Pharmacist and pharmacy staff are extremely stuck up and rude. Applied for a job at this location and even walked to the store to inquire and the employees blatantly laughed at me, it was so weird they were acting like the pharmacy was some high school clique. The pharmacist was dismissive and even turned and walked away from me when I tried to show him my acceptance email and schedule the interview (the TA team accepted my application and my only next step was to schedule my interview with the pharmacist and he continued to make excuses on why he can’t open his schedule for me). I did file a complaint with the talent acquisition team so hopefully the pharmacist will no longer be at this location in the future. I’ve heard such bad things about this pharmacy and now I see why. Not only are they slow, rude, and understaffed, they mistreat the people who are actually TRYING to join the team and help with the understaffing issue. The owner clearly doesn’t care because there are multiple reviews under this location about the understaffing, it’s never been addressed and that’s why the staff continue to act the way they do. Shame on the employees and especially shame on the owner, safe to say i’ll be avoiding this location all together.

Pharmacist at this location refuses to answer the phone during normal business hours. Called several times from 4pm to close and no one answered the pharmacy phone. I called and spoke to a retail associate and she said he does not answer the phone a lot because he doesn't like to. She also said no customers were waiting in line and they are definitely open for business.

Seems like after the pandemic this Rite Aid and others are just suffering with keeping shelves stocked or just keeping employees PERIOD...You can never reach anyone in the pharmacy area and it has been like that for months hoping for a change soon because of alot of people need their meds and this store is needed in the area. Please get it together

Possiblity they are closing this store soon. Either that or the shelves were just poorly stocked.I hope not as this is the store I prefer to shop while Rite Aid still exists.

I made appointments online here for flu shots for my children only to be told they didn't have shots for kids under 9 when we arrived. I provided birth dates when I made the appointments, so this should not have happened. Signage at the pharmacy was also poor and staff was indifferent.

Was on hold for an hour and 20 minutes and no one ever answered. I walked all the way there and there's only one person standing in line and one working. The phone wasn't even ringing. Completely irritating and unprofessional.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to getting my meds. First off there is absolutely no communication when it comes to getting someone their script. No call or any form of communication as to what is going on with your script when it is sent by the doctor. You have to call in yourself and I swear they do their very best to avoid answering that phone. I finally got through today after calling them 10 times. I was trying to transfer a script to another pharmacy. The man on the phone told me they needed the pharmacist first and last name to transfer a script first? What?!? Getting your scripts should not be this much of a headache and not this complicated . Aside from that there was another time I was currently out of my medication. The guy on the phone told me to shop around and see if I can get it somewhere else. When I pressed on the matter if he can check his computer to see if other rite aids have my medication he said there’s no way to check I’ll have to call random rite aids myself. This is such a shameful pharmacy dealing with peoples meds with absolutely no care in helping anyone. Stay away from this place!

Staff is great. Helpful and friendly. The store is clean and easily accessible.Pharmacist Lawrence is the absolute best! Some staff need a bit more training. They are fairly new, and I was telling them where to find a product.

This place is horrible. They don't fill your prescriptions for days. I have to abruptly stop my mental health medication and then be left without it for days because they "forgot" to do a prior authorization and this is the 2nd month in a row this has happened. I shouldn't have to pay out of pocket just to have my medication on time especially when I have insurance. And even if prior authorization is not needed, you still won't get your prescriptions filled or refilled unless you actually go to the pharmacy, because they NEVER answer the phone, and ask if the medication is ready. Even though you know its not ready because you didn't get any notifications saying it was ready but its two days past the date that it was supposed to be ready. Their ignorance and indifference is unethical at a minimum but this should be illegal. This place HAS to do better. Once my medications are finally filled, this month, I'll be switching to a local, family ran pharmacy thats about two blocks down the street from this Rite Aid. After years of struggling with Rite Aid I've finally had enough.

This is my client's pharmacy and everytime I come here its always something. Usually the drive up window and there's usually 3 people here. They can't even come to the window and tell you they can't help you and to come inside. Then they've miscounted her medications multiple times. I walk in and they're having a conversation amongst themselves but don't have time to answer the window. When I asked why the can't give a courtesy peek I got no answer from the girl at the register. Right now I'm standing here and someone has rang the call bell 3 times. Nobody has moved. This place is a disaster. I wish she would change her pharmacy.

Pharmacy service is awful. I haven't been there yet where I'm not in line for a half hour behind only 2 people. And still have to wait 5-10 minutes for them to figure out what they are doing when I get to the counter. Almost every time we are missing at least one medication.

A great local pharmacy to go to! Really good associates at the pharmacy and store. Be aware, the store and pharmacy hours are a bit inconvenient right now....my medication was called in at 0830, but the pharmacy didn't open until 1000. But then it was filled very quickly!

The way the pharmacy is CONSTANTLY UNDERSTAFFED and they way they ignore incoming calls from folks trying to obtain information on they’re medication is COMPLETE LY UNACCEPTABLE! As a member of the healthcare umbrella there should never be a time a pharmacy is so understaffed that they can’t answer the phone. If you go in person it’s literally the pharmacist and 1-2 workers. It’s a revolving door back there smh was calling from 5pm and gave up after an hour of no luck

When dealing in person, most of the employees are nice and helpful, however when calling with questions regarding status of my prescription refill, nobody ever answers calls does not matter what time of the day I call.One of the pharmacy employee was also very rude and unpleasant.

Whenever I stop here its always a long wait at the front register. Even with only two people in line it takes about 15 mins just to check out. When the line is even longer no one calls for backup. Granted the store is somewhat clean, but it seems they are extremely short staffed at all times. If there are two ppl up front one is usually chatting with the other or on their phones. I've walked out a few times because it was just ridiculous. I plan on switching pharmacy. I rather drive out my way then deal with this on a continuous basis

This RA and the one in Lemoyne do not fill prescriptions until you come to the store. My prescription was sent 12/14 where I was quoted 30 minute wait. About 20 minutes later I did receive at text saying it was out of stock. I never got a call back or text, and so stopped in 4 days later on 12/17 to inquire. They then infomed me it would be ready in 10 minutes. The guy in line behind me said that they even filled the incorrect prescription.In Lemoyne, same thing, prescription was sent but I receive no call or text. I showed up the next day to inquire and they quoted me a 20 minute wait. Will be switching to CVS even though they are further from my home.

I called to ask about my vaccination records, the pharmacist said, "calm down!" And I told her I wasn't upset, and she told me to call cooperate and hung up on me. Wonder why you all have a 2.5 star rating. I can't imagine why!? 🙄😲 so I will call cooperate and leave a review. Have a nice day. ✌

Most horrible place to get your medications filled. They never have them ready and you can never get anyone to answer the phone for pharmacy. I wouldn't even give them one star if I didn't have to. Don't ever go here it's just stress you don't need. Oh and the customer service hotline just says we will notify the pharmacy so it's just a run around. So ignore the please call customer service if you place a review complaining.

Pharmacy employees were all really helpful and nice. Super grateful to have this store in our neighborhood! Would probably shop here even more often if there was a convenient, safe place to park bicycles.

There are not a lot of associates at the store. The shelves were nearly bare in places. It hasn't been this bare in a long time. I love the store. I live directly across the street from the store.

I called to check if my prescription was processed and ready. I was placed on hold for over 8 minutes I disconnected and called back to be put on hold again I understand being short staffed but how long would it take to verify that my prescription was ready very poor service.

The staff there, including the pharmacy, have horrible customer service. Everyone is rude, kids at the register checking their phone with the register drawer wide open when they are supposed to be giving me my change. I just got off the phone with a woman in the pharmacy to check on my prescription. She got upset with me because she didn't spell my name right and couldn't find me in the system. When I corrected her and she found my script I thanked her and she just hung up before I could finish my sentence, no you're welcome, have a nice day nothing.

The problem I have is with most pharmacies,if you give them your script two,three days early so they can have it when the day comes. And instead that day comes and they tell you they need to get them,so you could end up waiting 2-3 days longer. I think that my scripts should be counted for and no matter who comes in mine should always be there especially since you can only use one pharmacy going forward.

We have been going to Rite Aid Pharmacy for 6 years. Moved to Harrisburg this year and have never had worse service, "it will be ready in 2 hours" really? They have more ppl working than any other. I loved rite aid now I dread going in same day.

Great experience. Sharon in pharmacy was sooooo helpful. I was here on vacation and due to airline cancelling flight we were here longer than planned and I didn't have medicine for the extra time. She was do helpful in getting the prescription processed. Thank you!

My wife got some allergy medicine sent here the guy working the pharmacy refused her sale because she didn’t have insurance at the time even though she was expecting to pay out of pocket for the medicine ($16) she had to call her doctor to push the issue
