What a fantastic buying experience. I came into the store memorial day around 5 o’clock looking for a great gas grill.I was greeted by an employee Ryan Who promptly show me all the girls that were out front which all happened to be charcoal. I told him I was looking for a gas grill and even though they had already closed the patio he walked me out to the back where I found the perfect grill. He went above and beyond in every way and made me feel like myself is important. Then Frank help me take it out to my car even so much is taking off the one side tray so it fit into my jeep. I want to say thank you to Frank and Ryan for providing an outstanding experience even in the hustle in chaos of a holiday.Keep up the great work guys and again thank you Ryan and Frank.

My husband and I went into this store this morning looking for an impact driver. As soon as we walked into the store, we were greeted pleasantly by the cashier first, and then by the manager, Courtney. We didn't know that Courtney was the manager until we called the store later to let the manager know how terrific she is, and how wonderful she was to us. Courney showed us what we were looking for, found it in the locked supply case, and explained to us that we could get both the Makita and TCS in-store warranties for very little extra money. Also, the impact driver that we picked out just happened to be on sale, saving us $55.00! So we ended up getting an extra battery and the impact driver with 4-year warranties for both. Thank you Courtney! This TSC store knows what customer service is! I would recommend them any day.

Needed supplies for morning, Did online order 2 hrs prior to closing at Harleysville store. Arrived 20 min after ordering and Jeremy was fantastic! He went out of his way to make sure everything was immediately pulled for my order by the time I arrived. That’s service! Jeremy’s customer service is the best I have ever seen. He even asked if there was anything else he could get me or help me with. Needless to say, I found more items I needed. The rest of staff were so nice and friendly as well. Jeremy carried everything to car and loaded for me. Jeremy is personable, professional and diligently did his job with a smile. Best employee service - Best Store !

Adorable farm inspired decor inside which was so surprising to me! I also get dog toys here and they always end up being their favorites! Plus the store itself is dog friendly and they will give you treats for your pups!

Lots to look at...little expensive but mostly worth it. Adorable live chick's for sale. Very nice employees. Last time the employee followed me and my son around like we were criminals. Very unsettling.

Best store ever!!! They are sooo helpful. I have a little guy who lost her mom. They shared their knowledge, confirmed everything was in stock! The store supervisor was excellent! I will be going back for all my supplies..the feed is so much cheaper than another store I was going to

Phenomenal customer service!!! Had to return a toolbox that broke, that had a one year warranty. It was just shy of one year and although this store didn't have a replacement the manager Teressa found me another one at a different store and was very courteous and made it easy. I will do business with this store any time.

Edited review is I will b back as a customer all due to employee FRED THE ONLINE PICKUP GUY. HE IS AWESOME AND I WILL BE BACK TO SHOP ONLY BECAUSE OF HIM. He certainly restored my faithback into tsc, (he should get a raise) happy I came in.WILLL ALSO BE CALLING ABOUT THAT STOOL thank you for responding. I was very pleased with your company hence my first ordered ever with you, now I was waiting til today to come pick upy order you confirmed Tuesday was ready for pickup no all of a sudden it's canceled because it "became unavailable" are you people being serious I chose, purchased theoney came out of the account you tell me it's ready and then what just sell it anyway? My rating is about Teresa the manager at the Harleysville location for too many years. Shameful, disgusting, juvenile, incomprehensible…. Just utterly atrocious and narcissistic and ur pass has been revoked. It’s taken years but now there is no going back no kindness is left…Your not ok I get that but ur issues are mental not physical I hope u get that.

Clean and organized store. Selection is nice and I can typically find almost anything I'm looking for. At least one point off for what seems to be a never ending series of visits where items are out of stock. I can't remember one time I've visited where something I came for was sold out.

This store has been the best for me! I recently made a wrong purchase and they gave me credit towards a new purchase and their staff is always friendly whenever I go in. I won’t be shopping anywhere else for my animal supplies!

Decent... they have a large variety of dog foods but not chicken feed and that section is always pretty empty when we go, that isn't really an issue I understand things can't always be stocked immediately and they have always gone and gotten the food we were looking for from the back if it wasnt on the shelf but your options are limited.... otherwise a great place and everyone that works there is really friendly!

I love TSC in general and this store is great and in a good location for traffic and travel.Regarding the woman complaining about no donation, I think that's up to each business as they see fit. It's low to make a complaint on the internet about a polite no thank you to a contribution request.

Great store. They need to open one in the Doylestown area. As for the staff, the girl really knew her stuff. The young boy must just be a beginner but he should at least speak louder to let you know what's going on

Good online shopping but waited over 15 minutes for someone to even address the customer service area where you need to go for pickup. Last time was 20 plus. Either need to hire more or get more efficient.

They spent half an hour helping me identify which fitting I needed for a particular water tote, and when they didn't have it, told me where I could find it. I left, got the fitting, came back, and bought the tote. Rob was very patient and helpful!

I do not shop here often but, today I needed a few extra supplies ahead of a snow storm and this was the easiest, closest place to stock up. They have animal feed from dog, cat to goats, sheep and chickens. They also have clothes, cowboy boots, thermal hats/gloves. Tractor stuff, pellet stoves and pellets to run them. It's a nice, clean store with nice, helpful employees.

Very good store if you have animals! They have what you need for livestock and cats and dogs! Also, garden supplies , clothes , boots, just about everything! Spend alot of time and $ when I shop there, I always find something to buy! Check it out, you will find something to buy to!!

I went to re- fill my propane tank. I asked the cashier inside if someone could help with the propane station. She told me she would call a team member to come out and help. After waiting outside by the propane tank for 5 - 10 minutes, no one came to help. I ended up going back to the cashier two more times for her to call a team member, and waiting over 20 minutes, before giving up. No one ever came out to help.

The store was well kept and organised. The staff that i talked were very helpful. They didnt rush me. I had to make a call to get a ok on the purchase. We got a galvanized 8 ft trough. And they even help load it. Was. Nice to see staff this way. I will go back.

The most incredibly helpful customer service!!!!! The staff bent over backwards to assist me. I recommend this place highly for whatever you need! Thank you so much to your Saturday night staff!
