I like shopping brand name items. I switched from another local grocery store. Because they stop carrying brand name items. I really like shopping at Giant. The produce is fresher, the meat looks great and the taste is good. Frozen vegetables are the brand name. Can goods and pasta is what I stock up on. Prices are good for the economy we are living in.

Lost my wallet yesterday, called the store today and was told it wasn’t there. Went to the service desk and was told my wallet was not there. I have a tile in my wallet that tracks its location. My wallet was in the office after both leads in black shirts told me it was not there. I understand I lost my own wallet however it was in the hands of giant employees and they told me it wasn’t there. Shame on you Giant.

Love gas rewards ! 😊And water deals too ! I like watching them ring me up,then they swipe my giant card, and then I watch the total drop A LOT ! Unfortunately the bakery has lowered its standards. The cakes are really dried out now, and they can't write in cursive so cakes look like a small child did it. I've gotten all my cakes there for the past 10 yrs. But now i have to find a different bakery. So the convenience for me is gone as far as cakes go.

The deli order machines haven't been working the last few times I've been there. It used to be nice when you could do your shopping while the deli order was in que instead of waiting there the whole time in a long line. Please fix the deli order machines. Other than that everything else is good.Edit: The last two times I went the deli order machines were working. Still a little buggy but working none the less. Thank you.

Went to purchase gas they had half of the pumps closed line wanting to get gas was told pump close in 2 minutes could not use my 40 çents off gas and it expired today cheated me out of my free ham and gas told to go to my customer service would not allow anyone in because store closing in 5 minutes. Cheated me out of my free ham or 40 cents off on each gallon of gas so thinking of shopping at one of two different store same distance from my house. Did I loose or did they loose my business? Think they lost.

Today when I checked out after my shopping trip I was told I had earned an Easter ham. Being a single gal i decided to donate it to a needy family. There were three employees at the service desk. When I told the first one I wanted to donate the ham he was unsure how to do it. Upon asking another employee I was rudely told to come back tomorrow. I did not feel that there was any service at your customer service. March 21, 2024

I went there yesterday to pick up a flashfood order. Waited for over 20 minutes in line. The customer Service rep asked a coworker to help me because he was doing western union transactions. She refused and continued to talk to her coworkers. When it was my turn she came over and got behind the counter. He couldn't find some items and asked her what he should do. She hollered at him that she was doing something and couldnt help him. Her name is Beverly. One of the rudest people I've seen in a supermarket.

Clean. large gluten free section. New renovations also came with not carrying products they once did. Ugh. I'll be shopping here less now. (As of 9/29/23... VERY Pricey compared to other local stores.)

I do love Giant - mostly. The last 2 times we were there to pick up an order, the invoice showed items out of stock. When we went into the store, they were on the shelf. Yesterday, Sunday night, same thing happened. They sbowed out of stock for Giant brand diced onions & celery, also Giant brand no salt added tomato sauce. Both were on the shelf, and there was more than one. It’s a Sunday night I am positive that there was no stocking going on between 5 and 8 PM. WHY??

Consistently have issues getting fish after 5pm. Tonight I stood there for 10 minutes, watching multiple employees walk past me until I just left. Very disappointing.

They are all nice, at this Giant Great customer service! Even the online ordering isn't that mutilated (esp. compared to Huntington Valley).EDIT 1/13/2024- I stopped at the giant today. It's a nice day but very windy. I was having a cigarette and waiting for the person I was driving, and this little lady had her receipt blown away. This nice gentleman who worked there, connor, said I'll get it and ran across the parking lot to get this woman's receipt. They don't make people like that too much anymore. But everyone there is nice, the Connor went above and beyond on a Saturday morning when everything was busy and blowing around the parking lot. Keep going to die.

1st time there, a quick in and out got 6 trays of already fried chicken for baby shower... Everyone loved the chicken, I served it in a big serving tray... Nobody knew it was from Giant.... But I told everybody! So kudos very good

I'm visiting from out of state. This was the closest grocery store to me. First impressions were very good and having lived and visited pretty much everywhere in the United States I appreciate that. The deli counter was slow, and when I left my order at the kiosk, and it was supposed to notify me by phone, it never did. The meat and cheese that they cut for me and I specified as thin was thicker than I liked. Needed scallions and they didn't have any. And the type of milk I like they didn't carry. Still everything was fresh and clean. The meats look good. Unfortunately the shrimp are frozen and thawed. Check out was slow so I did a self check out. The check out assistant there had to constantly come back and reset the machine. There were issues with it. It's also not set up for large orders I had about 8 to 10 bags worth of food and if you try to remove the bag to make room for more bags at the bagging section of that stuff check out it alarms. And the guy that does the beer and wine area seems to have a little attitude.Still I like the store and I'll be back.

Nice grocery store. They have the scanner guns that allow you to scan your items as you shop. Giant also gives you gas points that you can redeem at the Giant gas station in front of the store. My wife and I commonly have 10-50 cents off of gas each month due to our shopping. You need to get a rewards card to acquire these benefits, it’s free.

Less and less employees working the registers. Now a bunch of self service machines are down. Yet prices still climb. No managers in site to open more registers They just keep pushing people to online shopping with their poor customer service.

This is a decent Giant location. The store is always stocked nicely and clean. Good variety of products so you can always find what you need. I always find that their bakery selection is packed with a fresh variety of baked goods. The people who work in the bakery are usually very friendly too and willing to help you out. They make custom ordered cakes, but their pre-made items taste great and are never stale or old. Their deli selection is good, and it's always nicely stocked as well. This Giant location also has plenty of fresh produce to choose from, and an alcohol section. The employees are always friendly here. I've never had a problem with any of them. They're very helpful at the self checkout to make it move along smoothly. I also love that this Giant sells Buble sparkling water for a good deal. This location also has a gas station, which you can sometimes get a small discount on with your Giant card (which is free to sign up for, just a phone number). The parking lot is large and the spaces are well distanced.

I would like to make a personal thank you to the woman in the bakery today. I bought a terimaso cake today and wanted a Happy Birthday put on top. She said it would be tough, but when I said I would try myself, she took the cake away from me and said she would do a better job, with a smile on her face. She did an excellent job, and it wasn't easy! Thank you even if you didn't dot the i's. Please thank her for me!

I don't typically shop here as it's a bit out of my way, but I had a particular product need that only this store seemed to be able to satisfy. I was impressed by how this grocery store lives up to it's name - it is much bigger than a number of their competitors in the area, and their selection proves that that extra space is well used. I will definitely be returning soon and more often.

Everything was clean and the employees were kind and helpful. The GIANT gas station here is great too, always competitively priced even before Bonus savings. But I couldn't help but feel this location was a little understocked compared to my preferred GIANT. That's the only reason it lost a star.

I love you Giants best shopping there for a long time. Once it's twice a week for my kids and family some workers can be very rude but other than that my experience is great
