this possible!! She calls this morning and is one of the rudest customer service reps I have EVER dealt with in all of my years of business. They should be ASHAMED that this is the way that their company is run. I will NEVER do business with them again.

After waiting just about 4-5 days my package arrived here today in fast timing. The contents itself being for reenactments I am becoming involved in came in a strong plastic see-through bag nicely packed inside a padded flat rate bag which helps, for here in Southern Texas lately rain has been a real killer to receiving mail. Great store def last of real army navey stores but one thing I didn't care for were Pat's trade in prices I traded a product thought I was getting good deal till I went in the other day and saw the price he put on the item I traded him , it was about 3.5 times what he offered me in trade I kinda feel like I got a little bit of a raw deal . Yes company has to make money especially small town business but still feel the man could of given a better deal considering he gave $40 credit for an item he's now selling for $289.95 . But he does have a lot of resore nice products and I will probably go back again

I live in Binghamton ny 1 1/2 hour away. Needed a duffel bag for the next day. Drove faster than the speed limit. They close at 5:00 I was there at 4:45 they were closed. Called them to see if anyone was around no answer. Drove an hour to another store to pick one up. They called me two days later. I would not take the trip again. It's a nice drive, once is enough.
