Dan did a great job replacing our front door and storm door. He came to the house and took measurements, discussed our choices and ordered all the materials. When they came in, he installed the doors, did all the framing and installed the hardware. The door looks beautiful. He cleaned up very well.

We had yellow jackets come through our roof into our ceiling. We had them exterminated, but needed the nest removed out of the drywall. Ed was awesome! Jeremy handled all of my requests professionally and was able to troubleshot on the spot and get the parts I needed the work was done effectively and with high quality. I am very pleased with Jim B and the work he did to put in a new dryer vent and hood to the outside of our home. We have an older home and he suggested a dryer vent tube vs the flexible dryer vent and it worked very well and will give us a much longer life for our vent. He also fixed a door that we were having problems with while he was here. He was very polite and professional and did the jobs in the time frame expected. We will use him again since it is so good to know the job will be done efficiently and correctly.

Chuck came to look at our shower drain that needed new grout work. This issue was causing a leak. He noticed black mold - which the plumbers who were here days ago never mentioned it. He set me up with a mold restoration company and gave me great advice on how to move forward. I always have wonderful experiences with Ace Handyman Services!

Quality work on the wheelchair ramp and bathroom grab bars. Very responsive to a tight time-line. Jim B was friendly, very professional and took the time to listen. I'll be using them again for future jobs.Again another great job by Jim B. Removed old wall AC unit and replaced it with a beautiful glass block window. Work was done professionally and Jim was great to work with and I look forward to having him back for future projects.

Dan from Ace Handyman Services was instrumental in getting our new home painted before move in and with handling numerous jobs immediately following our arrival. Jobs included everything from mounting our TV’s, hanging bathroom mirrors, installing ceiling fans, kitchen lights and garage storage among many other essential steps to ease our transition. We have had him out a couple times since to take care of various odds and ends. He’s skilled and professional and we will call on him anytime we need a repair or future project! Highly recommend!!!

Will never use their services again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It's very clear they don't have set prices on their services. They'll instead feel you out and try to get as much money from you as possible. All I needed was a cover placed over my outside vent and to have it inspected for a birds nest since I'd had 3 birds get in through the vent in the past month.I was told they charge a minimum for 2 hours of labor and it would include cleaning out my dryer vent. I went along with it since it didn't really seem like I had a choice and if I did in fact have a nest, I would need it cleared out. The handyman, Ed, arrived, stated he did not see a nest and asked me if I wanted the vent cleaned. I said no because I'm in a brand new house, I didn't see any reason to have the vent cleaned. He installed the cage over the vent and passed by me multiple times as he packed up his belongings. He then proceeded to sit in his van, door shut, for a good 20 minutes while I sat on the porch waiting for him. I work from home and needed to hop on a meeting so I finally went over to him and asked if I can pay since I needed to get back to work. He stated he was on the phone trying to "get me the best price". I said oh okay, I wasn't sure what you were doing. He said "yep, just doing my job", obviously with an attitude. Had he simply communicated to me that he'd be right back and was just going to confirm the price, it would have been courteous. Personally, it felt to me like he was trying to run up the clock since it only took him 30 minutes to complete the work. He finally came out of the van and gave me a total of over $200. I asked him why it was so much since he'd only been there 30 minutes and didn't even clean the vent. He said very curtly "you can call the office if you have a complaint". At this point I'd had enough and needed to get back to work so I went ahead and paid. I asked if I would get a receipt emailed to me and he said yes. Well, guess what, I haven't gotten a receipt. He also didn't give me any paperwork so I still have no clue how a $10 vent cage and a total of 30 minutes of labor equaled out to over $200. Shady business practices and poor customer service. Will never use them again.

I spent 2 years trying to find a reliable handyman to replace a cedar roof on an ornamental wishing well and fix another roof on a storage shed. After contacting 5 handymen, none of which followed through with a proposal, I went with Ace Handyman Service.The office was very communicative in explaining the process and keeping me up to date on the scheduled appointments. I love everything about Ace Handyman. They are courteous, they clean up their mess if they made one. I have 3 dogs and they are not bothered by them. They actually give them a pet, I always worry if the outside co I have come in will be bothered by them. Most of all I love their pricing. We are older n some jobs we just can't do. I will Always call Ace Handyman!! Today it was Dan , knew exactly what he was doing!! Very polite n friendly!!

We recently had a TV remount and installation on our stone fireplace by Chuck. Chuck did an amazing job! He is extremely personable, very detail oriented, communicates extremely well, extremely clean and tidy when he is finished with his job, and spends extra time making sure that every expectation is met. Jim also came out to help with the electric on this job and he was extremely meticulous as well! He made sure that everything looked picture perfect and he was extremely neat and clean about his work. We are always extremely happy with Ace handyman services and look forward to using them for other jobs in the future!
