Overall great experiance with Harlysville Feed. I purchased a sight unseen stock tank, when delivered it had some dings. They took the tank back, ordered a new tank, and had it delivered in a months time. These 8' tanks aren't easy to come by in my area, and I was happy to find a place that carried them and delivered them for only a small delivery fee. I will be prepping this in the spring as a cowboy pool. Thanks Harlysville feed, and Danny for all your help!

I come here every couple of months to buy a bale of hay for my Guinea pigs. The staff is always super friendly and the guys don't hesitate to help get the bale in the car. They are also knowledgeable as well. Wonderful place.

I should have been coming here all along. This is a real hidden gem. Didn't know I was getting a terrible deal on Amazon for my chicken feed. It's 30$ cheeper here for the same bag. No joke. I'll be back. Ps. They're good people too!

Jane and her staff are always ready to serve you with a smile , also if you have a question just ask information abounds. The store is neat, tidy , and organized. If you don't see it.....ask...you will be surprised . The inventory is compromised of quality products. This is now my main feed and ag store has become a favorite since my former favorite Bechtelsville Agway closed.I highly recommend. For the record the owners also own & operate Oley Feed Mill , and another feed/ag store near Tripoli. They know their stuff and if they don't have it here in Harleysville/Salford Station.....they can bring it and have to you in a day or two.

Very friendly knowledgeable people. Terrific quality & assortment of feed, barn supplies, also tough to find items are stocked. Good variety of heavily used hunting needs, cover scents, food plot seed. What they don't have, can get in a day or 2. Thrilled to find a family owned business with fantastic customer service!

I called this morning to ask what they had to feed the wild birds as I said that the price of wild bird seed has gone up so much, I was looking for a less expensive alternative such as cracked corn and the woman went into explaining that "the price of everything has gone up due to what is happening in the country" to which I said "I understand that" and she said "we have to charge more if the prices go up, we can't give it away" to which I once again said "yes, I understand that", I wasn't complaining about it or attacking her store about it, I called just to get some prices and suggestions, not a lecture about what I already know. I then called 3 other places and asked the same thing and not one of them went into a speech like she did, they were all very helpful and understanding so needless to say I won't be going here even if the price was good.She also started laughing and said "someone just handed me a puppy" so her attention was most likely not on what I was saying. Just answer the question, save the speech and lose the attitude please.

I love this store. Owners are friendly and knowledgeable. They make an effort to get to know you. If they don't have what you need they will get it for you quickly. Enjoyed their workshops on horse and chicken ownership. Prices comparable to big box stores.

They have food to feed just about anything (horses, cows, chickens, Guinea pigs, livestock pigs, wild birds, etc) They stock everything needed to put the food in. The bedding to house animals on. They have bird houses. Wind chimes. People are usually nice here. Store is clean. It is enjoyable to shop here

Had a great experience at Harleysville Feed. We had just gotten our first goats and had a lot of questions. The woman there was very knowledgeable and happily answered all my questions. We’ve also had great experiences buying chicks and chicken supplies.

I came in June 11. Neither the owner nor her two staff were wearing masks. Masks prevent the wearers from spreading COVID that they may not even know they have. Not wearing masks puts your customers at risk, something you're apparently willing to do. It's selfish and inexcusable. It also suggests you care nothing of science. I was really excited to find this store and was willing to drive quite a distance to shop, but sadly won't be back. I'll patronize stores that do their part to keep the public safe. Only when we all abide by this social contract can we truly get back to normal (not simply pretend it's normal while our fellow countrymen fall sick and die).

Best place for specialty items and one on one support. They have, or can get everything. Don't waste your money at Tractor Supply just call them and they'll work with you.

Every time I go there, it's a lousy experience. I've tried a number of times over the past 7 years and every time it has never even been an acceptable experience, let alone a good one. They are never nice, despite their description of themselves and they don't stand behind their products. I normally buy all my farm supplies elsewhere, but gave them another shot because my wife wanted chickens from them for some reason. That shot ended up being the last shot. I'll never give them another penny, there's plenty of other places I can spend it. Hopefully they live up to their name for others and are at least friendly if nothing else.

I've been in the area about 2 years now and go to Perkiomen Valley Feed & Supply for feed, 50 lb bags of whole corn and some other supplies. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I am a loyal repeat customer. Happy to have a local place to get the stuff I need.
