We rescued a Newfoundland 1 year ago. Our first grooming with Heidi was just a few weeks after we got her. She was anxious and wouldn’t get in cars. So, we chose a mobile groomer. Treva’s coat was a mess. Heidi did a great job in working with Treva, keeping her calm and being very patient. After the bath and grooming Treva looked great. It even looked like she was smiling afterwards. We had Treva groomed again today. She has gained weight and has more fur now. Heidi again did a great job. Treva looks amazing, smells so good, and is so soft.

Disappointed... I called to get information to get my dog groomed. The voice message said to text the owner a picture of your dog, breed, size and where you lived. Also stated that they are booking far out if you are not a client yet. I would have loved to just get an estimate to see when and how much they would charge, but I never received a call or text with information. I went else where and was very pleased with fur babies in Hanover
