Zep Advanced Kitchen Sink Drain Opener Gel! Do not buy it didn’t work. I called the company and it wasn’t done and then I called Lowe’s who told me to come in and replace it the plumbing department at Hatfield PA. I told them that it was empty because I used it. It actually made everything worse. I had green water on my floor and in my dishwasher and all took me hours to clean went to the store. Return supervisor, extremely rude. The young lady to help me was very unethical and very angry to even do her job, not go to Hatfield Lowe’s

Half the staff were very very friendly and helpful.There were 2, though, that were incredibly rude. Another gentleman and I both saw one employee walking toward us, and we both had questions ready. The employee put his phone up to his ear and waved us off, saying "I'm busy" and kept walking with phone to his ear.Literally 10 seconds later another employee walks by with HER phone on her ear and didn't even make eye contact. The other customer started to try to speak to her for help but she never even stopped walking right on by.Contrast that with the super helpful guy in Lighting, the nice guy in Hardware and the helpful lady at self checkout

Let me tell you, if you are a plant lover, don't forget to check Lowes! They have the best finds for exotic plants, especially year-end. You can also get them half off, and they come with the best clay pots, too! I love the self watering pots, with the wicks underneath.

Mark is the most useless store manager I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. After wasting my time for over an hour he refused to take accountability for his lack of leadership and preparation for the weekend clinic. It is clear that the team here lacks his respect, and the customer service is obviously suffering and in need of corporate supervision.

Tim and Tammy from the appliance department have been amazing. They really took time to explain to us how a range hood installation and gave us ideas what will work best with the current set up of our kitchen.

Don't be fooled. I consistently find their prices to be higher than competitors. While comparison shopping for a washer recently I found out that Lowes was $200 more than all the smaller local stores. That was for the exact same model, delivery, etc. And they said they would not sell me a washer unless I purchased brand new hoses. Unbelievable. All of the other stores I shopped included hoses at no charge. Also the customer service in stores is awful. There is never anyone on the floor to help you and employees at the customer service desk are never friendly.

As I was walking out of the store on Sunday with them office refrigerator( small one), Brandon asked me if I could do some help getting it in the car. Which he did.I got it home and it was dented. Darn Put it back in the car headed over. Drove by Brandon in the parking lot, he looked at me and I said" remember me?". He took care of me again with a smile on his face. In the course of things, Brooke took care of another matter that was sticky. She treated me exactly like a valued customer would want to be treated.By the way. Returning the damaged refrigerator was no problem at all with their customer service.

There were no checkouts open except for self-checkout. The woman working there was so rude. The man next to me needed help and she reprimanded him about how to ask. I then ask how to scan something without a barcode. I was told I should have taken a picture, yet she has a book to look up the item and scan.However, the manager in duty was very kind when I spoke to him. Checkouts are a nightmare for some consumers, do better with customer service for those who need help.

I seem to have a lot more discounted prices or sales on their items then at the home Depot but they're close to the same prices anyway but the store was very nice clean and everything I needed and they had a big clearance section which was great I found expensive craft paint there for $3.25 for a box of like eight bottles I think

I went to this Lowe's in Hatfield, PA on January 2nd 2024. Mr. Bryant helped me to located a 72 inches bathroom basin cabinet and he took me to the front cashier with the item number to place the order and We brought many things from Lowe's in the past. Because Mr. Bryant

Usually has what you need if you're looking for tools. I mostly go for plants and plant related stuff, and they have everything from pots to fertilizer to hoses in that section. I can't speak for a lot of the other stuff they offer. But if you're looking for stuff for your garden then I do recommend taking a look at what they have to offer.

Standard Lowe's. Workers are attentive and busy. I was asked 4 separate times if I needed help. They have reserved parking spaces near the checkout exit for veterans and offer a veteran's discount.

Stopped in a grabbed a few good deals at this location also. I found a couple Battery Tender brand charger on sale and also grabbed an aluminum ramp for a really good price. There were lots of plants In the garden section offering plenty of choices. Also there were a lot of other accessories to help with your gardening chores.looks like they just got restocked with the newest version of power tools.

Visited the Garden Center for some river rock, tiles & plants. Had no problem finding the supplies we needed. Also a good selection of plants. Plenty of parking. Was really quiet today, probably because it's July 4th holiday. Large shopping center, but good signage makes it easy to navigate.

Not sure if every location is this bad, but this one leaves so much to be desired. One employee of maybe 7 that I saw actually acknowledged me. He did help me find what I needed in the lumber department... which is helpful as I now head to a competitor.40 minutes of waiting for an employee to actually assist me in getting a piece of lumber and have it cut down. Left empty handed. The person working the register in lumber was about as helpful as the person "working" in the department itself (who never materialized).Going to guess the staff might be more helpful if they were paid enough to care?Be careful when getting paint here, too. Double and triple check that they're using the same base and finishes if buying multiple cans or you'll end up making half a dozen visits.

Terrible customer service! We just bought $250 of items when our truck died suddenly right as I tried to pull out from the soil loading area. I told Lowe’s sorry our truck died and proceeded to lift up the hood and attempt to jump/fix while my wife called a tow. Several nice customers (but not a single employee) came up and tried to help us as we were obviously having trouble. After 5 minutes of trying to get the truck started a Lowe’s employee (not the soil loader, someone that was sent from inside) walked up to us and said in a stern voice said “You can’t be here! You have to move now!”. No greeting, no questions about our obvious truck issues, just scolding us like thieves instead of loyal paying customers. As I turned to answer from under the hood (the car was obviously dead with 2 people frantically trying to start it) I told him we just loaded the soil and the truck died (as I had already told them). We had tools out and a jump starter trying to fix it with my wife on the phone and the Lowe’s employee just stared us down like a bouncer at a concert, said something under his breath, and walked 10 ft away and continued to stare us down. Instead of a friendly voice or helping hand, Lowe’s employees treated my family like criminals. After another 3 minutes we found a lose battery connection, fixed it, and promptly left. We are loyal customers who have bought thousands in appliances, tools, lumber, and garden items over the past 5 years. We will never return to this Lowe’s after how your employees treated us and will use Home Depot from now on.

Horrible customer service with the plumbing department. I have a failed water heater and I called the manufacturer and had a pleasant conversation due to my water heater being under warranty. They told me to call Lowes and give them the replacement part number. Called Lowes and was speaking with a woman in plumbing who in the middle of my call, hung up on me. So I called back and no one would pick up. Then called again and wanted to speak with a store manager, but instead a woman who claimed she was the department manager picked up and she claimed there was no one in the plumbing who was female. She didn't make any apologies or even offer to look into anything regarding my call that was hung up. Horrible customer service; I have over 12 years experience as a customer service representative at retail locations and if I behaved like this, I'd get fired!!!

I have used Lowe’s, Hatfield, for over 20 yrs and always seemed to get great serviceHowever this last time was horrendous ! I purchased a new kitchen sink /faucet . Told the salesperson I had a garbage disposal ( it was only 2 yrs old ) . She quoted me a price approx $400 or slightly more . This was Monday Aug 14 . I thought maybe my grandson could install !! He could not . I called Lowe’s back early Friday and spoke to a ‘manager” , supposedly . He said no problem he’d put me on for installation , he asked if I had a disposal and I told him I did . Gave him my Lowe’s credit card info .The installers arrived today Thursday 17th . I was informed by thrm that it would be $250 extra as I had a garbage disposal !!!!!!!I was completely and utterly shocked . I’m a senior and don’t have excess income .I called Lowe’s and got a very rude lady who was not helpful whatsoever and didn’t listen to my complaint . She asked to speak to the installer and was very rude to them and hung up the phone on them !!!!!!!!Once again I called back ( on hold for 15mins) eventually spoke to another supposedly manager’s . Lowe’s seem to have many “ managers “ but few floor staff !This time I was offered that Lowe’s would pay $100 towards the cost and I had to pay the installers $150, which I did , though I was not happy !!!!!!What happened to Lowe’s and their customer service over the years ???????I’m sad to say this last episode has made me consider not using Lowe’s again !!!!!!!I’m a very dissatisfied customer at this point !!!!

Things always say in stock online and they almost never have in on the shelves and the associates, are stand offish when it comes to helping. Bad customer service! Try another location to save time and trips.

I’m finishing up a remodel in Walnut Meadows. Lowes has been a life and time saver on this project. This is my first remodel and what Dad taught me “measure twice, cut once” words to live by. I had many returns, and exchanges. The staff always was helpful. Hassle free returns.

The staff here and the service they provide are outstanding and always memorable. I would give 5+ stars just for their hard work and professionalism. I am giving this low review due to the Lowe’s protection plan that they preach is always right by their customers. I have never dealt with a more difficult and stressful protection plan service. We bought a GE washer on 10/1/22 which for some reason stopped working 1/2/22. I tried calling the 1-888 number given in the pamphlet, they’re closed due to holiday. I called the Lowe’s location directly and was transferred to a different call center and spoke with someone who insisted I have a “reference number”, I had every possible number but that reference id requested. It was as if they the representative tried not to get my claim started. I offered her serial number, model number, purchase date, transaction Id etc, was told to hold for two minutes then was hung up on. In my personal opinion, I got the impression the protection plan call center/customer service tasked with protection plan assistance is designed to fulfil claims as least as possible. Highly disappointed with the corporate design of this. They claim they’re right there but we’re no where to be found

From 1Star to 5…..What a difference one person can make! I was initially frustrated beyond words at how long it took to get someone to help me load a heavy item into my car. Eventually a long time associate John P. came to my rescue. His disposition made it impossible to hold onto anger and frustration. Upon discovering that the item we put in my car was in damaged condition he went the extra mile to get a new one to replace it, helping me to inspect it, sealing the box, and getting it in my car. Hatfield Lowe’s is very fortunate to have John as a member of your team.

We had an appliance issue with them . The manager straightened out the situation. Can't remember her name but she really made things right! So I would definitely recommend Lowe's! Also they seem to be a overall well organized store that made me a life long customer!
