TSC is usually one of my favorite places, but I'm pretty frustrated with the lack of communication about their dog wash area. I've come multiple times and at no point has anyone ever mentioned the dog wash closed an hour before the store does.This would have been nice to know before driving 30 minutes and choosing TSC over other, closer, locations tonight. To her credit the gal at the front desk was polite but this seems like a pretty ludicrous store policy that's not posted on the Google page or on the TSC website.

Jessica, the store manager, made our experience absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly, energetic, helpful, and professional. We felt like family. There is not enough good things we could say. We were truly blessed and I pray that all who come in or work at this store feel the blessed spirit in this place.

This TS rocks. First time I’ve been in a while, family emergency needed chicks quick, Jessica was absolutely amazing, from second I walked into store she was super helpful, knew her stuff and just a good person. Great staff, store is completely stocked. Will be driving the extra 10 mins to get my monthly supplies over Enola. Thanks again.

Raised the price on cat food again… $0.99 was bad enough but $1.09 now. Do you remember when tsc had great pet food prices. It was almost a loss leader. Not anymore. Now you are over paying to compensate for that neighbor club reward.

Had an awesome experience with the store manager Tina, and 2 men on her team on July 4th!!!! they went above and beyond my expectations by staying open 10 minutes late in order to supply me with a wheel and tire combo while I was stranded beside the road, minutes away from the store. Keep up the great costumer service!!!!!

This place is quite smaller than the bigger hardware stores which makes selection slimmer, but, at the same time, it seems more abundant, because they don't get as many that go through the doors. However, cost seems to be a little more; and, they apparently no longer provide what they called a "courtesy discount" (veteran discount) except a few times per year. Also, parking is a little odd. Living & driving all over Europe, I feel quite comfortable driving in tight spaces; however, backing out of a parking spot at this particular store could potentially cause an accident.

Please compare their prices to just about anywhere else, especially the equine products. Quite a few products are double the price compared to other stores. Even if you have to shop online and pay shipping, you will most likely still come out ahead (most places offer free shipping, and one online store based in Ohio even offers free overnight shipping to our area). Per Tractor Supply policy online regarding price matching: “Tractor Supply will match any competitor's online or in-store price on any identical item”. This location told me they will only price match other physical stores within a ten mile radius. I don’t know why anyone would care to go through the hassle and have them price match something they could just drive ten miles away and buy cheaper.I ordered online for in store pickup thinking they would honor their price matching policy that is easily found on their website. This location does not.

I went in last week when it was colder than cold outside, to grab an online order of pellets, Kate came outside with my order to help me load it up, when my car decided it was too cold, and to tell me to go eff myself, while running and not unlock. Like an absolute boss she jumped into action, brainstorming ways to help me get back in the car. After freezing outside with me, with almost as much determination as I had to get my running car (with dog in the backseat) unlocked and the trunk popped open, and a little bit of pure luck, I finally got in! Top notch customer service.

Love this place for my pup. We use the bathing station for just 10 bucks. If I forget supplies (shampoo and more), they have them readily available for free. 10/10, 100% recommend.

The place was not the problem. Apparently, the new district manager Kristin Martin has decided to stop the military discount provided by Tractor Supply. Needless to say--we will no longer be shopping here. How very sad military and veterans everywhere!!

I've never been to this location. I have a trailer, so when I got there there was literally nowhere for me to park. I had to park in front of the trailers they had for sale. Very small store. Other than the parking issue its just like any other tractor supply store.

The greenhouse looks amazing!!! Previous years the plants were outside and dead due to lack of care and exposure. The greenhouse array of plants is so well put together and all of the plants look bright and vibrant and well cared for! I hope it still looks like this in the spring when I'm ready to stock up!

Had a rain check here for 4Health dog food that unluckily I can only get at Tractor Supply. Called the store back in April and he wouldn't put a rain check in initially or nothing so I contacted Corporate and they were able to put it in. Waited over a month for it to be fulfilled. I finally get a VM on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend saying it finally arrived. I called back and the lady I spoke to was giving ultimatums about picking it up right away after me telling her that I'm out of town and she didn't know if she could hold it that long. John the manager finally contacted me after a week saying it's still there so I went to pick it up. He offered 10% off the order which would have been the end of it. Well go to the store to pick it up, wait at customer service for over 10 minutes with several employees walking by not offering to help until someone finally did. Then I get up to the register, I mention that it was a rain check and that John offered 10% off. She then very rudely asks for the paperwork, never looks at the e-mail and rudely asks if it's per can or per total in which either way is the same amount. She calls for John but he isn't available so she finally gives it to me and I finally left after a line formed. If this was a pleasant experience I would have just taken the 10% but after being treated like this, mind you I had other bad experiences that Kevin Callison handled and gave me a $50 gift card. So I contact John about the experience, it takes 2 days for him to respond, apologizes for the experience and only offers another 10% off which is only $7.20 in which I had to come in for in which it's out of my way if I don't have an order to pick up and is a waste of gas. I found that to be a slap in the face. So I contacted Corporate again and Christi Martin the Regional Manager contacted me. Explained to her what happened and got the same apology script that John did and never offered any compensation and she hasn't responded to my reply at all hence this review.

It's great to have a small store that gets to know its customers. Mostly I just tagged along with my husband when he is buying supplies for his animals, but I can tell he had a good relationship with the employees. Whenever I stop by to pick something up for him, the employees help me find it and never seem rushed.We usually get our chicks here and they are healthy, with a near-zero mortality rate.The clothing is good quality and a good price, mostly strong fabric that will take a beating and washes easily.

The manager that was there was so rude and didn't do her job, she was arrogant, and super rude. My boyfriend applied for the credit card but did not receive it in the mail yet. The card info wasn't showing up through the computer so they told us we had to call the bank itwas approved through... the bank said they could look it up with his phone number and name. They did nothing but the phone number to try and they couldn't find it because she wouldn't do anything else to look it up. We ended up paying out of pocket so what is the point of getting a credit card if they do nothing for you to be able to use it?

Just about every time we have bought grain here it’s been moldy. Stocker just leaves the grain bags on pallets outside getting rained on. Never anything on shelves.

The staff are very helpful, the location is convenient, you are able to order online and pick up in store. I know they have a weekly vet clinic it’s very busy so be prepared to wait or go very early. Prices can be little higher but it’s all about the convenience for the small things.

Adam was AWESOME!! We were buying a utility trailer but the one that was on the lot, the turn signal didn't work so Adam was quick to get another trailer ready for us and in doing so we were there 30 minutes past their closing time. He answered all of our questions (since this was our first time purchasing a trailer) and we never felt rushed. I would highly recommend this Tractor Supply store and ask for Adam! We will definitely be going back to this store!

I used to love this store location but that changed as I went to purchase a Ohio steel lawn cart. The assistant manager was uninformed, arrogant and quite dismissive. The manager was supposed to contact me 3-5 days ago and I found out he is on vacation this week...... little do I say that their service is not the best and I'll have to start doing my shopping at other locations.On a good note the cart was cheaper than displayed and everyone should know the assembly fee is only required if you ask for one that's put together and they have unassembled ones in the back (due to space this location generally does not have them unassembled.

I called in to check the status of a certain product and the employee was able to find it for me and he even brought it to the checkout waiting for me to be there because I told him I would be there soon to get it. Super friendly environment great place to get the things you need

Great place to find things you can't find anywhere else. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Some Saturdays they have Vet Clinics, where you can get shots for your pets a lot cheaper than at the vets office. Check out their website for the details.

We just chose and bought 4 stock tanks from this location. We received excellent help from Mike, he is knowledgeable and very personable. Great selection, always good people, this location has never disappointed. We'll be back!!

People really try to help you, they have all your country, farm, and pet needs. I can get parts for my tractor, dog food, and new clothes and boots. Great supplier of work gear and clothing. Very much worth the drive from the mall, real country stuff. They sell chicken and ducks, everyone needs a pet, they got your cages, gates, and feeders. I love this place.

Their curbside service is horrible. Don’t use it. It doesn’t exist. No one answers the phone when you’re there. My husband had to walk to the back of the store to customer service to get his bag. Farther than to buy the actual product. Will never go there again. They are horrible.

The store was okGot a belt for a mower. The package was the size I wanted but the belt was wrong. No problem. Went in to exchange it, the person at the register had no clue how to do the return. Said he couldn't do it and it wouldn't work. Gave me the belt back. I went to the guy at the other register. He wanted to give me a gift card. I had the receipt in hand finally after all the hassle the manager took care of itNot the best experience.
