I was greeted with a warm friendly smile . I took two of my dogs for a wash and a total wash & cut , very pleased! I could tell my dogs felt comfortable with the professionals. I loved my experience.. Pictures next visit!Highly recommend 👍

Elite Grooming have always groomed our dogs as we have requested. Never had any issues with them, ever!!! Our dogs always come out beautifully groomed and smell oh so nice and clean!!! 👍👍👍👍keep up the great work!!

I brought my beautiful Great Pyrenees after explaining to the owner how I wanted her cut. I HAVE NEVER SEEN any thing like what they did. This pour dog is ruined. they shaved half of her body down to the skin. My children have been crying ever since they seen her. They should shut this place down. I plea to all DO NOT GO HERE !!! after numerous times trying to call with no response I am now taking madders to a Hire level. SAD

Just moved to the area. Brought my dog in on a Saturday morning at 9:30. Everyone was very welcoming. Went back 2 1/2 hrs later and my dog looked and smelled great. Will definitely be back.

Horrible! My dog sheds but 15 mins on my back porch using the furminator does the job! I decided to take him to get groomed & stressed, the main reason is to “get as much hair out as possible!” I went home while he got groomed and vacuumed/mopped floors. Well i wish i could leave photos! Ive had my dog for 1 year & after this “grooming” my car & my entire home was a disaster after 2 hours!! Never have we had this much hair before! After picking him up, my car, furniture, floors, rugs were covered in large balls of hair everywhere! Even the stove & countertops had dog hair on it & that has never happened before! I will NEVER take him here again! I dont know if they just washed and didnt brush, or brushed him once & loosened all this hair, but this by far completley defeated the purpose for the grooming! Filled my vaccum 3X over in each room after 2 hours of him being home! My husband used shedding brush nonstop for 20 mins straight after this mess! The pile of fur was unbelievable. We literally paid for a disaster! I do NOT recommend this place & have no idea how they have good ratings.

Our "son" McCloud, a 115lb, 10 yr, Airedale goes to see Kim for his monthly bath, nails and trim (maintenance). Great attitude, great service; drop him off in scheduled late morning, go shopping or eat some lunch, then typically pick up about 3 hours later. For us, Kim and Elite Pet Grooming work perfectly as we live far enough out; it's like dropping McCloud at the spa while we take care of other things. Soon, we'll be back on schedule, McCloud will stop looking like a bear and more the overgrown Terrier he is.

This was my dogs first time to the groomer. The owner was nice but would make rude comments towards me. It was not very pleasing communication wise. As for my dogs cut, it was just ok.

The lady that groomed the dog complained saying he was hard to handle. My dog has been to many groomers and has never had an issue. Customer service was terrible.
