Having worked in Retail over 50 years I know how customers are always anxious to complain and rarely if ever comment on the good. Two years ago when I moved to this area I would agree customer service was not good. On my last several visits over several months it has been fine. Give them a break, it's not easy dealing with the public and try once in a while to say thank you!

The customer service here is abysmal. As a former employee of CVS, I was shocked how poor the customer service was. We went to return a few items that were unused and still had tags on them and were told by the supervisor Kathy, who was rude and unprofessional, to come back the next day and speak to the manager since we had no receipt. We came back the next day and spoke to Tom, the manager, who refused to refund our items for a store credit, stating that since they are holiday items, they are non-refundable. He was rude and very dismissive. We left and went to the CVS down the street, who took our stuff back without an issue. What a horrible place. I will never be back here and cannot believe corporate has not intervened with how rudely they talk to customers there. No wonder they have such a bad rating on google.

I had previously gave this place a good rating but today my experience here was horrible. I needed help finding something. After looking around i found someone stocking the shelves. As soon as she saw me walking towards her she rudely yelled “I’m not working right now” I literally saw her stocking the shelves

I never really had a positive experience with the pharmacy. There is an older lady with brown hair who I’ve made a compliant about before because she is rude and disrespectful when I was just trying to find out if they had my prescription for my son. There is a young lady there as well who was amazing and even apologized for her co worker which she didn’t have to do but realized the wrong doing of her co worker. I tried to call the store and the supervisor on was no help, she told me there was nothing she could do before I even told her why I was calling, she was rude and didn’t even say her name or title when she answered the phone so I’m not even sure if I talked to an official manager. This CVS sucks and I will be changing locations.

Coming to update my experience. I moved to a different pharmacy but they said I had to pick up one prescription at the old location because of the time I switched over?? So I go there, wait in line over 20 minutes. I'm finally at the front of the line and this "helper " in a read cvs shirt turns around to act like she's looking for a prescription. She can't find it, I'm still standing there and she said nothing. She then picked up medications for someone who was waiting. She calls me up FINALLY. I show her on the CVS app which medications I needed to pick up because it said they were ready. She then says they are all on hold, so I ask, what does that mean? She looks back at me woth the nastiest face and says what?? I said I don't work in a pharmacy so what does on hold status mean. She got nasty and told me to go wait in the other line for "drop off". Yet it's right there in the system. I then got so upset and yelled "you all are the worst pharmacy always so rude". I then walk to the other line and she screams out WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!?! Instead of apologizing for being rude as i asked a simple question. I wanted to say you know what I mean, go check out your Google reviews. The new young guy there helped me, if he had a question he would ask the pharmacist. Also over heard 4 employees left that pharmacy location. Gee wonder why. Treat people with kindness consistently and don't ever make people feel like they aren't worthy of a basic customer service. You have no idea what others are going through. I hope that lady in the red cvs shirt with glasses gets an attitude check.Still absolutely awful. Especially at the pharmacy. Why are they so rude? One time I had the head pharmacist (blonde), throw a paper in my face with the medication that has been prescribed to me when i was asking for something completely different. I would figure a pharmacy can call my doctors office and simply ask....clearly she had no time. More incidents but I'm over it and switched to a different place.

I’ve been going to this Hatfield CVS since the day it opened. Always had good service and lovely knowledgeable pharmacy staff who cared about their clients. It was a pleasure to drop my scripts off. But in the last year I have noticed a decline. Waiting 25 minutes in the drive-through line is common no matter what time of the day you go.For some reason they cannot keep pharmacy managers which also affects the people who work in the pharmacy. Right now they have two people. You cannot go through the drive-through as it is closed, they do not answer their phones, they are trying to run the pharmacy and give booster shots for Covid with very little help. I said something to the daytime manager. He was not the least bit professional nor acknowledging that a customer should come first. He said I should be happy that the store was open And he felt that his pharmacy people were doing an excellent job. Sorry , but that’s not the case! If this is how you run your store, then it’s time to close the store and I will move on to another pharmacy where they treat their customers better. And saying God bless To the customer as they walk out the door does not correct the problem that the store is having.Wish you much luck as you attempt to struggle along.

I am done with this pharmacy. A few months ago, I forgot to pick up my son’s monthly fluoride prescription. He has extra because he doesn't always remember to take it. A month or so later he was almost out and I contacted CVS. They had stopped filling his prescription AND removed me from getting notifications because I didn't pick it up in 48 hours. Gee thanks! I was then reenrolled. Now here we are again and they called yesterday and today to let me know his prescription was ready. So in between weekend activities I ran over to pick the prescription up so I didn't get unenrolled again. I show up at 1:30pm only to have the pharmacy door/screen shutting in my face because apparently it’s corporate policy to shut down everyday 1:30-2:00pm for lunch. Seriously?!? What other retail business or health care facility shuts down like that especially when they have your medications?! You rotate your staff lunches. Thanks for nothing CVS. Feel free to unenroll me this time. I will take my business elsewhere.

Except for Cindy and lovely Carol the pharmacist, the worst customer service. My husband came in today to pick up a 90 day prescription, but a different pharmacist told him that she cannot fulfill the full 90 days and gave him less medication, but he still paid for 90 days. She refused to provide the difference in medication at a later day. As you can imagine, my husband got very upset. In fact, not only is that considered insurance fraud but also a potential drug safety matter because he doesn’t have all of his pills. At this point, Anna, one of the staff, threatened to call the cops on my husband, and then the manager came to kick my husband out of the store. As a customer there for over five years, they need to be ashamed of their behavior. They treat customers as if you owe them something. I will be sure to take my thousands of dollars that I spend in medication elsewhere. I will also be filing a complaint with CVS headquarters and my insurance.

Ok es said until 10 I get there at 9:50 pm and the person in charge didn’t open the door. I was knocking the door and she and the musulmán girl just ignored me!!! This is un respectful and unethical if you guys posted an schedule just follow it!

I completely agree with all the comments. The Cowpath Road Cvs is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a CVS . Tom the manager was completely rude and arrogant and wouldn't help me simply pick up my photo order. Perhaps training on how to treat customers would help

Over the last 2 months this store has gone WAYYYY downhill. I've been getting the same 4 prescriptions (for my husband) every month for a few years now... seems the last few months there is ALWAYS an issue. They keep deleting scripts and assuming what he takes, and they'll only fill what they think he needs... when it literally has not changed. I've been on hold with them twice this week... the first time was 20 minutes before I hung up. And currently I am on hold with them right now for 28 minutes and 36 seconds. I NEED my medication so I cant just hang up again. But omg did they close down because this is ridiculous!? And the customer service is terrible, nothing but attitude from every single staff member.

Called at least 6 times and was on the phone for 20-30 minutes each time I finally call and went to the doctors line to get a hold of someone! Lady was rude as all hell. That I had to go through the wrong line. They never have my prescription! It’s always a hassle to get anything from any cvs! This company has gone down hill!

Always had mixed experiences here, but this past weekend going there to pick up a prescription, I just realized, this is pathetic. The pharmacy techs are rude to the point of rolling their eyes at you and shrugging. Even outside the pharmacy, anything you might need is most likely out of stock, and there might be one employee available in the entire store, including the checkout. The place barely functions, and most of the staff do not seem to care. It almost seems funny to them. I recommend you try somewhere else — anywhere else.

Awful pharmacy experience here. Non stop system issues that have plagued this place for years causing pharmacist confusion and total lack of customer service. Do not go here unless you have plenty of time to waste while they blame everything on thier system.

If I could give this pharmacy a zero star I would. I have been having such a difficult time getting my son's mental health prescriptions filled on time. He has been getting the same medication for years now and literally every time there is some kind of issue. I was told oh I'm sorry it is on order it will come this day, well that day comes and they tell me oh sorry no one should have told you that day. We can't guarantee when it will be in. Now mind you this is now going on a week and my son needs these meds. Now try and call them and tell them ahead of time to order because they will be due the next week and they tell me they can not do that. And don't bother calling, they make you wait literally over 30 minutes.

The rudest form of customer service i have experienced. Don’t even bother coming here for passport photos just go to the post office. I’d rather pay a premium and visit the amazing and helpful post office i went to On Doylestown rd next to outback. The person taking my picture took two photos which were blurry and didn’t even show me before processing. Then when i was about to check out i had a coupon with specific instructions for the cashier, if i was doing self check out and a barcode was provided. The cashier told me i needed a physical copy printed which was not required on the instructions and i told her there’s a code for the cashier to put in and she insisted she needs a print out. So i asked if i can do it myself at the self check out and she told me no it’s not going to work. I ultimately left and did want my photos anymore due to this horrid display of customer service. We will be taking out pharmacy needs elsewhere as well.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy. Their customer service is awful, rude, and couldn't give any care in the world. We booked a Covid test here online, had the confirmation email and everything, but there was a sign on the window that they stopped doing Covid tests. They have never sent us an email or even called us to let us know. Now we are scrambling last minute for Covid tests where everything is booked. This location should be closed down and everyone that works there should be dismissed. Disgusting, careless behavior.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to, takes 30 minutes to get a prescription with 4 people in line and 6 people working, if they're out of your medication they won't tell you until you show up to pick it up even though they give you a text confirmation. Regardless of industry achieving this level of incompetence seems almost impossible but they pull it off.

I have been a customer of the pharmacy for many years, and the reason I decided to write this review is a very annoying pharmacist at this location. I have lived in many areas, and used many different pharmacies, all for medications I have been taking for many years, and none of these medications are pain killers or anything schedule 1, 2, or 3. I do take 1 schedule 4 medication and I have been taking it since I was a teenager. Finances often play a big role in when I can buy things like medication, especially with no insurance, but this person often creates rules that change, new policies that do not correlate with any laws in place. Sadly, it is because of this autocrat that I have decided to change pharmacies. I really love all of the other people there, and the techs are such wonderful people, as well the other pharmacist, but I do not like this unpredictability.

I'm going to be moving my prescriptions from your store and I've been using you guys for over a decade. The reason is is I just went and picked up my daughter's prescription and one of the pharmacists a young lady who I watched put my daughter's prescription in the drive-thru tube in order to send it out to me it was wearing her mask underneath her chin her face completely exposed. Your pharmacists are working with products for high risk people I'm sure there's a few people who are picking up their prescriptions from that store who are extremely extremely high risk. To simply choose to wear your mask underneath your chin is not in the best interest of the people who are coming to that store to pick up their prescriptions. It shows that the pharmacist doesn't care enough to follow proper safety guidelines they're exposing their coworkers and their customers to a potential risk.now if somebody won't follow their employer's rules of employees wearing a mask won't follow CDC guidelines of wearing a mask while they're at their place of employment. It leads one to assume strongly that they would participate in high-risk behavior outside of work. Please do forgive any errors in this review as I'm using speech to text.

6 registers - never 1 person behind any of them no matter when I come in. I have to "ring bell for service". My favorite is when the "ring bell" sign was hand-written and posted, yet there was no bell. Really? UPDATE: their solution was to add 2 self-checkout machines. Thought I would give it a try. One does not accept cash, so I went to the other. Started using it and it locked-up - no response no matter what option I pressed on screen (I am not technology challenged, I know how to use these machines). Pushed the 'help' button and light blinks. Stood there for a while. Nobody came. Left items and left store. Crazy. SOLUTION: stop printing out 4 feet of register coupons that are for items you just bought and expire before you get to your car. Use the the money you save on paper and hire someone to work at the register regularly.

I have been getting prescriptions monthly for two years. Every month there is a mix up or out of stock issue on the pharmacy’s behalf, and I am out of needed medication for days. Each time I have to jump through hoops to get it ordered or cancelled and transferred from my doctor to another cvs location. I have given them benefit of the doubt for far too long and am switching pharmacies due to their poor management.

Feel completely discriminated by the pharmacist as I went there several times and his assistant will ask if I would prefer to wait or come back for my prescription When I came back, Not only he wasted to my time but both times said he promised somebody else the medication I need it.and completely denied me saying they were cancer patients" which he doesn't know my reason also exposing someone else's medical health" I was on several pain and he told me to come back the following day and the same story repeated 3 times so I went somewhere else where I was treated the way is supposed to first come first serve. And I know it was just me he was denying . Why no idea I been goin there for 1 year for My prescriptions and never had an issue. I kno this because my friend went the following day. And he gave them to her no questions asked. I never had this problem Before But felt very dissatisfied and disappointed with the experience and explanation given to me.Ps: al the ladies and the young gentleman are very nice and are very good and give awesome service.

I hate coming here. Pharmacy hours not listed anywhere, pharmacy techs not helpful at all. Came to pick up a script and waited 45 minutes for them to figure it out...they rang it up for original cost instead of thru insurance and couldn't figure out how to fix it...

Terrible customer service. Drive-thru lanes are clearly marked "Pick-up Only" and "Full Service." A road sign indicates that covid testing is available at the full service lane. Got stuck in a 45 minute Full Service line only to be rather rudely told that I needed to get back in line for the other lane as this lane was for "covid testing only". Checked the sign on my way back through, and nowhere did it say "only." Mentioned this again and was once again rudely told that it was somehow my fault for assuming the signs were correct.

Just found out that this CVS does not have a public bathroom. What if you have a health condition like colitis and really need a restroom urgently? Isn't this a health store. Shouldn't a bathroom be a given? That's why I love Walgreens. Will NEVER shop in a CVS.
