My dog passed away on a Sunday. The staff was so sympathic and welcoming. My dogs passing was expected but sudden. I want to thank the entire staff in my moment of grief. Not only did they take care of the remains, the tributes and after care was top notch. Everyone was so professional and they treated me with respect and dignity. I highly recommend Loyal Companion when you lose a pet. The setting of the pet crematorium is beautiful. And when I was called to pick up the remains, the layout was beautiful, and the staff warm and caring.

Kristin and her staff are excellent! My dog passed suddenly on a Saturday afternoon. My mom and I met with Kristin shortly after. She was very compassionate and shared a similar story of her own to help comfort us. I loved that they gave us a paw print, nose print, and clump of hair, along with the tribute to my dog on their website. We have also used Panebaker when my father passed away and she was extremely helpful and comforting with that situation as well. There's no one I would trust more when dealing with the deaths of family members, pets included. Thank you for everything!

My family and I lost our beloved chihuahua Lily Belle this week and Sara helped us so much with our grieving process. I am so completely grateful to have Loyal Companion so close. They came and picked up my girl Emma when she suddenly passed away in her home. From the moment they came onto my property to when I picked up her remains, I could feel that they understood my heartbreak. They definately understood that my dog was my family, and that is exactly how they treated her. They were careful, compassionate, and made her life and passing special. Little did I know that the wonderful lady in the office was taking notes about my Em while I told her our story. She then shared it in a memorial on their website. I was very moved. I have 5 more dogs and I will use their services for each and every one of them, when that horrible day comes again. Thank you Loyal Companion for giving my sweet girl the respect and care that she deserved. You obviously understand that for so many of us, they aren't "just dogs".

I cannot say enough good things about this business, and the people who work here. The day my beloved Sora, my heart dog, my soulmate, passed away, we brought him to Loyal Companion Pet Cremation. Kristin Newman met with us, and the level of empathy, warmth, compassion, and tenderness she displayed was truly something unique. This is not just a job for her - this is her calling. She spoke to me about Sora, wanted to learn about him and what made him special. He was treated with dignity, respect, and all the compassion that people are treated with. I was never once made to feel that I was silly for sitting in the office and crying my eyes out, or for talking about Sora like he was my son. They laid him out beautifully for me to say goodbye one final time, and I had him back in my arms the very next morning. Less than 24 hours after he passed, and he was back home with me. The service was reasonably priced, and in truth, less expensive than I expected it to be, especially since I opted for the private cremation. I cannot recommend them enough. You're reaching out to them because you're grieving the loss of your beloved friend, your family member. Maybe your pet is your soulmate too. Loyal Companion Pet Cremation will treat your friend with all the grace and dignity you believe they deserve, because they believe that too.

My husband & I lost our beautiful baby girl cat in the early hours of the day. We searched for funeral services and came across Loyal Companion Pet Cremations. The fact that it was 5 AM and Sara answered to arrange services for us was amazing. She was kind, caring, and extremely helpful over the phone. When we met with her, she explained the entire process, she was extremely sympathetic and walked us through the steps and the options we had. She gave us the comfort we honestly needed in such a sad time. I would recommend the services they provide. We were given paw print pictures, a smaller laminated paw print card with a beautiful saying, a lock of our cats hair, plenty of options for the urn, and again the comfort that if we needed anything to not hesitate to call. We are so appreciative of the services and will go back if ever in the same position. Thank you!!!

We had the unfortunate experience of losing two beloved cats within 17 days of each other. Loyal Companion Pet Cremation was the perfect place to pay a lasting tribute to our two seniors. Fantastic! It was so hard to let our beloved furry friend go even though we knew it was a matter of time due to her heart issue... She passed away around 5 am Thanksgiving day. I didn't know who to call but we wanted to have her with us always and Loyal Companion was there for us! When our 15 year old fur baby, Coco was diagnosed with Stage 4 kidney disease in January, we knew we would be facing difficult decisions in the near future.We had an excellent experience with Tara & Sarah at Loyal Companions. My cat passed away on a Sunday evening. We called around 8 pm, and we were able to schedule a private cremation the next morning. I was barely able to stop crying the whole time, but Kristin was so incredibly professional and sympathetic. We went over the paperwork when we got there, and by the time we were done, they had my cat waiting wrapped in a blanket so I could say goodbye. I was given privacy and as much time as needed. They have many affordable options for urns, and the overall cost of the cremation was very reasonable. I was also given my cat's paw prints and some of her fur. She was ready to be picked up within a couple hours. As painful as it's been losing my baby, Loyal Companion Pet Cremation made this part easy, affordable, and as pain-free as possible.

She was comforting and genuinely cares about the pets and their grieving parents/loved ones. I had my dog cremated at Loyal Companion Pet Cremation. They were amazing to work with. Very patient, kind, understanding staff. I cannot speak highly enough of them, they made such a hard time for me just a little bit easier. I also love how now I can visit my baby boy at a cemetery. Most other places have their ashes buried on site. The prices were also very reasonable here.

On July 16th I awake to my fur baby of 13 years not breathing. Bruno's health had taken a turn for the worst in the week before his passing. So lost for words and crying we made the decision to have him cremated. With him passing on a Sunday, our chances were pretty slim. However my husband googled places and found Loyal Companion. They were 45 minutes away from home. It was around 5:30am when we discovered Bruno passed. It was a little after 6am we had already spoken with Mr. Newman and made arrangements. When arriving we knew this was the right place to bring our loved fur baby. Just from the love they have for their pets.As they also share a love for the boxer breed. Bruno was handled with the upmost respect. His remains returned the very next day. Thanks so much for the love and support you showed our family including Bruno. We will continue to use your services in the future.
