I found a OUTSTANDING groomer for my 4 toy poodles!!! I use to go to pet $@€£$ and my baby’s would come home upset for a day or so! But dropping them off at Marrys ( also faster) and they come home as happy if not more happy than they went in! Tells me they treat my baby’s with love!!!! We THANK YOU!!! Mary is simply the best there is for grooming! We take two of our cats to her for different reasons and both come home looking amazing. Samantha gets her summer lions cut and Rascal sits/lays calmly and gets his under coat brushed out. Truly life savers as neither cat will let us brush them.

Mary and her staff made my puppy, on her first grooming experience feel safe and at ease. You can tell the compassion they have for your pet by the caring way they treat your fur-baby. It was an awesome experience for both my dogs and we will be returning as Mary suggested in about 6 weeks for further grooming needs.

We have taken our girls to Mary’s for a few years now, and we’ve never had anything but exceptional service. I know they aren’t the easiest two to groom (especially when it comes to nail clipping), but they always get it done, and they get it done with grace. They feel and smell great for weeks after their groom, so long as we can keep them from playing in the dirt haha. We also adore the bandanas they put on them after every groom. Their new facility is also super nice! We are thankful for Mary’s, and will continue to return as long as we have dogs in our family.

I wanted to love this place because of the rave reviews, but after my experience yesterday I think I will be taking my dog Pierce somewhere else. It took 2 ½ hours to groom him which I expected. The problem I faced is when I picked him up. I asked the groomer that groomed him if everything went okay and if he was good. The groomer responded with "he was good, just a little fidgety." Did NOT mention to me at all that she cut his nails way too short. As I was driving home I looked back to talk to Pierce in the car and there was blood all over his one paw and the seat. I about had a heart attack. I knew that hurt him, and he had to have yelped so why didn't the groomer say anything to me? Or try to stop the bleeding before handing him back to me? I understand it's not always easy to see where to cut, but shouldn't a groomer be very cautious if a dog is fidgety and if his vein is hard to see? I called the groomer and explained the situation and they said that it was normal and he'd be okay. My dog was definitely not acting like his normal high energy self. We stopped the bleeding once we got home, thinking everything would be fine. Bandaged his foot to go outside, but later he started bleeding again. I feel so bad for him and kept crying on and off. I've been around dogs my whole life and my grandparents have clipped their own dogs nails for years, and even when they cut too short to where the nail bleeds, it wasn't as much as what Pierce was bleeding so I looked closer at his paw to try and figure out why it was bleeding so much. The whole bottom half of my dog's two nails are gone!!!!! Now I have to be concerned and worried about if they'll get infected! Not happy. Very very sad for my baby.

Do not use this groomer! They do not listen to your requests. Dog was completely shaved without consulting the owner when all that was requested was a trim.

I called out there to talk to them about problems with my dog and getting an appointment for him to have a bath and his ears cleaned and stuff the gentleman that answered the phone was very nice very into helping people which impressed me I will be taking my dog there to get the work done on him and when I get it done I'll be more than glad two send in a review like I said the gentleman was very nice very informative and helped out a lot I am sure by the way the gentleman talked that when My boy comes out of that salon he will look like a new dog he is a 3-year-old pet and he is my emotional support dog

My granddog has major anxiety and takes meds and not good with people. He is 2 as of yesterday and so my daughter wanted him to try to get a haircut. He went from looking homeless to amazing and she was able to accomplish his trust and get the job done.We shall return for sure because to do what they did for a dog with these type of issues is a triple bonus.

Must say not my favorite groomers. Gave them a try due to great reviews. Sadly that was not the case for my dog. Had an appointment early morning and did not get out until 2:30ish (took hoursss). So what’s the point of an appointment?? My dog’s nails were not cut/trim or anything. Hair cut was very uneven. Just not for me. They could definitely have done a better job.

My dog is a twenty pound miniature poodle mix. I dropped my dog off at Mary’s Grooming Boutique on April 8th at 1:00. The groomer assessed his coat condition. I watched her feel the areas that are typically an issue (behind the ears around the neck and under his legs). She made no mention of any concerns with his coat. She asked what I wanted done. I showed her a picture of about what I was looking for. At this point she seemed hesitant, and doubtful of her ability. I said it didn’t have to be perfect or look exactly like the picture.I received a call at 3:43, which is a little more than an hour before they closed. I was informed that my dog wasn’t done. He had a bath, and was dried. To cut his hair it would cost $200, and would take about two more hours (they would have to be there after closing time). It felt like they were quoting an insane price, just to get us to come pick up our dog. I was also told that they hadn’t done anything besides bathing him during the several hours he was there, because brushing him out took so long. This was after the groomer he was scheduled with raised no concerns about his coat condition when I dropped him off, and I had brushed him prior to taking him in. I wish I would have noticed the other negative review citing their disorganization and poor time management prior to taking my dog here.My husband picked him up. He paid $60 for a bath. They didn’t even clean his feet or clean his sani, which is typically done before bathing. They did accidentally dye his snout green. When he got home I found a few other spots on his leg that green dye dropped on. My husband mentioned that they were concerned getting a bad review, but didn’t seemed concerned about the condition they left our dog in, or about accidentally getting green dye on him, because apparently it would wash right out. So after we paid $60 for just a bath we’re supposed to give him another bath to wash the dye off of him.Later that evening I received a text message from the groomer apologizing that she didn’t have the time to cut his hair, and asked me to bring him back when they had more time. Completely inappropriate.

I am new to the area and chose Mary's because of their good reviews on google. My experience was wonderful! Mary Ann and Mary were both so polite and friendly and clearly groomed my pup with care. He was nervous when I left him, but seemed at ease when I picked him up. They told me the only trouble they had grooming him was trying to keep him awake! That's a great sign of gentleness! We will be back!

I've had three of my dogs here for grooming and have always been very pleased with their work and how they have been treated. The groomer was the daughter of a friend of mine so I knew they were in good hands. This groomer opened her own shop far away. If she were still at Mary's, I'd still be going there.

Mary's grooms my 5 yr old 5.3 lb male Yorkie and they do a great job. Staff are professional and friendly, great with animals. I am very happy with their services and will continue to use them. I just made an appointment for this Sat to prepare my baby for the Fall weather.

I have been going to Mary with our dogs for a long time. We are taking our new puppy there too. Mary and the girls do a great job, and are very knowledgeable about dogs. Our first 2 boys are gone, but they loved going there! Highly recommended!!

This is the second time I’ve used Mary’s Grooming Boutique, and I will continue to do so. Maryann took exceptional care of my senior, semi-handicapped lab both times. When I picked him up, he was on the grooming table with Maryann working on deshedding his incredible mounds of hair. He looked so relaxed and comfortable; I immediately knew he was in the best of hands. Not only did he smell great but looked it too! Maryann said that she used a Dremel on his nails with no problems. When I previously attempted to do it, my boy was quite grumpy. Kudos to the gentleman that works there who helped me out to the car with my boy. Your compassionate care is appreciated.

Our rescue dog is scared of her own shadow and was not excited about going in to be groomed (her first time since being with us). I was worried that I would pick up a terrified dog, but she was brought out happy and prancing around! She smelled and looked wonderful, and her shedding has been much more manageable since going to Mary's for grooming.

Our labradoodle, Tuck, is huge and can be a handful because of his thrill at meeting people, but Mary's seems to enjoy him as much as we do and always manages to give him a great looking cut. They are very accommodating to any of our special requests and are quick to schedule appointments that are convenient to our schedules.

This place is great for cats! We tried one other and had a horrible experience but here we felt welcomed and listened to. They took their time and were very calming to our cat when the dogs started barking in the other room. Highly recommend! :)
