I’m new to the area and was suggested fur-babies for my dogs grooming. He is a blue heeler cattle dog and is a bit shy and very clingy. The staff did a stellar job of scheduling a time that worked at the last minute and through text! This made it super easy to reply and I prefer text. The grooming was great! One associate held and pet him to soothe his anxiety and the other did excellent at grinding his nails (which were long and black making it tough for me to do on my own), I upgraded and they cleaned his ears and brushed his teeth also. Bravo 👏🏼 fur-babies you guys did an outstanding job! Highly recommend!

I took my Australian Shepherd to Fur Babies for her first ever professional grooming session a few weeks ago. The groomers did an amazing job with her and were beyond helpful and sweet! There was a scheduling conflict and they even went out of their way to fit me in last minute and had my pup finished incredibly fast to accommodate my schedule. I’m so grateful to have found this place and will definitely be back!

The staff there did a great job with my two dogs. They were even able to get the nails of my hound who we had to sedate to get his nails trimmed in the past. The staff was friendly and the prices were good too. We will definitely be back!

Staff was friendly and professional. When using well known pet stores in the past, Foster would come out visibly stressed (excessively panting). But when I picked him up at Fur Babies, he trotted out happy and relaxed. His coat was soft and shiny and he smelled great. No bleeding toe nails was also a plus!!

They do a wonderful job on our husky, which can be a challenge! Very flexible, friendly and reasonably priced!! We know our furbaby is in good hands when we drop him off!

Been taking my dog here since 2018.Missed an appointment was told it was going to cost twice the amount i go in and was charged 3 times. 1 time today and 2 times so called missed.Came home got on messenger and contacted them went back and when i went to pick her up they refused to groom her..Things happen or come about in daily life...She said her groomers have to get paid..Well,if you pay your groomers $70an hour i would like to fill out an application.

We were looking for a groomer in Hanover for our standard poodle, and discovered Fur Babies. They were wonderful. They were able to give us an appointment very quickly. His fur was quite long, but that was not at all daunting to them. They groomed him exactly as requested, and even complimented his behavior! We will most definitely be returning.

Nice place to take your dogs for their grooming needs. We had out Lab and Corgi mix bathed, nails clips and glands expressed. The dogs looked and smelled good. They were very professional in handling our girls!

Groomers do an excellent job! They are very kind and caring with the dogs and cats they provide care for. Was able to get an appointment quickly. Very quick and efficient and very gentle. The shop is very clean and cheerful. I've been there twice now and will definitely be returning.

These folks are true professionals. They take excellent care of our babies, and are very easy to work with.They recognize that each pet is an individual and do not go with the one size fits all approach. My 2 could not be more different, and they handle both with ease. Highly recommend and that does not come easily from me, especially when it comes to my dogs.

Love, love, love this place! My German Shepard has anxiety and I have had other places not be very sensitive to that. We had our first appt yesterday with Furbabies, and he walked right in and greeted Christy right away. He was at ease right away. When I came back to pick him up, he looked so handsome! He has skin allergies, so he can become smelly and oily often. He smelled amazing, and looked it too. Most importantly, he was happy, and not stressed. I will be a client for life. I am so happy I found Furbabies! They are the best!

Very great business, this was the first time I took my dog to them. I called to schedule and was able to book an appointment within days, PLUS! they did a great job, groomed him exactly as I wanted and wasn't charged a high amount. Will be using them in the future! Thank you fur babies!

Furbabies was awesome! The girls were wonderful they took care of my big baby 👶 german shepherd Gunner even those he was a big drama queen, they even have treats for your pup! Great place, 15 out of 10 in my book, thanks girls can't wait to come back for another bath!

I love the haircut on my 10 year old, blind baby. I also love that I don't have to leave her longer than necessary! She's always done in 2 hours or less, for a full grooming! Awesome!

Ive had my 2 year old English bully and my 11 year old cocker spaniel taken care of at furbabies. They're simply AMAZING! Its my bully s first visit to the groomer. They made it a wonderful experience for her by being patient and reassuring her she would be alright. Ive NEVER seen my cocker spaniel come out of the groomer sooo happy! The girls treated him like a king💗💙

Called Tina after I was turned away from a well known establishment , because my little precious kitty becomes a terror when you try to clip him. I asked for her help and she did not hesitate to help me out. She clipped him and removed all of his knots and tangles. I highly recommend Fur Babies. Thank you Tina not just for a job well done but for showing me you cared about the well being of my kitty.
