I'm not one to write reviews but our families experience here while getting our daughter's vaccines was unacceptable. The bearded vaccine giver sighed loudly, grunted, rolled his eyes and made sure everyone knew and heard his distain for my young daughter who was nervous to receive her shot.

Before I walked in to the RiteAid (around 12 p.m. definitely before they were about to go to lunch) pharmacy today I was already sick and just feeling miserable overall. I was just hoping to get my Rx filled to go home and start my treatment. The young man (I aplogize)I wish I would of paid attention to his name tag because he was super kind and showed some really great cust. serv. skills. He told me the wait was about 2 hours and ask him kindly if I could sit and wait for my prescription because I wasn't feeling good . My prescription was done and no longer than a half an hour which made all the difference in the world especially when you are sick with the flu. The staff really made all the difference not only in my care but the way my day kind of turned out. Also, thank you front store clerk for assisting me and getting my bonus rewards back because my phone number did not match.

The Pharmacy never answers the phone. I called 4 times and still no one answered. I even tried the option to speak with someone else in the store but still got no answer. I wasted my gas and time after calling multiple times first only for them to tell me my prescription was not able to be filled because it was filled and ready for pickup at a CVS. Something that I could have learned over the phone if they would have answered the phone.

Horrible staff and pharmacists are always rude and nothing is ever done in a timely manner…..DAYS after a prescription has been sent! They do not answer their phone either!
