We bought the cutest tricolor corgi last week. We love her but she came home with FLEES. Its been a week, the first flee treatment didn't work now her and the dog I had are covered in flees and crying and scratching. Today will be flee baths and treating the house again. Have you ever bathed a crying german shepherd in your bathtub because its too cold out?!?Update: I got a call from the pet store calling me a liar and saying this never happened. Why would I make it up? Bad customer service.

I adopted my mini golden doodle from Jocelyn’s back in June of 2022 and they provided me all the paperwork that gave more insight about her. (Where she was from, breeds mom and dad were, birth date etc) Golden doodles have been a dog I’ve been eyeing up for quite some time and finally found the perfect price point for our new addition. She came with food and of course I purchased toys and a crate from Jocelyn’s. The staff was super accommodating and even helped me walk everything to my car and load it up. I definitely will be back to add another addition soon from Jocelyn’s.

Really like this place price for self wash is great, the one down side is the shower handle they use is not contusive to washing under Neath a dog. Its a sprayer on a spring system but it does not allow the flexibility to wash under the dog because its too short even on big dogs.

We brought our Mini Bernedoodle, Spencer aka Teddy home on Valentine’s Day. We couldn’t be happier !!! He is such a smart little guy. The vet said he is a picture of health. They also commented that they see a lot of pups that come from Jocelyns and they are amazed that they’ve NEVER seen one with any health issues. Jocelyns Puppies is obviously doing something right. Thanks for our new family member !!!

I walked in to Jocelyn’s to inquire about a puppy and was met with pushback on being able to see the puppy in person. I am a very dissatisfied customer and decided to go to a nearby pet store and found my daughter’s new pet. I recommend you going to another pet store to buy your puppy. I have also read that eyes were not being lied to when I say that those pets look like they’ve been in the kennels for quite some time. It was a very sad experience. Shame on you, Jocelyn‘s puppies for having these animals and such conditions. I additionally will be getting a hold of the attorney general office, as well as the Better Business Bureau and AKC to report this matter.

I got the most adorable amazing puppy. A French Bulldog that is brindle and some white. My Prince Brindle is so healthy, sweet and growing fast. I love him so very much. I also got him a winter coat with a leash on the back, and a small bed from this location. I had been looking for almost a year and took my time to find the right choice for me. Of all my searches and pictures I saved; I'm so very happy Brindle choose me. He also did so very amazing at the vet; they too adored him as I do. He is a pup that likes to cuddle and give kisses; he even sings with me in the car. Words really cant express how much I love him. He is definitely a show stopper when we got out anywhere. The people in the stores melt when the see him and ask to pet him. I have had three stranger kiss him; no worries he kisses back lol. Kids pet him and he loves it. If I ever win the lottery I hope I find land because I swear to go back and buy all the dogs at this location. They have really good choices and such cute babies. Someone please go purchase the fawn Bulldog; she was my pups roommate and now she's alone. I'm making sure to let Brindle know I love him and he will never be alone. Now I pray someone please give his friend a loving home.

Oh my. I left a five star review without leaving feedback.So this is a nice little cute petstore. They sell dogs and cats. You can walk by the window and see these little guys.If I remember correctly there is reptiles and rodents for sale as well. Pretty much all your animal needs. I THINK I saw the owner a few times. If that was her she's always very nice. As well as the rest of the staff.

Not many places have a window area for pets anymore and I love how here has it! Pets are friendly, the cats are moderately priced although puppies can be kind of pricey and they don't have a large selection for treats. But they have great customer service and I highly recommend going!

Got 2 golden retrievers from here. One just passed away at the age of 3 years old due to GI issues and the other has been diagnosed with Renal Dysplasia. He is 2 years old. Do not recommend. Poor breeding.

Got a "purebred" chihuahua from them. He's definitely a chihuahua + jack Russell mix.Not only that but he had FLEAS. Fleas so bad that it INFESTED our house and took three months to fix. Would NOT buy from them ever again and would certainly not recommend.

We LOVE using the self-bath! There is a ramp for getting my 115 lbs girl up into the tub. There’s soooo many things that make the $10 worth it including: towels, aprons, shampoo, bathing mitts, and my FAVORITE is the dryer! The room also has Google Play you can use hands-free to listen to music, set timers for your Shampoo and Conditioner, and check the time. The staff is always SO kind, and they are very knowledgeable when it comes to needing recommendations.

Please do some research before you buy an animal, especially a puppy from this pet store. We had seen a puppy online and thought the puppy was so adorable. We previously had gotten from breeders and that’s what we will only do again, moving forward. We received a puppy that had: an upper respiratory infection, multiple ear infections, giardia and coccidia. We thought that an upper respiratory infection could have happened anywhere so we weren’t as concerned. However, we are now over 6 months of having our puppy and we are still getting rid of parasites. Other than our puppy being sick, it was a positive purchase. But, please do your research when you buy a puppy from a puppy mill.

Great place and great employees and management. They always have an excellent selection of puppy’s and i’ve bought all my reptile buddy’s from them 🙂. Prices are reasonable and quality of everything and there pets are great. Also they have an awesome shop cat with a cool hair cut and personality that will greet you some days 😂🤷🏼‍♂️😁 definitely recommend doing and keeping business with them. Very convenient location as well.

Jocelyn’s is where we purchased our first family puppy. We read all the reviews beforehand like you and we were a little hesitant based off of them, but once we went in and dealt with them it was nothing like what was described by others.The overall experience was flawless and smooth. The owners are very attentive and professional. They answered all our questions and concerns on the day that we first came in and continued all the way through completion of purchase, days later.Our advice is for you to pay them a visit and see for yourself. Highly recommended by our family! We’ve had our puppy for 2 weeks, she was checked by our local vet in Maryland and is completely healthyShe’s a normal puppy, playful, lovable, curious and full of energy!
