The 10/10 review rating is really for one of the pharmacists, Autumn. I have been coming to this pharmacy for years now, and for my entire relationship with CVS, Autumn has gone above and beyond to be kind, and very helpful. There aren’t too many pharmacists like Autumn anymore so I really appreciate her commitment to making sure customers are happy and understand what may be happening with their prescriptions if there’s an issue. Her patience and kindness are extremely appreciated and I hope she stays there as long as I am a customer of this CVS. Thank you, Autumn!!!

This place is a joke. Not only have I had to wait 40+ minutes at the pharmacy every time I come here, but now I can't even get my scripts filled properly anymore without dealing with their idiocy. They're claiming that my doctor (who I've known my whole life) called in *specifically* to cancel my anxiety/depression prescription I've been on for YEARS without issue. I literally just just had a telehealth appt. with him a few weeks ago and that was never mentioned to me. I told them there had to be a mistake with their system, and asked if I could get 1-2 day pill holdover since it's the weekend, and I can't call my doctor until tomorrow. They said no, they said it would be illegal to give me ONE pill of my mental health medication that I've been taking daily for the past 5+ years. Anyone with a brain would know you can't go cold turkey off of meds like that. So thank you CVS, I'll be sick and dizzy with brain flashes today and tomorrow. If it was an addictive med I'd understand, but not a daily depression med. Just insane. Switching to a place where people have brains.

Pharmacy staff does not want to help. They did not even submit claim to my insurance and when I went to pick up the drug, Briana- the staff member is like it’s not covered under your insurance. When I called my insurance, they told me the claim was never submitted . Will never go back to this location again even though it’s convenient due to its location. Would like to request management to please train the pharmacy staff.

Pharmacist Autumn is such an asset to this CVS! I would never switch drugstores or this CVS just because of her kindness and care. Very rare to have such wonderful customer service!

The pharmacy is always slow. I have to call every time i refill a prescription and always have to wait, even though whoever answers the phone says its ready.
