Our son has had a traumatic experience at a local kennel before but he loves going to Lakeside. He’s happy when we go in the door and he’s exciting coming out the door. When we had his bad experience, he was depressed for over a week afterwards. When he comes home from Lakeside, he’s just exhausted from playing and having fun. The staff is so friendly and caring. They are easy to get in touch with and respond quickly to emails, messages, etc. We always feel confident that our boy will be taken care when he’s left with Lakeside.

I left my 3 dogs with the staff of Lakeside Kennels for 8 days. The dogs came back happy, healthy, and clean! Not at all like the last place in Hanover where I boarded my dogs. I can't give enough praise to the staff at Lakeside, and Casey is wonderful!! They cared for my dogs as I would have. The staff was very observant of the dogs' behavior and quirks and worked with them to make their stay better. They even brushed them. They followed the dietary schedule to a tee and gave medicine and supplements as I instructed. I am soooo happy I finally found the perfect place to board my dogs!

I have two big dogs that I have boarded several times at Lakeside. My Boxer is very rambunctious and anxious, but the staff is always wonderful to her. In fact , they are great to both my dogs. I feel that my dogs are being well taken care of and safe. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and love towards my girls, dogs. Thank you.

This is a great pet resort. I have boarded my dogs there over the years. I had an emergency family issue (she had surgery and needed help) and they were able to board my dog for almost two weeks with short notice. When I picked up my pup he looked great and they said he did well there. I will continue to board my dogs here for years to come.

I cannot say enough good things about Lakeside Pet Resort. I have boarded my dogs there multiple times and they always receive amazing care. My senior dog is blind and on multiple medications. They took such good care of him and ensured he stayed on schedule with his meds. All three of my dogs were happy and well adjusted at the conclusion of their stay. Highly recommend.

My two dogs have never been boarded. Lakeside came recommended by friends and we were so happy that we brought them there. Casey checked us in and my little boarder collie took right to her. She gave him extra love and made sure he ate his food an not our other dog lol. Thank you so much.

This is the absolute best grooming job my dog has ever gotten. It's been more than a week and he still smells good! I am so incredibly impressed. I first gave this business a shot because they are a family-owned small business and I wanted to support local small businesses. But they have earned Praise by doing such an excellent job. Highly recommended!

When I made the appointment for doggy day care I was hesitant bc the girl on the phone seemed to disregard me letting her know that this was the 1st time my dog was ever w out me, he cries and howls when I just leave him in the car for just a minute. I was told "yeah well the dogs do better than the people do." Implying she knew my puppy who she never met better than me.. To find out bc he was upset he had to spend his day outside in the heat. He drank 3 bowls of water when we got him home. Not okay at all!!! You didn't even let me say good bye to him. As soon as you took the leash you just walked away. Just not very professional.. I expected more understanding and listening to me the owner about my dog. And making him feel comfortable.

We have boarded our three dogs here numerous times. They receive excellent care in a great facility. When we pick them up after their stay, they are always happy and well adjusted. Staff is wonderful!

I was in town visiting family and I brought my dogs along for the trip. Little did I know my dogs were not invited. I decided to board my dogs at Lakeside Pet Resort. Walking in the lobby I was impressed at all of the show photos of beautiful dogs and thought I made a good choice. Dropping off the dogs I was worried how they would adjust but the staff assured me they would be well cared for as the owner lives on the premises.I chose to get both of my dogs bathed/ groomed hoping they would get the star treatment like the show dogs in the photos. When I picked them up after 3 days they looked and smelled great!The kennel building looks rough on the outside but that was no indication of the quality of the care my dogs received. If I was in need of a boarding kennel in the future I would use Lakeside Pet Resort again.

My husband and I took our two labs to stay for 5 days and were very pleased! Our dogs looked very well cared for, they were clean, and happy. We appreciated how affordable it was and will be using them again in the future.I would recommend Lakeside Pet Resort.

I have contacted Lakeside twice in regards to scheduling a grooming appointment for my dog. The first time, I called and left a voicemail. When they called back, I was asked when I wanted to schedule the appointment. I was then told that she would have to confirm with the groomer and she would call right back. She never did. The second time I sent an email. Paul replied to my first email asking about my dog and when I would like to schedule, I replied to his email answering his questions. He never replied with an appointment. I'm done trying and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I dont know how they handle they do! Expert grooming. One of the most respected dog handlers in the country. And an immaculate facility. My first time there i was so amazed I took photos to send to two of my friends. I came unannounced to check it out. My girl loved her times at Lakeside! But she loved Paul the best. She will like it better with a new baby to play with. :)))

I had 3 dogs boarded there.All 3 of them ended up getting kennel cough while being there.The one dog looked like he hadn’t really eaten anything while being there.I wish someone would of called to let me know what was going on.
