I've been there twice, and both times I didn't feel welcomed. I, at least, got most of what I needed there. My second trip, however, made me question if I should ever return. I was in an aisle alone, rocking a trash can back and forth because it was wobbly and the other wasn't. A manager popped around the corner, stood there, and stared at me for a solid 30 seconds. I smiled at her, but she didn't react at all. We made eye contact, yet she still didn't say a word or react in any way before she silently walked away. I didn't care for that at all.

I don’t bother going in here anymore. It’s a 3rd of the size of the others. The aisles are too small and they never have anything. I’ve never seen a friendly face behind the register. If you could move to a bigger location half the problem would be solved. Every time I pull up I see 2-3 employees outside smoking.

Rudest, toothless cashier I've ever had the displeasure of getting close enough to linger in the stale cigarrette breath.Every second I was in here she acted like I, and everyone was wasting her precious time doing nothing. Congratulations on the probation, you entitled brat. I don't care what you've "been through" everyone's been thriugh something. This girl thinks she owns the place. Well I'll go elsewhere if you're going to go out of your way to just be nasty.

Newly redesigned. More space. Lots of nice items for good prices. Some bare shelves due to not everything being unpacked. Very clean and bright. Clean parking lot. Baskets and carts available for shopping. Problem with one of the checkout scanners but they were working on the phone to get it fixed, and kept the line moving. Pleasant efficient staff. I forgot to ask if they had a public restroom.

I love dollar general !!!! The staff is always nice, friendly and helpful. It's a rare occurrence that they don't have what I'm shopping for. Best of all they're close to home!!!!!Keep up the good work ladies!!!!!

This Store is the worst store in Hanover Pa. I went in there to gather clearance items for a woman's shelter. None of their clearance items were marked . So the worker I believe her name was Kimberly told me just bring the stuff to the register. So in the middle of our transaction she took other customers and gave me an incorrect total. So she was voiding it and took more customers. I was standing towards the side with my husband and we were speaking between ourselves and the cashier said I could speak up and not talk about her because that was rude. Well.... I told her what are you talking about no one was talking about you and then she kept being nasty so I left it there and went to leave and she then used profanity under her breathe while she has customers in line. Needless to say I urge people not to shop there HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!! I will never shop at dollar general ever again!!!

Very clean and convenient. Helpful staff. Ask the poor cashiers about the father n 2 boys that went grocery shopping there. Very patient not to kick us out for our humor lol

Usually have what you need just a pain with all the inventory in the aisles that need to be put away so you have to move that to get what you need.

I love the dollar General, get prices, I'm there a couple times a day, I'm in a wheelchair, they are making the aisle wider and the side card thing, lowering it for people in wheelchair and short people
