Selection was sparse on a Monday morning but parking was easy. Decent Selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. It's a bit older and smaller than other markets in the area so it doesn't have much space available for hot and pre-made meals as the other stores. Prices are competitive.

Do not recommend doing pickup at this store. I have been stuck waiting atleast half an hour the past 3 times. The last time I literally had to ask if I could just come in and get my groceries since no one was bringing them out.

It’s just a little obnoxious when you say you’re open till 11 every day and then someone shows up at 930 and it’s closed??An update of the hours would be nice. Then I wouldn’t have taken the trip after work. 🤷🏻‍♀️Other than that this giant is fantastic!

It's right around the corner from my parents' house. It's always been clean and organized but just a little cramped and this visit, it seemed almost claustrophobic (maybe do away with some of the POP displays). Prices seem a bit high but maybe that's because I'm comparing them to where I live. Cashiers were friendly and tried to get people through the checkout as quickly and smoothly as possible.

I don't save as much as I used to, shopping at Giant vs other stores (think this is everywhere, though). The place is clean and stocked, but always feels disorganized in the layout AND their produce leaves a lot to be desired, especially the veggies. The Giant in Souderton offers fresher veggies and fruit.

Clean store. Well stocked but I was charged the wrong price for some items I purchased. Now I have to make a second trip back to ask for a refund. I mean it was like 3.00 but every penny counts in this economy./UPDATE... I was contacted by the store for more information on my pricing issue. I like that Giant was quick to respond to see if they could help. I have followed their instructions and I am waiting for a reply...Stay tuned.... UPDATE!!!! Giant stores saw my review and contacted me via email and phone. The Giant representative acknowledged my concern and made the pricing error RIGHT!. The rep was kind and understanding and told me how I could get my refund. Great job Giant! You have made me a customer for life! Thank you!

Terrible people. The employee made me pay for my groceries twice. She didn't know how her self check out machine works so she tried to teach me how a bank works instead. She also tried to tell me that my money was PENDING so I had to show her that money had already been taken from my bank account. She was incredibly rude about the whole situation even though I showed her that money had been taken. She also had the nerve to talk about how rude me and my sister were being while we were still standing there! Wont be coming back.

I would give them a negative star if i could. This place is beyond words and description (BAD). I tried to shop there this afternoon. The experience was so bad and I got so frustrated that I left my groceries in the middle of the self checkout area. And it's not a staffing issue. Would give negative stars if I could. Worst Giant I've been to. Checkers will NEVER put a single item in a bag for you. Just throw the food at you and give you dirty looks if you don't do it yourself fast enough. Shelves are always empty. And when you go to customer service for help they look down their noses at you like your bothering them. As if they were actually working. Most times there's long lines and one person checking while four other teenagers are standing around chit chatting and making fun of customers. They need to try hiring adults instead of rude entitled teenagers.

This is my favorite Giant. Don't let it's outside appearance in an older shopping center dissuade you from making this your favorite store too. It is small and long but very well stocked and very well run. Items are easy to find and well organized. Also their Giant Direct pickup is the best I have ever used. And I've used at a lot of stores and even delivery over the years. They pick great quality products and smart substitutions if needed.

Very nice store, seems to be fully stocked and the people at the Deli were very nice and took my order right away! I just wish the layout was better. It feels like a maze the way the store is set up but it is still a good store, I'd definitely shop here.

People are great, check out is fast and they have a good selection of organic and gluten-free foods. I love giant direct it's made my life so much easier. My only issue or recommendation is that the ppl who are filling the orders should be more aware of what the online sales and deals are. There has been many times I missed out on the extra points or a 5$ or 10$ off because they didn't make some kind of substitution. Even on the meal deals you purchase the meat and get everything else for free. They would be out of stock and not substitute the free stuff.

Fresh cut luau bowls of watermelon at Harleysville & Souderton Giant are showing their support for Souderton Area High School. There’s almost as much white rind as there’s red watermelon. It’s also in bigger and still connected chunks.Its a shame. I’ll drive 12 more miles for well cut bowls.Way to do a great job Quakertown!

The manager here is such a friendly man. He is there often and is always saying hi to the customers. I’ve never had any issue with any of the employees or experience and this is my preferred store.

The prices at this Giant or any Giant are outrageous. I realize that all food has gone up. However Giants prices on GF food is just crazy! $11.00 for a loaf of GF bread! Wegmans is much cheaper! As far as the store goes, it's clean but small. Employees are helpful

Price mislabeling on Kingsford charcoal. $6.99 large price label on the whole bin of charcoal. But then the item description written in small letters is for another item. Mislead me to bring 2 bags to the cashier and then to find out it is $14 a bag. The same bag of charcoal I found out was $9.80 at Amazon, and that's where my purchase is going, and it will be delivered to my doorstep. Giant just lost my business forever ♾️.

Great shopping at giant thry are get better in groceries plus bakery has goodcprice on muffins and cookies and brownies better than Landis supermarket giant my number 1 grocery store and save me on gas as well when I bought eagles cookie tray there it was 20 cents off on gas abd money meat ok and saves me money on paper towels

More selection than other locations. Wine and beer available. Produce and olive bar were stocked fresh. Restrooms are kept up like a very nice KOA campground...seems like every time I'm in the store there is a worker cleaning them.

Managers never come out to help. Understaffed everytime I've visited. Overpriced and the rewards system can be difficult to use. They have more self checkouts rather than cashier's. Used self lane one time....and 2 managers couldn't figure out how to get my receipt. They were upset I wanted one for my bookkeeping records. I feel bad for the regular workers. The managers tend to hide out in the office, leaving their staff to struggle.
