Belle’s Carpet Cleaning does a fantastic job! I was new to the area and was so happy to find a company like Belle’s.. they have cleaned my carpets, wool runners, upholstered chairs and the result was really great. They also have successfully cleaned trouble spots where I thought a stain may not have come out & they got it out. They are great to work with and neat and tidy with their equipment in your home.They always showed up on time!!! It was easy to schedule and at times I was limited to when I could get the cleaning and they always were able to work me in the schedule. If your in need of a great carpet cleaner Belle’s is the one to call.

Buddy Belles is the best carpet cleaner in the area! Not only has he done carpet cleaning for me but Buddy has been called out in the middle of the night to take care of water extraction from water heaters leaking, washers overflowing and so on.... He can even (dare I say it).... Clean up after you find someone in your apt who died and was in the apt for 2 weeks......Give him a try and you won't be disappointed

When we were purchasing our home a few years ago, we used Buddy to clean our carpets. Just this past week we had him back to clean some furniture. His work speaks for itself! We just had our basement carpet cleaned, along with a reclining chair, sectional sofa, and pillows. Buddy provided a top notch service and everything looks like new. He had his work cut out for him from the ash from our wood stove. He was in constant contact with us prior to our appointment and called to tell me when he would be arriving the morning of. We also had to reschedule our first appointment due to a family emergency and he rescheduled with no questions asked. Buddy is a great guy and left a fan to help the sofa and carpets dry quicker. Buddy, the owner, was able to work me into his schedule the day after I called requesting carpet cleaning. He called 10 minutes before he arrived to make sure that I was home. Belles Carpet Cleaning was very professional and timely with the services I requested. Our carpets visibly look newer with a fresh clean feel. We’ve had experiences in the past with some sort of film being left on the carpets after a carpet cleaning service left, but we didn’t have that happen with Belles. I have had two encounters with this business. The first one was an emergency that happened a little past midnight. I called their 24 hour line and Buddy was at my home within thirty minutes. He assessed the situation and worked quickly and efficiently to fix it. He made sure to let my carpet dry for an adequate time to avoid any damage. The second encounter was during the day but it was still an emergency. I have a large fish tank that had overflown in my basement which has carpet. I contacted Buddy and he arrived promptly. He thoroughly dried out and treated my carpets and even offered mitigation strategies to prevent this from occurring in the future. I had about 1300 sqft of carpet installed in my home about 3 years ago by a local carpet company. They cut a number of corners on install and within about 1 year it was really bunching up and needed significant maintenance / re-stretching. My wife tried reaching out to them multiple times for assistance, and they never responded. I then tried reaching out to them, and still no response. Over 1.5 years of trying to communicate with them - they've ignored us, yet I can see they continue to do business by their continued reviews. They've totally ghosted us.I reached out to Buddy at Belle's to get us taken care of and within a week he was at our house taking care of my problems. He was responsive, arrived when he said he would, and was willing to struggle through the mess that the other guys had left behind. All I really wanted was someone to help me out with the problems - and Buddy was there for me.
