We have used the dog bathing facilities at Pet Value stores for several years. They are excellent, always clean, plenty of water, shampoo, conditioner, towels. There are big, medium and small dog tubs which are very nice. There is a dryer for use after the towels for long coats. It's ten dollars per wash and a free bath after ten. We tried other pet stores with a self bath, some were cheaper but the tubs were not as nice, water and shampoo limited, or towels not available or more like rags. When we moved and it was dog bath time I sought out the nearest Pet Value which was Hatfield. It was the same as the facility in Southampton, just as nice. I gave 4 stars not 5 because the dryer on high wasn't quite as powerful as needed so I just used another of the plentiful towels and blew her coat out when we got home. This was the only negative and my dog is medium size, longcoat and thick so a short coat wouldn't mind. They also had a tray of treat bags, help yourself, which my picky girl loved. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

We just got a new pup and visited Pet Valu 2x this week. Both times we were warmly greeted and were provided with the best customer service. We were given a book of instructions on how to prepare and care for our new puppy as well as a book of coupons that we were able to use right away. The second time we went to use their grooming station and we were very happy with the help received and our puppy loved the free treats after a nice warm shower!! Highly recommend this place, their staff is great!!

This is my most favorite pet store ever 😊 This is my “go to” for everything my little one loves the most. We love the staff and they always make every trip here very special. They have the best toys and the best quality in pet clothing that I have found. Nothing else even comes close to how great this shop is and I have gone to many over the years.Thank you for always making my little one so incredibly happy 😊

Polite staff and à nice assortment of pet products. Offers self help dog baths which is our go to for bathing our large dog. Baths are clean and they offer a variety of shampoos to use, clean towels to dry the dog and hair dryers.Slightly more expensive than big chain, but not much more. Definitely a place I like to support and keep in business.

Very clean, helpful, educated employees to help pick out items for the needs of our dogs. They offer shots at cheaper prices then the veterinarians. They do that two different Saturdays of the month. They also give discounts w rewards card.

This place was a wonderful find! The employees are great, always asking if i need help and very knowledgeable. I always enjoy coming here. Most of all, I love how they are so supportive of rescue's and adoptions, they don't sell dogs aka they don't support puppy mills. Keep up the good work!

You and your pet will love this place. I take my dogs here for a bath, then let them pick out a bone if they were good. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Also offer cats and kittens for adoption.

I have been going to Pets Plus in Lansdale for over a year now and I can't stand it for a number of reasons. I decided to give this place a try and was happy to see that it's a nice little place with pretty much anything you could need for your dog or cat. It is clean, the employees are nice, and I will definitely be going back.

Best place ever! Most knowledgeable staff. Even brought my bags out when I was pregnant. Truly comforting. Petsmart, petco be D... so clean! More than reasonable priceed self washing stations! Proper place. Well done you all!

This is definitely the best pet store in the area. I go out of my way to visit pet valu over any other pets stores. Their displays are set up so that they have so much to offer without overcrowding and overwhelming. The store associates are extremely helpful and well informed.My furbabe has issues with eating. We've spoon-fed, hand-fed, and force-fed him. His diet is always all over the place and that's extremely stressful for us and of course him. I can't remember his name, but a male store associate has always been quick to assist customers with their questions and lead them in the right direction. I would have never found the food I needed for my Greyhound for another year when I finally exhausted all my food options. Stella and Chewys food mixer is what he showed me, gave me many different samples, and now our pooch is happily eating a normal diet, twice a day. No fuss. No stress. No empty pockets and returned cans of food and kibble.Thank you Pet Valu for educating your employees and hiring down to earth professionals. It makes all the difference.
