Will never go again. Due to dietary restrictions we asked for milk that was unsweetened they said they did not know if they have that so we asked for cream which they said they cannot do, and we were not given any other options. Staff was simply not helpful in suggestions for substitutions....when we had gone here the last 2 days in a row and they had no problem making the drink with cream, as long as we paid extra. Haley at the register and Amanda the manager should work on customer service skills as people do want to participate in going out but have dietary restrictions.

small little shop on the corner of a plaza. My wife’s drink wasn’t mixed very well everything was sitting on the bottom. My food which was just a bagel nothing on it was burnt around the edges. The employee who brought out our food was really nice and polite. However even though it’s not really the employees fault people who didn’t order to go were parking in the to go spots.

Bagels got smaller and prices went up. A couple of bites and it's gone.The cashier doesn't know which bagels are available and which aren't. Everyone working is just barely out of puberty and have other stuff on their minds besides customers. Since when has "I don't know" become an acceptable answer?Place is too noisy. Loud air circulation machine on. Can't even hear the fake Dunkin Radio show, which is probably a good thing. Who wants to hear cutesy hetero voices bantering that early?The donuts are dry and/or stale. The cashier takes them from the back. Those must be the old ones they're told to get rid of first. The baked goods probably come frozen from a warehouse in Wilkes-Barre. I doubt the crew there is capable of baking.Attention Manager: do not reply to me with a phone number requesting I call and speak to someone about these issues. Nothing ever comes of it. It's just another corporate ploy to look like you care, which you obviously don't.

I often order matcha lattes (medium to large), and this is always an issue. I ask for less ice everytime, but whenever I receive my drink, it's full of ice. On top of that, the cup is never filled near the top. If I poured the contents out, it would barely be a small. If I'm paying between $5 to $6 for a drink and this is result, every time, there's a problem.

Sent my son for donuts paid the online and the freaking donut shop didn't have the Boston crème our peanut sticks like wth?? Couldn't return our money hence no manager on site wound up with donuts we didn't want. Because they couldn't refund. Wound up getting the Correct ones from Weis 👏👏shouldn't call your self a donut shop. Won't be stopping there again.

Omg tomato pesto grilled cheese is amazing, and the frozen matcha lattes hmmm yummy... the staff here is great, they are super respectful and provide fast accurate orders, the place is clean and up beat. 10/10 guys keep up the good work

Seemed like a fine Dunkin location. Tea was good although like all Dunkins it seems, they messed up stuffed bagel minis. Barely warm on top, cold on the bottom and ice cold inside. Why can't any location makes these right anymore?

Love the caramel cappuccino and Boston crème doughnut. Very clean store. Friendly staff and my order was done quickly even when busy. Happy to have a local Dunkin in Hamlin PA

Drinks are not mixed well and change each time when ordering. Service was rude and it took forever to get drinks. Drive the distance to another place.

Ordered a iced chia latte light on the ice. They filled the cup with ice. When I told them that I wanted very little ice, the worker told me that they had to fill it with ice and they couldn't give more chia tea, they had filled it with more milk. That's their answer? Good bye dunking doughnuts. Never again.

I really dislike DD, but this is the only coffee shop in my newly relocated, very desolate area on NE Pennsylvania.The people here are fantastic. They manage to make the DD coffee taste great, and very prompt service.

This Dunkin used to be top notch, but now it takes 15-20 minutes if you place a to-go order. My last visit was 29 minutes from when the order was placed until I received it.

I've never had a complaint about the staff or food/coffee itself. but there always seems to be a lengthy wait no matter the amount of people. This dunkin is also set up very inefficiently...always people the way and it gets to seem crowded...it's on the corner or a building and has possible potential to be a drive thru...would make many others happy!

I'd love to go in here but parking is horrible and you're not allowed to park in front unless you order online. I guess my money is no good.
