Truck Alternator started acting up I called from 10 miles out and they took me in immediately. My mechanics name was Mike he did an excellent job. What I thought was an Alternator he found a broken wire and I was on my way in less than an hour. I would recommend 100%. This meant a lot as an O/O

Avoid Barkeyville TA at all costs . Unless you eant over priced terrible customer service, and nothing works and is out of order in steady rotation. And avoid the restaurant unless you want to stay in a restroom the rest your night. Very dirty, unsanitary place.

Only pumps 1, 3, 6, 8 work. No def. No signs workers said people came a week ago to fix and everything is still broken. Atleast block off the broken pumps and put signs up. Backing up at fuel pumps is a badd idea.

VERY DETAILED RATING! Sadly I have to be harsh in this rating eventhough Country Pride was great. I felt this location would be disabled friendly since it did have a handicapped parking spot in the truck lot but I was terribly mistaken. THE SHOWERS ARE UPSTAIRS! Ive never seen this before and it was very unfortunate for me. This is also supposed to be a SafeFit location but no services were found, unless they're also upstairs. The dog area is NOT fenced in so no free roaming time for our dog after being cooped up on the truck. Ceara, the Country Pride waitress, was absolutely amazing and deserves a raise. Even when it was brought to her attention that part of the order was wrong she apologized and got the correct food right out. She was extremely professional, friendly, and super accommodating! She really made my day!! The chicken fried chicken was terrific once corrected and salad was good but the green beans were undercooked and flavorless. I really love the quotes on the booths, wonderful touch! I give Country Pride 5 stars just for our waitress, Ceara

Maybe its just me but i asked for a denver omelette. And i got this.Other then that, I got a fantastic server, facilities were clean and everyone was very friendly. Thanks for the great work.

Thank you to the Store Manager for being awesome and jump starting my truck!I went into service first and the lady at the desk had a very harsh tone to her voice and said it was $59.99 & HOUR wait time for them to WALK across the parking lot, 2 rows from the service bays to jump my F350. (Hauling livestock so easier to park with the semis)I went into the store and asked if I bought the 35.99 jumper cables if anyone could jump my truck. The cashier asked her boss and she said not a problem and she had cables already. Gives me hope that some customer service is left in this world!

Showers and bathrooms are usually clean at this location. The restaurant is still closed due to covid. Ample reserve parking regular truck parking is easy to back into.

The lady who work graveyard shift, who were glasses I ask her where is the ATM machine and she start swearing at me flipping out on everybody!! I think she ran out of bipolar medication!!

Awesome experience! Driving cross country in a rental truck when the tire light came on. We stopped by to see if anyone could check the tire pressure for us and they were a great help. He checked every tire thoroughly and filled up the two that were low, free of charge! Thank you so much for your help, we greatly appreciate it!

These 5 stars are for the young man working showers/yard duty on Sunday 4/30/23. I was in and out of the building doing laundry/shower etc and this young gentleman with long blond hair did not stop the whole time. He was taking care of business and working hard. So if anyone at TA Barkeyville runs across him tell him he is very much appreciated.

I only went into the restaurant here and it was the best I have had at a TA yet. Kayla was an awesome waitress. She greeted us with a smile got our drinks and took our order within minutes. She really made us feel like very special customers. She suggested putting bacon and cheese on our potatoes and got me a great cup of sweet tea made by her just the way I liked it. The dinner I had is what is in the picture. Great job to the cooks as it looks as delicious as it was. Thank you all for working hard and caring about your jobs and making your customers happy. I would highly recommend this restaurant. I will do a follow-up post about the general store and the facilities I'm the morning.😁

I did not have a good experience here. Besides the restrooms being extremely nasty, the older lady who works here did not greet me or thank me. Just handed me my receipt with a more than obvious issue towards me. I will by pass this place for now on.

Stopped by the truck service with my Nissan Altima needed a plug ima start off with the reception very nice ppl even though I had a car they still wanted to help then John the manager came in tried to buy the plug for me and actually plugged my tire and didn’t want to charge me… I am traveling through this town and must say the kindest people I have ever encountered thanks John and your crew for not just being kind but also gave me hope knowing people still care even if they don’t know you… God bless every single one of you at the TA service center and specially John the manager

ONLY GET FUEL HERE. PIZZA is burnt to a crisp if you threw it at your truck I may total the truck. The restaurant waited 30mins to get a drink. An another 40mins to get my food. Never again for me

Nice place. Good to stop, and grab a bite to eat. The food is alright.Lots of parking for truckers, you can call. And research of a spot if you need to.The bathrooms are clean. The diner has a good selection of food to chose from with a salad bar.

The Wendy's there had no hamburgers their grill was down. My wife got a frosty they only had strawberry and a apple pecan salad that had what looked like moldy cheese 🤢

This is for the shop. Came in for a minor repair, the messed up beyond what they could fix. After about 24 hours of back and forth they had me take it down the road the a freightliner dealer. That dealer was informed of the issue before I arrived and had me fixed in a few hours , TA covered the bill. They salvaged what could have been a huge problem for everyone involved. The reason for 3 stars instead of 4 is that they were ready to send me down the road with an open hole drilled into my intake manifold. It took many hours of me refusing to leave in order to make it right, but in the end they did. More attention to detail and honest dialogue with the customers is needed. Reducing to one star. While I was at the shop, I noticed a had a small leak from a rock in my ac condenser asked them to replace. They claimed they did. I was so mad and distracted by all their other mistakes that I didn’t check it. Sure enough a few weeks later I’m getting an oil change and take a closer look at the condenser, they never replaced it. Flat out lied and took my money. Since then no trucks in our company have used TA for service anywhere unless it’s an emergency tire change

Lot on the small side. Half of truck spots are reserved. Restaurant staff really helpful and dedicated. Cashier in store couldn't be bothered to wait on customers, while gossiping with a friend while 4 paying customers in line. Refused to honor the first refill offer when I bought a new mug.
