Horrible customer service. Asked for a fence hinge was given nasty attitude. Was told they don't have them today and thats it. Nasty people making nasty comments whispering to each other. Horrible way to treat customersAll I needed was a barn door hingeWill never shop here again and will take all my customers elsewhere.

Have never been a fan of this establishment, even though it's the closest hardware store. Mainly this is due to the attitudes given off by the employees. I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER. DO NOT TALK DOWN TO ME. DO NOT ASSUME THAT YOU KNOW BETTER. .... NEWS FLASH .... YOU DO NOT!! But,for a quick stop to get salt before the storm, I put up with it. I will always choose one of your competitors (right down the road on 739)because they know enough to treat their customers with some respect.

EXCELLENT SUPER customer service, and LOW prices, LOVE this place its amazing. I got my no trespassing signs, beware of dog sign, all that so cheap. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I think this PLACE is better than Lowe's and home depot combined!! Thanks guys!!

I just bought a house and moved to PA about 2 months ago. I probably made at least 1/2 dozen trips to Dirlam Brothers already and everyone at Dirlam Brothers has been extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable it’s also conveniently located.

The Dirlam Brothers in Lords Valley are your best bets for your hard to duplicate keys!!! They were able to make copies of my broken 2004 Subaru Outback key, they w!!!ere my life savers today
